Right after congratulating me on getting out of debt on they very same phone call, they decided it was the PERFECT opportunity to inform me how I could raise my credit, how I had an offer from a company for a card, which knowing the card they were offering me would probably be at minimum 20% if not higher. When I told the lady on the phone I never planned to own a card again it was a 'well if you're ever looking to raise your credit'. If you do go through this company, GHOST their follow-up/last call.:)

Awful place. Got some petulant guy named Greg who actually hung up the phone on me after trying to convince to me to go to another company and refusing to book my appointment. Huh? I guess that's what you get with "non-profit. " Went to a local place instead and they fixed me right up. I only gave 2 stars because there are other councellors who do not behave like spoiled children. You might get lucky but my advice would be to check you other options first.
