My kids love going to Crescent Heights Dental Clinic for their cleanings and check ups! Everyone in the office is so friendly and makes an effort to ensure that my kids are comfortable and happy. Hygienists are so careful and gentle with their little mouths. The Dentists ask questions and are genuinely interested in what my kids say! And of course, the kids love the loot bag and toy/prize drawers! Thank you!

Extremely professional, kind and courteous staff. Very helpful and accommodating, have been visiting for over a decade and won’t be going anywhere else any time soon. Notification and reminder systems are very useful, scheduling availability is incredible between late evenings and weekends as well. Will always recommend to friends, family and coworkers.

Dr Newbert and Neerishma are very good at what they do and always make me feel at ease while working on my teeth. This latest time they did extra work. I highly recommend them— they are competent and empathetic, true professionals.

I’ve been seeing Doctor Chow for a number of years and am always impressed with how clearly she explains work to be done and is ready and willing to answer questions. I recently had a crown replaced and she made sure it was perfect before putting her stamp of approval on it.

The hygienists are all precise but gentle and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming in person and on the phone. Highly recommend this dental office.

I have been coming to Crescent Heights Dental for years and have always had a great experience. I mostly have the help from Nichole, Christina, Neerishma & Dr. Newbert between cleanings, insurance estimates, fillings, orthodontic scans, etc. & they're all so lovely, professional and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome and never rushed with any questions I have. They take really good care of their patients. I am the BIGGEST wimp when it comes to the dentist. I have to take a break during cleanings. I explained my concerns and fears when I had to get a crown put in. I was terrified! They took my concerns into account and made every effort to put me at ease. Although I wouldn't say it was great experience, I was more than happy with the treatment and the outcome. Dr. Newbert, was extremely patient explaining everything that would be happening and making sure I was okay throughout the procedure. I have a stress ball I use to occupy myself and I even dropped it and the staff stopped to get it back in my hands to help me deal with my anxiety. Thank you to everyone there whom I dealt with, I know how difficult I can be as a patient. See you again for my cleanings and any follow ups.

If you are looking for a new Dentist I highly recommend Dr Christina Chow and Georgina they are amazing! Super friendly! I am one that hates needles and waiting for the dentist. I never even felt the needle and Dr Chow did the work all at one time! I had a great experience!

I’ve had a terrible experience with dentists which have left me hating going to the dentist. Dr Newbert has changed that he’s fixed all my dental issues from prior dentist’s and made my visits pleasant again his work is impeccable and a very nice solid team too back him up!

I was referred by another dentist to meet up with Dr Michael Newbert, who was sure Dr Newbert was the right choice for my implant problem.
I met with Dr Newbert and his assistant Neerishma and was very impressed with their professionalism and down to earth approach in explaining a solution for my problem. I was thoroughly blown away how much patience they had and the time they took to provide a solution to my unusual problem in detail.
They are a good team and treat with a smile on their face with every solution
I was very comfortable in asking questions and Dr Newbert had a solution for all my asks. I would highly recommended Dr Newbert and his assistant Neerishma for any complicated implant issues anyone is experiencing. I believe Dr Newbert is very well experienced dentist and a humble human being.

I have been visiting this clinic for the last 12 months for different dental services and I can say I love it. I got my teeth cleaned with Hailey and she was so kind. Also, the staff and the doctors are really nice, I have not complains. I really recommend this place if you want a professional and nice treatment.

This was my first time at this clinic and I will be treating this as my new location for all my dental work. Booking over the phone was easy and friendly and the online forms were done in advance so check in during covid was fast and had minimal contact.

My hygienist Nicole was amazing and explained things as she found them regarding build up and her reccomended changes to my routine as well as why she was reccomending a 6 month cleaning check-up given my conditions. Also she followed up on areas I was worried about and was great conversation to keep my mind off the work being done.

The real gamechanger was Dr. Palladino as she is the first dentist who explained her approach to me. What could be watched, what should be done now. Dentistry has always been a blame game of dentists shaming me for: not flossing enough, or those few years I didn't go to the dentist while in university, making cavities seem like a personal failure and leaving me worried my teeth were rotting and falling out! Not this time, she explained the causes of minor tooth decay/rot, what is likely just dark spots on the films that she will watch, and what she felt were inevitable spots that would decay over time even with the best care (which she will preventatively fill). I finally understood my treatment and felt like I was given a reasonable protocol for once. Will be going back soon for that preventative work and be back in six months to see Nicole for a cleaning!

