I've been seeing Melissa for my dog's rehab for a few months and my only regret is that we didn't start sooner. I've already noticed improvements in my dog's strength and mobility and I'm hopeful we'll continue to make progress with time. Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and makes sure my pup is happy. The receptionists are all truly exceptional and make sure we're in and out in the safest, quickest way possible. My pup loves the folks at Crestwood and I'm glad we finally have some direction and guidance on how to treat her recovery and injury

After talking to several clinics, we chose Crestwood to address our Grifffon’s CCL rupture, which displayed some unusual indications. Dr. Scott’s examination and diagnosis was thorough and in-depth, followed by an individually-tailored treatment recommendation. Surgery was successful, with 100% recovery and rehabilitation supported by knowledgeable, committed and readily available staff. Fully positive experience, recommended without reservation!

Dr Todd. Dr Andrea and Dr Steve Jayla and the entire staff are the best people in the world. They took care of my baby durning a surgery and made sure she was ok for me. They care so much about our pets and it shows that they are clearly the number one choice for any animal parent in the city. The whole team is so so amazing!

Went here to have my pet vaccinated with Anti - Rabies, talked to the reception and specified that I will only schedule for anti rabies. On our appointment date, Vet arrived 30 mns late, without confirming, he injected multiple vaccines/vitamins on our pet. We got charged for multiple vaccines/vitamins which we did not asked. No problem if it was discussed to us at the first place but not.

The staff at Crestwood Veterinary are incredible. I brought my beloved furry friend in on her last day of life and their care and support really stood out to me on a difficult day. Thank you so much for making Truffles' last moments comfortable. This is an unusual review that took me months to share, but I needed to share just how much your staff efforts meant to me & my child. Friendly professional staff, smart and friendly doctors, clean building front and back, ample parking, everybody understands your needs for your pet, whether serious or minor in nature.

Dr Doug and his colleagues always take the best care of my two dogs. They have seen us through minor bumps to major illness.

First time here and the staff went above and beyond, started when I got to the clinic, was greeted right away and in an exam room within 2 minutes of getting there. Dr. Scott was very good and thorough, answered any and all questions.

Dr. Scott is incredible! Our 7 year old mixed breed ended up getting the TPLO on both knees due to genetics, & as much as we dreaded having to watch our guy go through such an invasive surgery the staff at Crestwood made it stress free. If this is something your pet needs I highly recommend going to Dr. Scott. It's an expensive surgery but the rate is standard for it. Our dog is a different dog since, & for the better! Without these surgeries we would have had to say goodbye way too early.

Thank you to Crestwood for helping my 9 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi get her leg fixed. We sincerely appreciated the professionalism and skill they gave to our family. We left feeling prepared for the long 12 week recovery journey ahead.

Where to even begin on how AMAZING this clinic is. Dr Scott is the best vet I have ever met. Very honest, knows what he’s talking about, and actually will sit and talk to you so you can ask lots of questions. He did my border collies ACL surgery and it’s been nothing but a success! I cannot thank the techs enough for taking such GOOD care of my dog when she went through the surgery. They kept her comfort toy and blanket with her and even stayed by her side to comfort her when she woke up. We are now doing physio with Melissa and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive every time. This is my first time dealing with this kind of rehab, so I have lots of questions. No matter how many times I call with a new question, the front staff is always nice, understanding of my concerns, and quick to help. You can tell EVERYONE in this clinic truly cares about the health and safety of your pets. They’re not in it for the money. They’re in it because they really do love your pets as much as you do and want to see them at their best. I am so grateful for everyone here. I will never take my dog or any future pets to any other clinic

I had to put 4 stars because of some previous unhappy experiences with some lady vet, but Dr. Doug Heffelfinger is a true angel, i never seen such compassionate Doctor! He is really the best! Wish him good health and every happiness

After having my dog looked at at another clinic and the medication they provided not working we decided to take her here, and the diagnosis was completely different and the medication they prescribed actually worked, however whenever we called about seeing if we can get a renewal on her medication after she had a flair up we were told a vet wasn't in, but that we would hear back first thing the next day. That was 4 months ago and we never heard back. Happy they figured out what was wrong with my dog, but I'm not going to be phoning every day trying to get an answer. Bit ridiculous.

I was discriminated against by this establishment, as they insisted I submit to their political extremism. I will never return.

