Creekside Villa

Beautiful beautiful spot on the east side of Canmore. Wonderfully decorated rooms and common areas with a nice café and dining room with fireplace. Rooms were cozy and very clean and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. My wife accidentally left something behind and they promptly got it shipped back to us no problem. Great service, will be back!

I cannot begin to describe, how amazing our stay here was.

The interior architecture, self run check in, breakfast - it was incredible and wonderfully relaxing.

I honestly wish we had stayed here our entire trip during Banff/Jasper.

Lovely building, friendly staff, solid breakfast. Other guests had similar feedback as us, and it could be easily addressed. The room was exceptionally dark and poorly lit. We couldn’t see we enough to look for something in our luggage. Even the dark colours that the room is painted could work well if there was better and more lighting. There are already electrical outlets and spaces that would work for floor lamps, and the current lamps should be replaced so they don’t just shed light downwards. The poor lighting made the room an unpleasant place to spend time. Also, each room should have two luggage racks; they should not be something that guests need to ask for. It’s a hotel, after all, so everyone will have a suitcase.

Amazing place! We stayed there for New Years eve. Everything was perfect from the room to breakfast. We enjoyed the game room, and the morning coffee by the fireplace. Thanks for owners and all staff. Happy New Year!

In short: a simple comfort is totally sacrificed for the atmosphere. It's a funny place for a single night stay - but bring your own light and furniture if you plan to stay any longer. When you need a camp light in a 4-stars inn, and when the only place to put your bags is a floor - there is something wrong with these stars. The room was very dark, and the impression of the big elegant space was simply made with the lack of essential furniture.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this quaint and homey place! It was like a dream staying here right from the moment I walked in until check out. I stayed in room #9 (Mount Charles), which is a queen loft. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! I can tell that the owners put a lot of time and effort into making this such a lovely place - it really shows.

For our wedding this venue and package was perfect and fit all our criteria-including the budget. Our wedding day was beautiful but the planning experience was not great. If you have the budget I would hire a dedicated wedding planner.

Another amazing stay at the creekside second time staying here and as always amazing service! Only place we will stay when in Canmore. Beds are comfortable, food is amazing hosts are friendly and are willing to help with anything! Plus free fresh baked cookies
