The best clinic that I have ever been to. The service was exceptional. Dr. Navdeep is the best doctor in the whole city. I took my pets for an emergency visit and they were so accommodating. I took my dog to Creekside Veterinary Hospital and they are by far the BEST vet hospital I have been to! Amazing experience from start to finish. From reception to the doctor, you guys are amazing and made myself and Tilly feel so comfortable. Doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly, and listens to your concerns. Update: I took my other dog to Creekside vet for a checkup and blood tests to ensure he’s healthy to continue taking his allergy medication as he has severe food allergies. For years my dog has been severely anxious and aggressive when it comes to vet visits. I’ve tried many different vet clinics and no matter what he is always extremely difficult and will not let anyone near him with a needle or any sort of medical tool. Other clinics have always gave up and said they couldn’t treat him because of his non-compliance. Well Dr. Singh and his assistant accomplished the impossible and were able to successfully get the blood test I needed for him. The level of care, compassion, dedication, and patience they had was impeccable and I cannot thank them enough. I’m relieved I finally found a solid clinic for my fur babies, who are willing to go the extra mile in order to ensure my dogs get the proper treatment. I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation. Thank you!

Great value and very friendly and thorough. Doesn’t suggest any unnecessary treatments, tests or foods. Highly recommend them. My dog seems to like them too!

Reading the previous reviews were very confusing. They are talking about money grabs… etc.but if anyone goes to the vet thinking they are not going to have to pay is seriously misinformed. Veterinary care is expensive and people should not be so niave. Owning pets does not come without expense.

That being said, I love this clinic and I love the staff. I have never been more happy with bringing my 3 dogs to a vet before and I have been a dog owner for 17+ years. It’s nice when the staff actually show that they care and love the animals.

You can imagine my vet fees with 3 dogs who require vaccinations, have had multiple ear infections, etc…. But this is all a part of being a pet parent.

Wonderful veterinary hospital. I've been with them for the last 2 and a half years or so and I've been impressed with the amount of care and professionalism they give to both my cat and dog.

It was our first time visiting the Creekside Veterinary clinic and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to have us drop our dog off before they opened and explained how the procedure would work. They were extremely efficient and professional. They communication was amazing. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to everyone

Excellent customer service, I went in looking for a specific food, unfortunately the food is hard to access at this time. They helped find a good replacement which my dogs are enjoying. The doctor who saw my pug for a check up after me adopting her from the humane society was very kind and patient with her. He was super informative about questions I had and even advised about a medication that my other pug was taking. They made me feel comfortable with their care now and for future visits. Thank you.

Dr. Singh is an amazing veterinarian, who is both personal and practical. I've taken my pets to many different vets only to come out with wrong diagnoses and treatments/meds. But since brining my pets here, all of their illnesses have been resolved! Dr. Singh makes very accurate diagnoses and treatment plans that work. He even saved my cat who had a really bad lymphatic infection and high fever!

Highly recommended! Very affordable. Staff are all professional. Can't go wrong!

Everyone was nice and helpful. Dr. Singh noticed things that other vets didn't in my cat's lab results. Plus it was so reassuring to be able to go in during the exam with my pet during these times. Thank you Creekside Veterinary.

I took my kitten here last month because he appeared to have an eye infection. The vet was very judgemental that I got my kitten from Kijiji and that my cat could be really sick because I got him off of Kijiji. When he asked me about my kitten's symptoms, the way he reacted, he didn't believe me even though I'm telling the truth. I don't have anything to gain about lying about my kitten's symptoms. They prescribed my kitten 2 different kinds of eye drops and antibiotics and he's still not better. They did a blood test and told me it would take 3-4 days for results and I never got results for 13 days and the results weren't very clear either and they wanted to do more testing. I will never take my kitten back here ever and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
*** The vet commented that you need more than 1 test done, but when my boyfriend took him there for the 2nd time, he was told if he gets the blood test done we will get a definitive answer and now that the blood test results have come back, they are not definitve at all. I will update this review after I go to a better qualified veterinarian.

