I was very nervous going because I had never been to a spa like this, Kendall made me feel so comfortable. She was so down to earth! Even though it’s a beautiful interior, and everyone working there is such professionals, it doesn’t feel pretentious. I had some fears before I went because just didn’t know what to expect, but I didn’t need to worry at all, everyone there is super friendly and relaxed. So happy I started my skin improvement journey.

I had the pleasure of receiving my first hydra facial from Carly Bayes at Crave. It was better than I could have imagined. I absolutely loved the lymphatic drainage portion and the customized rose gold mask. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. Carly gives such relaxing massages. Her application and delivery was devine.
I 20/10 recommend Carly for your next service. I can't wait for my next one!

Dr. David Lechelt was so patient and kind, answering all of my questions. He is extremely gentle and knowledgeable. This was my second appointment with him and I am extremely happy with my results! Highly recommend.

I've been seeing Dr. David Lechelt for 1 year and his services are always pleasnt, quick and spot on. He understands the effect I want to achieve and keeps things subtle but smoothed out.

Kendall did my dermaplaning & hydrafacial and it was phenomenal. Seeing how much peach fuzz and blackheads come off my face was SO satisfying. My serums and moisturizers went on so much easier and even worked better for my skin! My makeup also stayed on so much better and was easier to blend. She also did my spray tan and the results were outstanding! Just saw her for a second spray tan too! Highly recommend Kendall for any of your beauty needs!

Kendall is so nice & comforting. She always is able to make conversation & never once has made me feel uncomfortable during my spray tans. I tell her how I want my tan to look & she is able to complete exactly what I am looking for!

For starters, Crave Beauty + Wellness Lab is such a beautiful space that made me feel so at ease the moment I walked in. The staff are so friendly and has responded to my emails and questions quickly. This was my first medical spa experience and it was such a positive one! Kendall was kind and knowledgeable and made my first hydrafacial (and first facial in general!) extremely enjoyable. My skin feels really good and I am already noticing that my complexion is clearer. As someone who has a very hard time relaxing, I actually found myself falling asleep during the blue and red LED treatment as the environment was so calming and soothing. This was some much needed self-care and I am so happy that I chose Crave.

I received a wax and the dermaplaning treatment from Kendall. She was absolutely amazing! She was very professional and provided me with a relaxing and comfortable experience. My skin has never felt or looked better!

I found the male injectionist to be rude, condescending and not hearing what I felt was right for me. I will definitely not be returning for Botox or filler. He did inject me with both Botox and filler.

I absolutely love Cassandra! I have only had WONDERFUL experiences at Crave - I do think Cassandra is one of my favourites though! She goes OVER and ABOVE to ensure that all of my treatments are meeting my needs and wants. I always leave feeling like I am getting more than what I have paid for. Thank you Cassandra! Elise takes the time to explain options and procedures. She ensures you leave happy. She is skillful and I could barely feel her injections. Definitely would recommend and will be returning.

I had Botox treatments with Elise yesterday and have already had great results. She didn't try to sell me on extra areas, talked through what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I liked her so much my mom made an appt to see her as well. Shondra also did my eyebrows THREE YEARS AGO and I will most likely need a touch up soon but I can't believe how well they've lasted. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Crave - all their staff members are amazing!

Did the infrared sauna pod. Was really relaxing and Kathryn was very nice and

First off walking in to this space you will be wowed, plus being Immediately greeted by the great staff. Hands down I recommend everyone to see Elise. She’s sweet, down to earth & caring, so anyones first time - she’s your girl - she’ll ease away any nerves but for us girls that it’s not our first rodeo I promise she will hit all the spots & have it lasting for months.

I was greeted by three lovely ladies and offered a flavoured water and a chocolate. The staff were very friendly and informative. I had a service done by Catheryn and she did such an amazing job. There salon is gorgeous and very relaxing and their products are very high end. I would highly recommend this spa as they do incredible work.

I had an amazing facial and dermaplaning with Catherine and she was great! My skin felt amazing afterwards and it was a super relaxing experience. I will def be back!

