Pay your employees a living wage and you won't need TFWs. Shameful. I won't be back.

Pays their employees $16 an hour, complains that no one will work for them (who could? You literally cannot live off $16 an hour these days), then goes public about wanting to exploit the TFW program. Skeezy company.

This was the first cake I’ve ever ordered from Crave and it did not disappoint. I ordered a Chocolate Rose Signature Cake with White Icing, but I requested the design all around the side be continued into the top instead of writing. The staff had no problem with that and it turned out amazing! As delicious as it was beautiful! *candles purchased elsewhere.

Delicious cupcakes and never had a problem. Always consistent with the quality and taste. It’s a must stop for my wife when ever we’re in the area!

So thankful for the staff at Crowfoot Crave bakery. Jade and Keonna went above and beyond to add an additional symbol to one of their delicious cakes!

My teammates and I just did tour de crave in Calgary. It took a little longer than we thought so we were racing back to check in before you closed. We started and finished at the crowfoot location. We had checked in before we started so they would have known we were coming back. Two of us raced up the last hill and made it there at 4: 56. The ladies inside were awful to us. Our third teammate was a couple minutes back and so we asked if we could just grab her water bottles for her. They said no because she hadn’t finished it. They were already throwing cupcakes in the garbage. We then bought an extra cupcake for her so she’d have something to finish the ride without anything at the end. As we were walking out at 5: 01 she was coming in the parking lot and I told the lady look she’s right there and the lady said oh is that her pointed to her and then shut the door and locked it. For a company running a cycling event that was terrible

I bought a cake and a cup cake, I had a bad experience as I asked the lady to give me a cup cake, it did rolled up on the container, she grabbed from her hand and the icing touched her palm. I did question her that why dont you guys wear the gloves as I dont feel like eating this cup cake which has touched your hands, my concern is, Crave is one of the expensive bakeries and they should train their staff for hygeine which is very much needed there.

Crave has delicious treats. I personally prefer Bliss & Co.as my top Calgary choice but Crave is still well worth a visit. I think my bias is a lack of love for buttercream icing as the cake and any cream cheese icings are on point.

I remember these cupcakes being so good a few years ago. Today they were sitting on a shelf in the open air, and they're hard as a rock. How long have they been there? And the girl who packaged them up for me didn't put on any gloves, and she touched them all with unwashed hands. She even had icing on her fingers. That is unsanitary. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I paid $23.50 and threw them away! The owner always posts the same generic response to every review and never actually addresses the issue

Very dry, too much sugary icing to hide the dry cake, overpriced, nope, make your own or Go to Safeway

I’m new to the city so I don’t know if this a chain or privately owned. Went today to buy my family a few cupcakes. It was closer to the end of the day (about 30-40 minutes to close). The girl at the counter could not have done much more to make me feel unwelcome. Very short with me when I was trying to ask what flavours they had left. I could see some cupcakes of different colour, but for some reason she wouldn’t tell me what flavours they were other than saying they’re all basically vanilla.which would be a bit odd since that doesn’t match the flavour profile on the website nor was vanilla the flavour I ended up with. I really just got the feeling she wanted to close up and go home.

So expensive!

Clean and very organized and that what your three stars are for. But the cost is way too high to get any further.

Maybe if you have stuffed cupcakes I would think differently.

We ordered a cake and cupcakes from this location for my sister's birthday in September 2022. The ordering process was easy and the order was ready as soon as we were ready to pick it up. The cake and cupcakes looked lovely as well. My sister ended up getting sick the day we were meant to celebrate so we had to postpone by 2 weeks. We did freeze this cake so we could enjoy it when we were ready to celebrate and the quality was still great. The cake and cupakes however are incredibly rich and sweet and a little difficult to eat due to the richness. If that's your thing then 5/5! We weren't super blown away though.

Cupcakes were decent a couple were on the dryer side. It would have been nice if the lady helping us mentioned the deal for 1/2 a dozen cucpakes as we would have gotten a 6th cupcake free since we were charged $25 for 5 cupcakes anyways.

Placed our order and picked our time with no issues, cupcakes were delicious as well and loved by our daughter. They sent out a pre-written message saying we had until 6pm to pick up, which was great as my wife ended up running into issues and couldn't get there by our picked time. All good until 3: 30 when we get a call saying that they actually close at 4pm that day and we now had 30 minutes to get there. So now the decision, do we leave work early and screw a client or screw our daughter on her birthday cupcakes? The sad part is my wife and I have both used crave for business purposes many times as well as personally. I guess it's time to find another dessert supplier who cares about their clients enough to not just send out a pre-generated messages and put their clients in an unnecessary position when they realize they messed up. Always sad to see good product backed by bad business decisions/owners.

I’ve been purchasing cupcakes from Crave for years and their quality, taste, and customer service has always been consistent.

I mistakenly put the wrong pick up location for my online order. The staff was very understanding and simply refunded my online order, contacted the other location for me, and made me a new order here. I was grateful that the staff knew what to do in this kind of situation instead of sending me to the other location. Of course this was only possible since my order wasn’t customized/speciality order and they had the products in stock - so keep that in mind. Overall it was a positive experience even though I made an error.

I will definitely be returning to crave in the future knowing that they maintain a high quality of product and customer service.

Very helpful staff and delicious cookies and cupcakes! The owner was so kind and was able to accommodate my very very short notice request for writing a special message on a cupcake- I am so thankful that she was able to do this (which I know is my fault for being last minute). Everyone here had a great positive attitude. I will definitely be back and recommend you to try them out if you haven’t already!