I only have good things to say about Creek Side Veterinary clinic, both doctors and their staff have been amazing or the past couple of years. They are friendly, knowledgable and caring. Pricing is very reasonable, they are always up front about costs and alternative options.

I recently bought a second yorkie "Dolce" and 2 days later I noticed he's in great pain caused by an ear infection, I came to this clinic because it's 3 minutes from my home, the doctor and staff were amazing, didn't wait long till he saw us, he explained everything to me before starting. I was on a budget and he gave me a discount to which I am so appreciative, I've been to other vets in the past, they always charge you more and do unnecessary testings for they're profit, never really caring for the pets. I only came to creekside veterinary hospital because it was near me, but I'm willing to drive an hour to have my puppies treated by this doctor and his staff, I'm glad your near by, thank you for everything you've done to make Dolce well again.your officially my puppies doctor, will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Creek Side is an excellent veterinarian clinic. We have used this clinic for a few years now, and have had great experiences with both Doctors and staff. They are highly educated and actually seem to care about the well being of your animal. They give the customer all the potential options at once, Unlike other Veterinarian Clinics we have dealt with in the past. They have always booked us in at the earliest of convenience, and being open 7 days a week is really convenient considering most incidents happen on a weekend. The rates are reasonable and we have never left feeling like we were ripped off as the services are great value for money.

I called probably 12 vets that couldn't see us before Creekside said they would take him right away.
My little boy is no longer in and pain or discomfort from that thing lodged in his ear canal thanks to the fast actions taken here.

Navdeep Masoun (or Singh as he calls himself) is horrible. I used to love Bringing my cat to see the other vets but they have all left. I knew from the first time I dealt with him I questioned his attitude. Brought him my injured cat, he made us wait 30+ minutes because he wasn’t in (we had an appointment). He is the only one that practices there now and I will not be seeing him again and I would recommend avoiding the clinic. He YELLED at me on the phone (I’m sure his assistants can confirm) because he definitely did not provide the right medication dose, and I was blamed for “spilling the medication” yet I assured him I’m good with medication (I am an adult) and that I knew right away it was not the right dose (my sister can confirm this) exactly half of the dose was missing. Mistakes could happen on either end and he was very unprofessional and stubborn on even an apology and I’m actually shocked how he handled it. The conversation was going no where so I asked to talk to the manager or owner he said that’s him. HA. He told me my cat isn’t in pain and I don’t even need more meds (I’m not sure how he can be certain an animal isn’t in immediate pain after he just had a tube taken out and sutures) but after lots of back and forth he agreed to refund partial amount of the meds (after I told him I want the right dose or a refund). Doesn’t seem like he cares about animals either. Will be taking my cat elsewhere. Went for a follow up and he made us wait 35 mins (again we had an appointment)

I suggest taking your animal anywhere but here. They are just greedy, unorganized and unprofessional.

Hello, I have been reading the reviews on different vet/clinics, in my quest to find the cheapest place, and I've been taking my dog to Evanston Pet hospital, to Dr. Hans since my dog was a pup. She has now transitioned out of this clinical that she has planted, she was an excellent vet. My wife and I have been struggling with little our dog, she's a Chiweenie, and since we have no children she is like our kid. Dr. Sing has been helping us stabilize her, as she has had diarrhea and vomiting for some time now, we understand that vets cost quite a bit, and insurance doesn't cover ongoing issues. The cost of care versus the value of our pet is always a challenge to process, and we are very much limited with our funds. With this being said, one of the major reasons I stay with Dr. Sing is the personal care he has shown my dog, Ellie, Dr. Sing even let me haggle him for reduced rate/discount. People need to understand that the overhead for a vet is very high in Calgary, and plus they have invested time, energy and money in their training. Dr. Sing has shown me his healthy character traits in helping me with my dog, and I will be going back to his clinic, because of the care and understanding he has shown my wife and I and especially our little dog Ellie. I believe God has created all things, and in its time all things go back to him, we need to understand that Doctors are humans, they can only do what they are trained to do, but when they show compassion like Dr. Sing showed that is a God-given focus.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough about this veterinary clinic. Every individual working at this clinic from doctor, to receptionist, to technician are outstanding people. They are all extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable, and will do whatever it takes to help your animal. I recently had an unfortunate medical emergency involving my puppy, and every single person in this clinic went above and beyond to ensure that he was getting the best care and treatment possible. They all loved him and cared for him as if he was their own. I am extremely pleased with this clinic and cannot recommend them enough!

