Awesome learning environment and pleasant staff! I have spent two weeks shadowing Dr. Tomasz Karczewski, as a prospective medical student looking to gain clinical exposure. It has been a real pleasure to meet Tomasz's patients, observe and learn from their interactions, and hear the doctor's perspective. This clinic operates with the highest standards of safety and professionalism, and every staff member undergoes BLS training, which I am very grateful to have been able to take part in. I enjoyed every day of this experience and can highly recommend it to anyone interested in the medical field.

This is by far the worst clinic in Calgary! Rude staff. If you have to switch to a different clinic because of their poor service, you’ve to pay $75/- read the terms before signing in!

While Dr Tomaz is kind, it’s Dawid and the staff makes this the worst clinic.

Reply to the clinic’s reply: To begin with, the front desk was far from polite. Anyway dealing the the reception staff came later. The whole reason for moving out of the clinic is because of Dawid’s attitude.

I have been going to this clinic since it has opened, and I have seen both my family doctor and Dawid. I have received treatments from Dawid numerous times. He was patient, kind, and very professional. These other negative reviews are false accusations and bullying.

Update: I see your response David and I’m sure your own staff would agree with me. In fact I have mentioned the bat to your staff previously abs we both laughed. I will not be removing my review as how you treat people needs to change.

The office manager is absolutely insane! He keeps a baseball bat along the back desk to “protect the clinic” and after a visit to emerg this weekend he informed me that there was no way that I would be able to see my family dr for a month and that if I didn’t like it I could find a new Dr. Like what!? Not very professional at all!

Thanks to the Dr. Karczewski and David. Dr. Karczewski is very kind and David help us in everything and he speaks Spanish.

I have been seeing Dr. Tomasz Karczewski for a few years now and he is by far the best doctor i have encountered, I couldn't think of a better family doctor! Dr. Karczewski is an empathetic doctor who truly takes the time to hear his patients concerns. I feel fortunate to have him as my family doctor as I know I am in kind and highly capable hands for any concerns that arise.

I'm fortunate Dr. Melanie Thompson is my physician. She has helped me resolve numerous issues & is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind & caring. She is a an astute listener, focused on solutions in an expedient manner. I appreciate Dr. Melanie's expertise & detailed thoroughness. We were not told by the receptionist that a doctor will not see us, only a registered nurse will see us.

Some communication on the same would have helped us. We would have gone to a different clinic.

I called up before going - even at that time I was not told about the same. Even when I was in the clinic providing all information, I was not communicated about the same.

Only after we were in the diagnosis room and the RN entered, I came to know about this. This has never happened with any other clinic so far.

I have been attending to Dr Tomasz Karczewski for my family medical needs for 9 years, we were probably one of first patients of his. One of the best physicians we could ever ask for, very understanding very helpful. He is always available when we are in need. You do care about the rating more than the person it seems like as I am still a callback fr you after multiple calls but yet you want me to change my rating.

My husband and I are new patients at the Cranston medical clinic. Our new family doctor is Dr. Melanie Thompson. We followed her from her previous location where we had seen her a number of times over the last several years. Can’t say enough good things about this young doctor. Her whole manner is calm and reassuring. She looks very carefully and very thoroughly through all previous medical records and listens to her patients with her full attention. No matter the problem one presents, a visit to her always makes one feel better. I had been needing a referral to a Rheumatologist for some time to no avail. She made it happen, and consequently my overall pain level is now tolerable - literally a life changer for me! In our opinion her rating is without question a 5 Star +.

The entire team is amazing, and kind, Dr. Tomas is always patient and makes sure he understands the problems and helps deal with any situation, with recommendations as well. Just an excellent place and people.

Very clean and efficient clinic. I see Dr Thompson, she is excellent, we’ve been seeing her for over 10 years at her previous location and now at Cranston Ridge.

My wife used to attend this clinic. Some of the staff are okay, others not so much. I won't name anybody specifically, but I'd suggest that people shop around. There are better places to go. The place is fairly clean. But my poor wife got some dreadful bad advice, so glad we went elsewhere.

Service and staff at this clinic is always amazing. Scheduling is easy and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Karczewski is easy to talk to, caring and attentive. I've had trouble finding doctors that listen to me as a patient but he makes my concerns feel acknowledged. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Came because I my daughter has an eye infection, they wouldnt let us in cause she has a runny nose, she told me to wait out side and never came back to tel me what was up. I’m sorry we can’t see a doctor for issues related to a cold with out a covid test so I’ll just let my daughter have an eye infection for 3 days until we get covid results. ‍️

This clinic is very well organized and it is always been a very positive experience. I know my private information is safe there and I trust my doctor and his staff. I have never seen such informative website of a medical clinic in Calgary. They are very transparent with all her policies and that makes me feel confident that professionalism it taken very seriously there. Dr. Karczewski is very attentive and gives me opportunity to decide about my health, rather being paternalistic like the previous doctor I had.

My experience at this clinic was really nice. I got in very quickly to see a doctor. Everyone from the front staff, nurse, management, to the doctor were very professional. I didn't have to wait, and I got treated promptly. Their pharmacy is also convenient, walk from the clinic straight into the pharmacy.

The clinic didn’t accept walk-ins when I called. The lady who answered didn’t just let me go, but she tried thinking of other ways to help so she referred me to the pharmacist who helped my immobile, back-injured husband. She was knowledgeable and attentive. Professionalism and friendliness all around.

I love this clinic. A very warm atmosphere, very family oriented. Staff and doctor are very attentive and easy to talk to, they provide both male and female physicians. The place is new, very clean and they have a pharmacy next door. I am very happy I found this clinic for my family.

Professional, caring and compassionate is exactly what my wife and I received on our first visit as new patients. Dr. Karczewski was engaging and the first doctor in my "LIFE" that made me feel calm and relaxed (I'm 56). Maritza was exceptional and just as pleasant and attentive. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. My family moved recently to Calgary, and with Covid we just didn't go to the doctor last year. I was so grateful to have found them. I honestly didn't want to write a review because they are truly a hidden gem. We tried to find our "forever" doctor and it had been a nightmare and depressing. I had to share my experience because, I know how it feels to find a new doctor and so I felt a need to share. They work with the pharmacy next door and my prescription was ready in 2 min. Truly remarkable place.

Dr Karczewski is the most knowledgeable physicians I have ever talk and see. He is our family doctor for 7 years and we didn’t have any problem with him and his treatments. I am so thankful that my friend recommended him for me. He is so patient and listens so carefully, asking a lot of questions, before he will say diagnosis. Very recommend him as really good family doctor!

Dr. T karczewski has been my family doctor for several years now, and I am so blessed to have him as my doctor. He is compassionate, understanding, and listens to me without judgment. He is also my kids family doctor as well. He is very knowledgeable in mental health issues and goes above and beyond for his patients. I love the front desk staff as well because they are so friendly and eager to help assist me with appointments.

The facility is very modern and high standards. The pre-assessment system is very convenient for those like me who always remember something I should have mentioned to the doctor only after I left.
