Receptionist aren’t very professional at all, they are seeing patients as bother them but they did not know no one would want to be there and sick

Receptionist yelling at patients for not being understood by them. Appointment typical wait time 45 minutes. Then the doctor want you gone asap "one problem only"

Dr. Benny Cheung has been my family doctor for awhile now and he is very knowledgeable, has been able to resolve many issues and answer my questions. Referrals to specialists have been pretty quick as well.

Just called the clinic and can confirm that the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. The clinic made a mistake and did not book an appointment that I had made a month ago. She seemed all high and mighty and said that it was not her problem and that she doesn’t see any appointments made under my name so it must be my problem. She never apologized or empathized with our situation like a normal human being, especially one working in healthcare. I will also be trying to switch my doctor in the meantime because this is not an experience I want every time I try to receive health services.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 7 years now. I always find Dr Jenifer Yu very polite and respectful. She is very competent and thorough.