I do not tend to leave reviews but had to leave one regarding Creekside Vet. Not a pleasant experience with putting our dog down at this vet with Dr. Navdeep Masoun Singh. Tells us to pay first and while I was NOT in the room he attempts to start. Argues when we went back to pick up paw print saying it's procedure and he does not know if everyone was in room. For a professional, you should confirm first if you are not sure especially for such a sensitive issue. Says we are not doctors and that's how he does it, according to procedure. We are not doctors (as he keeps saying) so from the first needle, we would assume the procedure is starting. You should wait to make sure everyone is in the room before starting. We want the last moments of our dog's memory be of us and he should respect that. Separates you from our dog to work behind door and apparently when my sister who was with us who had experience putting dog her previous dog requested to be with him the whole time and he wouldn't let us. When I went back to pick up paw print, he claims you should've asked if that's what you wanted. I am starting to question his work ethics behind closed doors.
The front desk girl told us that we should've done our research first before choosing the vet, were I thought there should be a standard procedure. Lesson learned and I leave my experience here for others who research will see. I have read other reviews and realized that this clinic is under review by the Veterinary Board of Alberta. I regret bringing our dog here and our last experience with him had to be like this. I was not happy with Dr. Navdeep Masoun Singh's attitude towards the situation as he does not seem to care for our dog, it seems as if it's just a job to him.
We have been to this clinic many times for check ups and they never told us our dog had an ulcer in his eye (for many years!) and is actually very painful. By the time we found out, his condition was too poor for surgery!
Our paw print was said to take 4-6 weeks at the at most but was not ready for 3 months with no phone calls to let us know it would delayed.

Hi, First of all thank you for taking me in on such a short notice. I really appreciated your time and knowledge about my pet's case. I had been to three other clinics before, for the same problem we discussed. But I am really satisfied now as I found the perfect vet for my pet! My pet is doing really well as he is in it's third /last week of medication. Thanks again to all the staff who was so kind and patient with my pet.

This is a wounderful clinic and the only one I've ever had to go to. Their customer service is very friendly and welcoming while always be punctual. They would always call and remind me of any appointments the day before at the exact time and it makes me feel confident that they care. My vet Sandeep was very good in treating all my cat's problems and was very professional in his work. My cat recently went through neutering and had some problems afterwards but they listned to what I had to say and found a solution that would help him in no time. If I would have any concerns or questions, they were always willing to listen and offer help. Overall this is a fantastic clinic and would highly recommend people to bring their pets here!

I have been here multiple times over the life of my dog, both for emergencies and regular appointments, and I am always happy with how helpful and friendly everyone is. Our vet Dr. Sandeep Singh is always mindful of our dogs health, and usually has multiple options for us to choose from so we can start with the less.
The crew had always been amazing and always been treated very well.

I took my pup in for his rabies, bordatella, and d2ppv I believe it is called. Not sure the vets name but he was excellent and very professional. The pup is now having a nap at home and very happy. He also informed me as to different brands of foods and how it can help him with his development. This will be the provider for Dog care moving forward.the pricing is also the best I've found around the city and I was given a list of 40 plus clinics to call before making my decision.
