I tried this walk in they all really takecare of their patients and Dr. Zaid Haddaw is Amazing Very knowledgeable.

Truly incredible experience! I called a few walk in clinics in the hopes they weren’t full on a Sunday. I was told by 4 different places at 11am that they weren't taking new walk ins and I almost gave up hope until I joined the waitlist for this amazing clinic. I got a prompt message back saying there was no wait time. I was sure it was a glitch but I humoured it and walked in expecting the receptionists to turn me away but they were SO sweet and said they could take me.

I waited maybe 15 mins and I saw the fantastic Dr. Haddaw. He was honestly one of the best doctor’s I have seen! I have two top favourite physicians in Calgary and he is now one of them. He was so understanding and was quick to prescribe me antibiotics due to my condition. I was in and out within 30 mins max…I couldn’t believe it! I highly recommend this place. To be honest, service in general has gone so downhill in every avenue that I was taken aback at how professional, kind and understanding the whole team here are. Thank you for restoring my faith and helping me feel better today!

Absolutely atrocious! Don't even think about wasting a second of your time here - it's a colossal blunder, a total nightmare! Utterly dishonest, grossly inefficient, and not worth a single dime. Stay far away!

Was very quick to be seen as a walk-in by Dr. Zaid Haddaw. Very kind service here and the Dr thoroughly explained everything. Would recommend this clinic.

Very fast and efficient walk in clinic. The staff was very polite and the doctor I saw was thorough, kind, and professional.

This place accepts new patients so we booked an appointment and after "meet and greet" with Dr. Haddaw, he refused to accept my husband into his practice as he has an existing family doctor (who does not respond to calls, they would sometimes book him for appointment only to tell him that the doctor is not in and no one is available to cover - the very reason why he needs to switch). Is this even legal? If so, this is something that should be explained to people prior to booking an appointment as it is a complete waste of time for both parties.

I never leave reviews but I had to after the most positive experience at this clinic. This clinic has recently been taken over by new management and it was the most friendly experience I have ever had at a walk-in clinic. I walked in after being turned away at 3 other clinics in the area and they were able to get me checked in right away - I only had to wait 30 minutes. The receptionist Kate was so kind and friendly the entire time in the waiting area, and Dr. Haddaw came to greet me while I was waiting to let me know he would be seeing me shortly after his scheduled patients. During my appointment Dr. Haddaw was empathetic and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment. As someone who has anxiety about going to the doctor (given the average experience at any AB medical clinic) this experience was amazing and above and beyond what I expected. If you're looking for a walk-in clinic or family doctor in the NW I would highly recommend this clinic!

Creekside is broken. Requested my files to sent to my new doctor (an actual, legitimate medical practice) - they were requested Aug 17 - nothing. Called twice today - was on hold for 30 minutes, made it caller #1, and then call dropped. Did that again. (1 hour of my life). Got in my car, drove crosstown to Creekside: doors are shuttered with no notes or explanation. Medical clinic next door has no information about what happened, but boy are they sick of answering people's questions. They're done! Move along.

Greatest experience! Attention to detail and real care about the patients, Noreen Antonishyn is the best in this clinic. Highly appreciated - it's good to get better!

Good luck getting an apt, Dr is fine but hard to see since the phones are barely answered.

Karen Parker is the best health care provider in Calgary! I can't thank her enough for excellent care she has provided. She is extremely knowledgeable, highly experienced and has a friendly approach which instantly puts me at ease. She took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions.

Receptionist Tamara is awesome too!

I highly recommend Karen to anyone that is looking for a health care provider! I will be coming here as long as Karen is here.

The phone doesnt work most of the time. Impossible to get an appointment. They never receive my prescription request from the pharmacy. The pharmacist says we always have this issue with this clinic.

Im not sure what’s going on with this place but they used to function a lot better a couple of years ago.

Update: amazing doctors, so caring! It's unfortunate the front desk still seems to not have the capability of any order or function. I haven't ever seen an incompetent front desk like this besides the Shoppers Pharmacy next door.

I will be without my medication all weekend. Hopefully it doesn't end up in a hospital visit.

Dr. Wadhawan is fantastic. He is very thorough and addresses the issue at hand. Overall a great experience.

My doctor is the best ever - Dr Damji. I've been seeing him for over 10 years. I may have to drive further than when I first started seeing him but it's worth ot as he is very thorough.

Ann at reception has always been sweet and kind!