I've followed Catheryn from her previous place of work to Crave because she is just that awesome! Catheryn is very caring in nature and she is always so attentive to my skin care needs. I go to see her for Dermaplaning and Hydrafacials, but I am excited to try some of the new treatments she is offering out of crave in the future!

Visits are always great, hydrafacials are my go to and Cathryn by far has been my favorite to see for this service. Meticulous & experienced, she brought some extra features to the game which were amazing. Like who’s gonna say no to a hand massage? ! It was above and beyond and I didn’t even know I needed it! 10/10!

Great, quiet, new location off the main road with very friendly staff. Downfall: Parking is a bit hard to find and so is the unit.

I have had my lips done, touch up on lips, spray tan, and my eyebrows done here at Crave Beauty Lab. They are so sweet! Always! Real though. Not fake over fake. They are so accommodating too! Being a local business I’m sure helps but knowing they go the extra mile to have this kind of customer service is reason enough to support them. I was going to other places for the same services. I’m happy to have found a place that provides so many services under one roof.

I had a Morpheus8 treatment done by Jeanne. She was absolutely amazing, she was so kind, knowledgeable and skilled. The whole team at crave took such great care of me from the moment I opened the door and was greeted with a drink and treats to when I left with a fantastic aftercare set which was all included with the treatment. Jeanne was so knowledgeable about the entire treatment, she answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I will definitely be returning to Crave and Jeanne for all my skincare needs and treatments

Elise was amazing! I am super picky when it comes to injections and I hadn't done anything since before the pandemic, so I was a bit nervous about looking "overdone". Everything looks PERFECT and is exactly what I asked for - not too big, not too small.

I called to get an estimate on prp injections not once not twice but three times and was given the same price every single time. I ended up booking a consult so I could go in ask some more questions before booking the procedure I finally went in and when I got there the estimated price was tripled. I understand sometime there may be miscommunication. However, I called numerous times to confirm. Very sad the price was way higher and unfortunately couldn't book the procedure.

A great place, excellent service and care. Jeanne is fabulous, I had the DMK facial and left feeling like I had a face lift, my skin felt and looked noticeably different. I look forward to seeing more of the result as days go but will certainly do this facial again.

Would highly recommend! Beyond flexible, knowledgeable and accommodating. Their staff are highly educated and experienced and always have the best of the best!

My last experience at Crave was slightly disappointing. I’ve had several hydrafacial appointments with Shaundra, the first being awesome. The staff is quite friendly. I was very happy with the results from my last hydrafacial, and decided to book again, this time back-to-back with a dermaplaning appointment.

However, I felt that this last appointment was very rushed by the technician. The technician was running behind (which is definitely understandable and happens from time to time) and the dermaplaning and hydrafacial back to back took less than 25 minutes, when my original hydrafacial alone took almost an hour. I felt that the same care and attention wasn’t extended this last time around.

Beauty procedures do come at a decent cost and it’s a little less than ideal to feel like the procedure has been rushed and that the care and attention granted to a first appointment isn’t being carried over for a returning customer. I’ve been travelling 40 minutes to Spruce to have hydrafacials done by Crave, but after the last experience I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the cost and commute and less than ideal experience combined.

My review specifically addresses Shaundra and Cassandra’s services.

Firstly, Shaundra did a combo brow for me over a year ago. I did follow all of the necessary after-care and have been happy with my results. I am due for a refresh, but even so, I am still finding that the general shape has stayed intact and I just find myself penciling in a bit more now (over a YEAR later) than I would have when they were “fresh”. I even get asked by my friends in the “know” if my brows were recently touched up! (NOPE! They’re just THAT GOOD)

To speak to my brow experience: Shaundra was phenomenal at explaining the entire process to me. She provided a lot of opportunity for me to ask questions and make adjustments (which weren’t needed because she was SPOT ON) and explained the entire process as she was working. At the end of my session she went over aftercare in great detail. I left feeling very confident in the healing process and the experience. Shaundra even followed up personally a bit after to ensure my healing was going well and to ask if I had any concerns or questions. This made me feel valued as a client. 10/10 would have Shaundra do my brows again.

Ps. When she says “Don’t drink caffeine or alcohol X amount of days before. ” just listen to her and don’t do it. Thank me later.