The staff here are very friendly, accommodating, & explain things very well. My foster dog came to get neutered & get his dew claws removed & they were wonderful!

First time back after 2 years of no kitties. Everyone is so kind as my cat wanted to just explore everything rather than sit still. Been going here for years and I love the care this place gives.

My active border collie puppy struggled with a foot injury and was being seen at a different clinic. After almost two months, he was not improving at all despite being on constant medication. He was referred to a surgeon for exploratory surgery but I decided to try Crestwood and we met with Dr. Andrea Pellegrino. She assessed my dog and concluded that he might be suffering from a microfracture that got infected. Started him on anti-biotics and within 1 week, there was a massive improvement and within a month, he was back to his normal self. I can't thank Dr. Andrea enough for her quick diagnosis and effective treatment plan. We have since switched completely to Crestwood.

New to the area was looking for a vet clinic for my kitten. Based on the stellar reviews i decided to give crestwood a try. Walked in and said hi, not one of the three reception ladies said hi back. Went to go look for my kittens food, asked reception a question about the food they carry and they ignored me and were too focused on laughing at a joke one of them had said. Decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and asked again after the laughter had died down after which all i got was a one word answer. At that point i just felt very pushed to the side but i needed cat food so decided on a bag and went to the till. They asked for my account number, of which i had none bc it was my first time. I said i was new here and instead of asking if i wanted to start an account or inquiring if i found everything i was looking for she just handed me the mastercard machine and continued to ignore me and talk to her coworkers. I will also mention that this was around 750 am, 20 mins after they open, it was not busy hours, the receptionists were not busy with other cases, they were literally joking about stealing each other’s pens. If they are this rude and condescending about me asking about cat food then i cant imagine the lack or care my animal would recieve for something serious. 10/10 would not recommend.

Dr. Book was very caring and attentive with my fur babe. Their transparency is what I appreciate most so there are never any surprises when it comes to the bill.

Superb customer service and very friendly staff. I go way out of my way to patronize their business! 4 other vets between my home and their location! They offer alternative therapies as well! Low level laser red light therapy and acupuncture!

Our 2 year old lab was having issues with her rear legs and was progressively getting worse. Upon getting x-rays done it was found both her ACL's were torn and she had arthritis in her knees. We had TPLO surgery done here and we couldn't be happier with the results. They did an amazing job and our girl is now fully healed and is running around like a puppy again. Thank you guys so much for your great work!

The best vet in the city, I've been going here for years. Dr. Doug is the best, so compassionate and amazing with my fearful dogs. The care we receive from him is truly above and beyond, I can't put into words how thankful we are.

Years after my negative experience here they are still exercising undue care and attention in their reproduction services. They are referring to days instead of hours on their website.

We love the staff - thoughtful, compassionate and very capable care. Awesome adaptations with our fearful pup. Impressive in-house diagnostic equipment means more immediate test results and no need to refer to other clinics for testing. Great clinic!

I took my 7 year old cat here to get vaccinated. The front desk was a little chaotic but I can understand they are extremely busy and there were some LARGE dogs in the area taking up space the doctor was amazing, calm, and courteous the entire time. Thank you Erica

Very helpful with all questions and concerns from both the vet and the front desk. Taken two of my pets here now who were quite scared of the vet in the past, this one seems to make them a lot more comfortable.

We love our vet! They always take wonderful care of our dog. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and all the vets are all so knowledgeable and they truly care about each and every animal they treat. So happy we found them ️

Doctor Todd Scott is amazing. My 13 year old Jug had two mast cell tumours removed here and Dr. Scott was very positive and confident about the procedure, myself and my dog felt extremely well taken care of. I had gone to one specialist and two other vets before Crestwood and am super glad I did my research. Choose Crestwood for your furry family members! Thanks again to you and your amazing staff <3

Just brought my dog for the first time to this place. The vet (Dr Book) if that's who she was (never introduced herself so I'm not sure) was useless. When she came in to the exam room, my dog was barking at her. Instead of speaking to her or even getting down to the dogs level, she (dr) backed herself into the corner. At no time did she try to speak to her or calm her in any way. The dog was obviously scared but nothing was initiated to try and calm her fears. Basically told me she couldn't examine her unless she was sedated or muzzled. Let me make it clear my dog NEVER barred her teeth or snarled in any way whatsoever. She was barking, that's it. I will also point out that she never barked in the front office at the staff or people waiting while we were waiting to go into the exam room nor did she bark at anyone while we were leaving. This vet is in the wrong profession in my opinion. I have been to many vets over the years who have always spoken to my animals to calm them and reassure them if they were anxious especially when first meeting them! I can't speak for the rest of the vets at this practice but I definitely wouldn't recommend Dr Book to anyone. I could not trust her with the health of my pet based on her total lack of care.

