Crave Cookies and Cupcakes Willow Park

I ordered 4 dozen mini cupcakes from this location, a combination of holiday themed and regular. Placing the order online was hassle free, despite the busy holiday season! Cupcakes were delicious and moist.
We had them delivered to our location, and could not control the delivery times. I needed the cupcakes by 5pm, but they arrived much earlier. So pick up the cupcakes yourself if you plan to receive them on time! Otherwise great service.

I had made a quick stop for a birthday purchase of some mini cupcakes. I decided to add on a gluten free cupcake for myself- I appreciate the options beyond just chocolate now, I *think* any of the classic flavors (non-seasonal) can be made gluten free now!

I appreciated that although there were no ready to go vanilla cupcakes, the staff member was willing to ice a singular mini cupcake for me in that flavour!

Unfortunately my gluten free cupcake was supposed to come with spiced cream cheese- however it was iced with peanut butter icing instead. I thankfully noticed in the car before leaving, however this was a major concern as I have a nut allergy. When I brought it back to the store to inform the staff member, she was apologetic but fairly non-chalant even when I mentioned I had a nut allergy. She replaced the cupcake with the correct icing, but I'm concerned that such a serious mix up could have happened so easily and that the staff didn't respond with more concern. I understand that those of us with allergies are taking a risk ordering from a facilitity with nut products, but I would expect better policies in place to prevent easy mix-ups and for staff to provide more robust customer service when mix-ups occur (particularly with allergies).

For the price of the cupcakes one would think you could stand to pay a living wage. Very disappointed to learn about Crave looking to exploit Temp foreign workers, when so many Calgarians are struggling to find work. If you can't pay a living wage, your business should go under. I won't be purchasing from here again.

Not gonna lie but our most recent experience was less than stellar. We’ve always gone to Crave WP for birthday celebrations, their icing and flavours have been so yummy but our most recent celebration left me noticing their icing just didn’t taste very good, less buttery creamy as it had been in the past and more icing sugar tasting. Also, asked the person behind the counter to give us an assortment as buying 1 dozen and had chosen a couple already. Maybe not her fault but the assortment chosen were fairly bland. Will try again as you are our go to.

Cupcakes are definitely the way to go for your wedding, and Crave makes the best in town. They were easy to serve, looked amazing, and most importantly they were enjoyed by all. Crave gave us everything we were looking for in our wedding cake with none of the hassle. Super organized and easy to work with! We will always be returning customers!

The best cupcakes in Calgary. They also make delicious cakes and cookies. We love coming here to celebrate a birthday, or as a special treat for any occasion. If you have a sweet tooth, you need to partake. Be warned, these delectable desserts are not cheap, though very much worth it.
Highly recommend.

Pros:
Craves consistently delivers a good cupcake. They strike a great balance between sweet and moist and the selection of other baked goods captivates the taste buds visually. Staff are fantastic and generally quick to fill orders and friendly.

Cons:
Can icing be too sweet? You decide.

I’ve been a loyal customer to crave, and all of its locations for a solid 15 years. I have extremely fond memories, from my wedding cake, to baby gender reveal cakes, to anniversary and birthday cakes. Anyone that knows me, knows crave is the way to my heart. Chocolate is the superior cake as well.

The cupcakes are amazing and even provided frozen ice packs to keep them cool on my trip home as my air conditioner was kapput. Great service and very helpful. A tiny bite of heaven in each mouthful.

Ordered a nude cake for a 6th birthday. The cake was amazing, taste and look. Also the additional sprinkles where perfect.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at my visit today! I’ve been into this crave MANY times and never encountered such a rude group of employees. I went to pick up an order (one of many) we’ve placed here and it wasn’t completed yet, which was not a problem.they quickly whipped it up and all was good until I got to the car and realized there was a sticker that said “Happy Birthday” to close the box. I had gone back into the store and asked them if I could get a new box with a different sticker as it wasn’t for a birthday. It was for a business to say “thank you”! The lady was very unhappy and made it seem like it was the end of the world to give me a new box without a happy birthday sticker or simple enough to tape it closed but that was too hard to do! As I walked out the door one of the girls said “ Have a good f-ing day”! I was so shocked to hear that as I was leaving, after supporting this business on multiple occasions! We will no longer be placing our orders here, which is unfortunate because all of our referrals loved receiving the cupcakes. I am extremely disappointed in the disrespect I received today and even more upset that it took a few employees to ruin our business relationship.

I ordered my cupcakes accidentally at the wrong location. They accommodated last minute and the cupcakes were delicious!