Secondly, my review for Cassandra and Iluma Studio. I absolutely adore my visits with Cassandra. She has been doing a fantastic job with my lashes and teeth whitening over the past few months.

I originally got lashes for a video shoot I was doing but then I ended up loving them so much I decided to keep them a bit longer!

So first thing is first: this is one of the most warm, friendly, and PAINLESS lash experiences I have ever had.and I’ve had a few. On your first visit, previous lash experience or not, Cassandra still takes the time to explain the process and her amazing, health conscious products. This girl has done her research and she uses only the best of the best for your little eyeballs. She had a comfy HEATED lash-bed, some blankies and and a pillow to put under your knees (which I love because these beds always make my back hurt). She’s gentle and calm and a great conversationalist.

Bonus round: Her teeth whitening is COMPLETELY PAINLESS! I even took one for the team and after waiting the safe amount of time, I had both a HOT soup and a COLD water with ZERO sensitivity issues.

I honestly cannot say enough fantastic things about these two amazing women. You’ll just have to go and visit for yourself!

Crave is absolutely amazing big ups to Shaundra for creating such an amazing space for everyone to enjoy a little health/wellness pampering.
Dr. Lacey G.was awesome she Took the time to listen to my concerns about my infertility and history of endometriosis.she created a special IV treatments to fit my needs with the outcome to get pregnant along with herbal recommendations.
Jill is the lovely nurse who administers all the IV’s and is truly such a wonderful caring person to be around.
After two relaxing treatments over a couple of months I got pregnant for the first time in my life for those struggling with infertility you know this is huge. Unfortunately the pregnancy didn’t stick but with that being said this team is what got me there and for me it was a miracle considering my history.
What I thought was impossible is now within my reach and for that I’m forever greatful to the team and how supportive they have been through everything.
I promise whatever treatments you seek out at Crave you won’t be disappointed. The whole team is fabulous and they truly care about the customer experience and you as a person.

Started going here to see Cassandra (Iluma Studio) for lashes! She uses great products and does quality work that can be hard to find. Clean and welcoming environment. She is incredibly pleasant and I can tell she really values her clients. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been in for the Vitamin IV drip. My favourite is the Athlete one. I also eat plant-based so all the B vitamins are great. I definitely notice a difference after I’ve been in. And if I haven’t for a bit I notice myself more tired. The Naturopath doctors are are great. I see Dr. Lacey and she’s helped me with more than just the IV drip.

I’ve done the Hydrafacial. Love it so much. Will be back for more.

I’ve done a lash enhancement Shaundra’s touch is literally flawless. I’ve booked in to have my eye brows done as well.

Basically I get everything done here. Very clean, modern, professional and welcoming. I drive from the North East side of Edmonton and it’s more than worth the drive.

I noticed a friend of mine had literally the most gorgeous lashes I’d ever seen and that’s how I found out about Crave. Now I’m obsessed, I tell everyone! I have visited crave a couple times, upon arrival I had noticed that it is a clean, organized, and relaxing environment. I have recieved a couple different services that were and are offered such as plasma fibroblast and a few hydrofacial sessions. I am impressed with the quality of service that I had recieved as the owner has shown she is client centered and focused. I plan on going back as I am wanting to try the sauna pod and the IV drip lounge. I felt completly comfortable and welcomed everytime I have been to crave and I would definantly recommend Crave Beauty Lab to others.

I got my eyebrows retouched here with microbladding. Overall, my experience was very unprofessional and I am quite disappointed in the service the OWNER gives. Will not be coming back.

The day before my appointment the owner called me to see if we could change the time to 3 hours later or another day, due to my schedule and an upcoming trip, the date and time I had chosen was really my only option. I had scheduled this appointment 2 weeks in advance so trying to changed it a day before was really last minute and just simply could not rearrange it.

The day of my appointment, I drove 40 minutes to Crave Beauty from the south side of Edmonton ready to get my eyebrows done. To my surprise, upon arrival Crave was closed. 5 minutes past my appointment time I received a call by the owner to tell me she had been stopped by the cops and would not know how long it would take. Once again, she asked if we could reschedule. Personally, if I knew I had a client coming in at 12, I would arrive to my shop at 11: 30 to set up and make sure everything is ready. What are the odds that you get stopped by the cops right at the time of an appointment, which at this point, became very evident she did not want to attend.