Crescent Heights Dental Clinic is a wonderful office. Staff is very friendly. Always quick to get you in for an emergency visit. I have seen a couple of the dentists they are all knowledgeable and helpful. I love the they do same day Cerec crowns, so convenient for peoples busy lifestyles.
I love the time Dr. Newbert takes to treatment plan and explain everything to you.

Had a wonderful experience at this dental office as a first time patient. The front receptionist Stephanie was very nice and I was properly screened for any COVID symptoms. Hailey was my hygienist and normally I get really scared going to the dentist as I have very sensitive teeth. She listened and always asked if my teeth were hurting or if she was hurting me while she was cleaning. Would recommend!

I felt comfortable with the safety precautions in place when I entered and had my appointment. This week, Stephanie and Melissa provided such friendly and knowledgeable service. The entire staff is amazing! They communicate everything, from the reception ensuring what is done is covered by your insurance, to the hygienists and dentists making sure you're comfortable as they proceed. I chose them because I lived near by but I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I’ve been to the clinic for the last four years. Nicole is an excellent dental hygienist. Knowledgeable, gentle and gets the job done well and painlessly. The dentists always take time to address your concerns and problems. Today I had a filling done. Dr Charles was extremely professional. He always told me what he was doing and what to expect every step of the way, so I would feel comfortable. And the job was done perfectly. I had fillings done before somewhere else and the bite felt off afterwards. I didn’t feel a thing after the filling today. Even though I moved away from this area, I still come back here for my dental needs. Thank you guys for doing a great job!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, seem to be quite covid-conscious yet not over-bearing.

I have missed two appointments I believe, and despite this I was still promptly re-booked and treated none the worse. I massively appreciate this and the friendliness of the staff, their manner in these arduous times is a breath of fresh air!

Been going here for about two or three years, always found it good. If i were to make a joke i'd say this place is not like pulling teeth! Also did veneers that i'm quite happy with.

I have always had great service here since starting to come 18 months ago. I had a wisdom tooth removed and several cleanings and teeth whitening and it's all been very professional. I've felt comfortable at all times. My kids go here too and the dentists have done a thorough job so far. They are reasonably priced too if you don't have insurance. Would recommend!

I was just at Crescent Heights Dental for a cleaning and checkup on Feb. 2,2021 and I'm always very happy with my visit. My hygienist Nicole is very gentle while doing the cleaning which is always appreciated. She also fit me for curaprox brushes and gave me a couple to help with cleaning between my teeth which has always been a problem area (even with regular flossing).
My dentist Charles (Dr. Leung) is great, he makes the visit worry free and I think he does a good job pointing out potential issues in a way that doesn't make you feel bad or too worried.

In the last 12+ years our family of 3 have been regular patients between CHD and a family friend's clinic. However, in the last 5 years, we've switched our visits to CHD exclusively and very happily. My experience with the people and processes at CHD has been nothing short of proficient, professional and pleasant. I recently had a bridge changed with Dr. Newbert who took time to ensure options were well explained to me. The installation of the bridge, ensuring it was comfortable and fixing a follow up issue were executed, again, with proficiency and professionally. On another note, he also took time to assess my 2 teenager's ortho progress vis-a-vis their current bite structure. What insight! On a final high note, the office staff and hygienists should receive accolades. Christina C (Treatment Coordinator) saved me time and undue stress. She booked 3 same-day appointments between my son's ortho and CHD to ensure his dental issues were properly attended to. Book an appointment with the team at CHD. There is a high chance that you will enjoy a very pleasant experience.

I love CHD! I have been going to this dentist for years, even though I have moved away from Crescent Heights. I am a bit of a clean freak, and I unlike most people love getting my teeth cleaned, and they do an amazing job, yet they are gentle, even gentle enough for my husband who “hates the dentist”. They are well priced, and the staff is always very kind and accommodating.

We had recently moved to Calgary and I had an unexpected dental semi-emergency. I walked into Crescent Heights Dental one morning, and they scheduled me in that day. It is a very professional and efficient office, which I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing! Dr. Newbert was really nice to my daughter who previously had a very traumatic experience with a different dentist elsewhere. He was able to get everything done and my daughter actually said she had FUN! Neerishima was really good as well, explaining everything to her and being very nice.