Worth every penny - made my Grandmother's COVID birthday really special!

Crave helped us put in an order for an outstanding cake, personalized it for us, and delivered it on time for my Grandmother's birthday. My poor Grandmother has been in isolation for half of the last year due to COVID and being in and out of hospital for ongoing medical problems. She said she hasn't been this giddy with excite for two years - and she's done nothing but talk about the cake since. Thanks for making this happen!

Great for a special treat as they are a bit pricey. $2.00 for mini. I think 2 minis are better than one big cupcake. And get a variety. So moist. Friendly & quick service.

Crave is my favourite place for cupcakes. I visit the willow park shop for ever special occasion to share these sweet treats with family and friends. Valentine’s Day was no exception however this time around a change in packaging was very very disappointing. The typical plastic packaging although no pleasing to the eye is very useful in keep the cupcakes fresh for days. The new blue cardboard box was cute but more importantly the cupcakes were dry before we could even eat them on the same day of pickup.

Cupcakes since last time we got crave are now much smaller but still over $4 each, and were not made that day unfortunately, bliss has surpassed these guys now, go and see for yourself.

These talented people deserve my gratitude and praise! From their gorgeous and easy-to-use website to the friendly staff on the phone and at the counter, to the tender and mouth-wateringly delicious cupcakes packaged beautifully (and safely), this business knows what they're doing and they do it well. I've ordered a variety of mini cupcakes for several birthdays and other events and it's such a treat to rest assured that they've got that sweet detail of my party covered. The 'Dark Angel' and 'Just Chocolate' are incredible! Also the tasty options for dietary restrictions mean everyone can be included. How wonderful! Thank you all.

For years, Crave has set the highest bar, as far as best cupcake goes. They're very well adapted for the pandemic and are worth going to, 100%

Ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s baptism, unfortunately they misspelled my daughter’s name on the cake.

Don't get writing on your cake. Ruined a beautiful $85 cake. Nothing wrong with the cake just leave it blank is my suggestion.

I have never had an issue with this Crave. Nothing but exceptional service. I especially appreciate the efforts that the staff puts in to accommodate for gluten allergies and provide gluten free products anytime of day. I have made several orders to this location and not once have they failed to deliver top notch products and friendly service.

Amazing cupcakes! But the wait time is quite long. So expect some waiting time. But the waiting is definitely worth it. So good!

The staff at this location are always helpful and service is pretty quick, even with a lineup. It always moves pretty quickly. From just a quick stop for a sweet treat to special orders over the years, I have always had a great experience here.

Crave Willow Park made my wedding cake (rose gold confetti) and cupcakes for my wedding this weekend and it was absolutely perfect. After having Crave cupcakes numerous times, we were so happy that they could make our wedding cupcakes. They were so accommodating - allowing me to bring my own sprinkles for the top and changing my mind with the design of the cake topper. The 5-tier stand fit the 108 cupcakes and topper perfectly and we received so many compliments on how good the cupcakes tasted! We would highly recommend them!

These never disappoint. Wish they had a little extra hours some evenings as I could stop in on my way home but they are outstanding cupcakes and with enough locations around the city to never be sold out.

I live in Victoria and wanted to send my family some Valentine's Day cupcakes so I preordered some and asked if some little notes could be added (like a little card) with a cute Vday quote and the team here pulled through and made sweet little tags! They looked so cute and my family was very appreciative of the little added touch! Also the cupcakes ;) Thanks a lot guys!

SOOOOO Yummy! However, it’s not the cupcakes I love, it’s the cookies and Twix bars. The homemade Twix bars are, melt in your mouth, delicious! The sandwich cooking are made with their buttercream icing as the center. It is so good.
The only thing that I would ask of you is; please always make sugar cookies. Those are my absolute fabourite. But since they are for holidays, I wait to have them every holiday. Just a thought.

I am a huge crave fan. I’m sorry to see a bad day in the bakery.my peanut butter cookies were hard as a rock and my red velvet cupcake, not fresh. I’m hoping food quality bumps back to where is always has been when I walk in.

As a person who used to claim they were not a fan of cupcakes, I absolutely love crave cupcakes! I may or may not have had a few for breakfast on occasion when somebody brings them to the office (they are just that good). Presentation is also beautiful, the cupcakes and sometimes the packaging. My heart skips a beat when craves is mentioned.

I'm also glad that when I stopped in, they had gluten-free cupcakes, and my gluten sensitive roommate was just ecstatic to try her very first "crave" cupcake.