At this point I do not even know why I stayed, clearly she did not want to do my eyebrows and I risked getting a poor job done. Truly regret staying.

She arrived 15 minutes later, did not at all try to pre-outline my eyebrows. I had loved the job I had previously gotten done, but it was very faded so I would have appreciated if she just double checked with me if what she was envisioning is how I wanted them. I sat in the chair dying of pain as I was not given any anesthetics (yes I asked about them, she told me she would give me some later on.she did not), only to be shown the final product after 30 minutes which ended up being really patchy on the top outline and not at all the shape I had before. You could tell she just wanted it to get it over with and did not care about my opinion or if I liked a tattoo that was going on my face!

Long story short, terrible service, and had to get them retouched after.waste of money. I'm just shocked that it was the owner that did this.

The owner and staff at Crave are kind, personable and honest people. I have come back here for several services including facials, sauna pod, microblading and hair & makeup. The rooms are spacious and clean and the services provided are top notch. The owner is maticulous in what she does and her work shows it! Recommend all my friends and family to Crave!

I have been to crave for multiple services which include hydra-facials, infrared cocoon pod and IV therapy. My overall experience everytime I have been there was very professional, relaxing and welcoming. All of the staff made me feel at home and were very appreciative. Shaundra’s techniques are hands down the best I’ve had. The hydra facials make my skin fresh and renewed. The Dr’s are very friendly and the IV experience was very relaxing. The atmosphere at crave is amazing and I would recommend everyone to go in for a visit.

I have visited CRAVE Beauty Lab for IV Therapy & 3 Hydrafacials (& counting).

I have had hydrafacials in BC before and did not compare, Shaundra made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I like that the Hydrafacial bottle is emptied each time (rather than end of the day like the place I went to in BC) ; and that she reviewed the procedure with me pre/post and answered all my questions. Needless to say I cannot wait for my next Hydrafacial.

I have had one IV Therapy treatment in the drip lounge. To begin, I had a consult with one of the two naturopathic doctors who reviewed my medical history with me and from there we collaborated on a package that would target my ‘wishlist’ (Hormonal acne).

Also, Shaundra is so so knowledgeable about skin care products, I have used both of the skincare lines she has brought in and I have fallen in love with my new skincare regime after years of one line, which is good - but lacked the fresh feeling these clean products that CRAVE carries.

I highly recommend visiting CRAVE and checking out the services they offer.

Hydrafacial's are now in my monthly skin care routine. It is a game changer for all your skin care concerns. Not only is Shaundra professional she is very knowledgeable on all skin care concerns.
Iv drips I have many health concerns but the main one was my thyroid, Dr. Lacey Gerbrandt sat down with me and went over ever health concern I had (literally everything) and after my IV drip I felt energized, more awake and well just amazing! I can't say enough good things!
Chemical peels - I am that girl who has a very low pain tolerance so beauty services makes me nervous. My skin was looking dull, dry, dark spots etc and I wanted a change.
So I met with Shaundra and she customized a chemical peel just for my skin needs. I was scared going into the appointment.for absolutely no reason! There was minimal pain 2/10 I would say and my skin feels and looks absolutely amazing! If you know me I love foundation to even out my skin I wear it literally every day. Since I got the chemical peel haven't worn any! That's how amazing my skin is! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to bring out their natural glow! Shaundra is so knowledgeable, she can tell you everything about her products, what to expect post procedure, and I even got a take home after care kit! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Crave Beauty and Wellness Lab thank you for giving me beautiful skin and taking such good care of your customers

Where do I start on how amazing I feel and look from all the services I have tried at Crave Beauty! From the 1/2 hours spent in the Cocoon sauna pod, hydrafacials, Ultrashape and Velashape with Shaundra to the IV therapy and Mesotherapy with Dr Richards, you two ladies are wonderful, beautiful, well knowledged women. The staff there is fantastic and very friendly, along with the beautiful stunning look Shaundra has created at the Lab, make it very inviting and welcoming. Crave Beauty Lab is a 10 out of 10!
