Expect to be put on hold everytime
Still waiting for Dr to review my test results a week after receiving them

Happy with my walk in experience with this clinic. Have this pain on my right wrist for 5 weeks and I didn’t have to wait for 10 minutes when I got accommodated and seen by the doctor. Also, the doctor was quick to diagnose my complaint and gave the appropriate prescription and diagnostic imaging request. He was also patient answering all my queries.

It’s 6pm on a Tuesday. Work was crazy, I didn’t have a moment to stop and eat a bite of food. I’m starving and racing to get home. I stop in the place of Crescent Heights Medical Centre to grab a sandwich from Subway.

Subway has two designated parking spots. This medical centre has about 15. The clinic is closed, so I figure “I’m sure the clinic - which is closed for the evening - won’t mind me parking here for five minutes to grab a sandwich”.

I come out only to find a grumpy man who works for the clinic standing in the window (this man was wearing a white coat, standing inside the clinic) staring me down (from inside) for parking in one of their designated spots. Sir, you are closed. Let the lady grab a sandwich. Be a good neighbor.

The waiting times could definitely improve, and they could have small exams being made locally. Maybe even have some sort of partnership to provide patients with some services beyond the consultation, like blood collection and ultrasound? Even x-ray machines are quite portable these days, so they could offer a range of services to complement the consultation and save people's time.

I have changed my review as the clinic reached out to me today and was extremely helpful and the problem has been resolved. I am happy that we will be continuing to come to this clinic as the doctor we see here is great and they were quick to reach out and solve the issue I did have which I deeply appreciate.

What’s the point of making a appointment for 10am if your just going to tell me to come back a hour and a half later, not the first time this has happened either… I must say the lady at the desk was very polite

How do even get in to see my doctor? I tried walking in the other day at 10 am and they were already done accepting walk-ins. So I tried to call yesterday to book at appointment an hour before closing ut kept getting sent directly to voicemail. So I left a voicemail saying I'm feeling unwell. It's the following day and they've been open for a few hours. No call back. I tried calling again just now and still sent directly to voicemail. I'm trying ato fill the form out on their website but I doubt I'll receive anything. I like my doctor at this clinic, but no use if I can't even see him.

Edit: I have been attempting to contact you for 3 days now. Through phone, email and this review and still now response.

Edit 2: thank you for your response. FYI I went to your website but the closure wasn't posted, nor was there any notification on voicemail, nor any automated response through email. So the only way I learned about the closure was to drive to the clinic and see the sign posted on the door.

Worse of worse reception services and not coming back to this clinic after this. Every single time you call, you’re on hold and no one take care of that.
You must be busy and may have lots of patience visiting but improve your reception services. If you still want to visit, choice is yours.

Why ask everytime what I am here for infront of everyone in such a quiet place! I come for such embarrassing reasons and they make me feel so uncomfortable!
On the other hand though the doctor I met with was good, I believe his name is Dr. Mo. Faris.

We given this clinic a chance because they are just around the block from us and during covid when we had bronchitis this is the clinic we ran too. I was coughing aggressively and non stop that I had to walk to the washroom but still didn’t help to stop it. The receptionist offered me water and took me to one of the examination rooms to isolate me. I was thankful of this gesture because I kept coughing that scared other patients since this was in the hike of covid.

This clinic does accept walk ins but the wait time can take a while since its near downtown but other than that I was happy with my visit and the care they did to us.

Today June 25th I went with my 2 and half year old soon to see a doctor without appointment. Barinder from the front desk (right seat) told me to take a seat that it could take between 30 and 45 minutes. The girld behind us without appointment as well after that time went in to see a doctor so I was a bit surprise she went before my son. I went to the front desk to ask why she went before us and she only asked, Did you check in? My anser was, you told us to take a seat and wait that she will call us in. So absolutly unacceptable and there where no apologies from tmher side only offer to do the chek in, when in those 45 minutes more than 5 people came in without appointments, so I was not going to wati another 1 or 1.5hrs because she nevere requested us to do the chek in. I scored with 1 star because there is no way to give zero.

The answer to my review is even offensive and again unacceptable and unbelievable saying it was my fault and not giving any apologies, owner you lost a second chance. FIRST how ever is answer you were not there because I tried to talk you on the phone (after I left) and they said you dont work weekends, so you didnt know how many people were there at 10: 30, only 3 and for sure one with appointment, so not busy as other visit I did. Second blame me for not checking in when was told to take a seat and wait, what I supposed to do chek with the front desk everey 5 minutes? SECOND, take some time to read the reviews and you will find that all the negative ones are because the same lack of service and empathy of the front desk, is not that I am ungry today because in previues visit I did wait for more than 30 or even an hour to see my family doctor with an appointment booked, So this time I finally decided to take action and time to write a review somenthing I have never done before.
THIRD and most important you lost the opportunity to answer profesionally to my concern and take more responsability.

Today the 27th she called me and was still blame me for not going back to the front desk, she offer her a apologies, but never hear to my explanation plus she was laughting and saying that she has lots of patient and that she was not going to do anything related to the bad reviews (which are quite a few and with the reccurent problem) because people like me are lots, just incredible again, very very poor management from her with my soon and I.

The person who answered the phone today was very rude and unprofessional to me she answered the phone and spoke so fast I did not understand her and began to argue with me. I have given this place chance after chance and perhaps I need to go elsewhere now there is no need for rudeness front end staff need an attitude adjustment.