I was referred to Crestwood by a friend who's had nothing but great experiences there. Dr. Scott was super friendly and efficient. We'll be bringing all our pets to him going forward.

Always professional, thorough and available as required. My dog isn’t even afraid to go to the back room when needed. So happy we found this Vet centre.

I have a very agitated cat and I've been to multiple vets over the last 6 months. Unfortunately for both my cat and my wallet, this has caused me to continue to have to pay for assessments without getting a proper diagnosis because there is no calming him down.

Today I called in a panic after I noticed my cat having issues walking down the stairs (what seems like a progressive injury/illness). Not only did they get me in right away (and I know this wasn't easy because they lobby was full when I got there) but they had one of the owners address our concerns because they knew of our history trying to diagnose the problem. He spent the time it took to just sit in the room and give my cat the time to get comfortable with him and his surroundings. (After and through multiple swipes and hisses!)

Even through this though we were still not able to get a full diagnosis at this time due to his extreme agitation, we came up with a plan on how to approach dealing with this properly moving forward. I was given instructions on what to watch for and report, and a small sedative for when we need to come back for further analysis.

While this behaviour might not seem unusual to some, I found their customer service to be beyond any expectation. Their focus and determination to help me deserves 10 stars, I'm disappointed I'm stuck giving them only 5.

What I hope this review does is give that person out there reading this the confidence to overcome any apprehension of bringing your loved one to this Centre. You will be treated with grace, professionalism and beyond that leave feeling like they've cared for your animal like it was one of their own.

We have been going to this Veterinarian for 20+ years. They have the best staff and doctors in my opinion. A few of the staff members have been there the entire time we have been using their services. That speaks volumes about how this organization is operated. Top notch! Thank you for everything over the years!

Just to say a big “Thank You” to Dr. Heffelfinger & staff, for the kind, gentle and compassionate care given to my wonderful cat “Whisper”, who was nearing the end of her life (17 years!) due to aging and medical issues. Dr. Heffelfinger was very gentle with her (she was frail) and administered a little ear medication as a palliative for an irritation. Whisper passed in my arms a day later.very tough for me! I did give her the best life I could and I feel lucky that the doctor was understanding and empathetic with the whole situation. Again, I thank you!

This place has been a staple for my family and our fur babies. In the sadest of moments they manage to make it as easy as one can. Shout out to the entire staff for everything they do on a daily basis.

First visit here as I had some serious concerns with the health of my pet the my old vet wasn't getting around to diagnosing, as well my old vet kept recommending the popular brand name corn based food I believe was making my boy sick. The vet here at Crestwood discovered right away my boy had a serious heart murmur. So glad I came here-that wasn't even noticed by my old vet. Thank you!

Dr Mary takes such fabulous care of my dog and there is no "upselling". She always tells me like it is.

Took very good care of my puppy for his first vaccination and a minor issue. Price was actually lower than I expected even with the extra optional vaccine. Bentley didn't even notice the vaccination happened!

They came recommended by a friend and it was Atlas' 1st ever trip to the Vets. We had Dr. Wheeler who Atlas got an immediate crush on and was at her mercy.lol. He was so well behaved and it all had to do with the relaxed atmosphere they have.great service, very professional and even better. Affordable. So impressed, I'm bringing the rest of the "Mafia" in for their shots and checkups. Not to mention spade and nuetering afterwards.great to have a place we can finally call home after other bad experiences in recent years.

Dr Heffelfinger and all of the staff are very kind and professional. This practice has taken great care of my guinea pigs. They were incredibly compassionate when I had to put down my pig Ruby. It's very clear that everyone who works at this clinic loves animals and cares for their clients.

Staff very friendly and helpful and great with advice on what you need. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs great care for family pet members.

We had to put down our cat of 18 years, and they were so compassionate and caring. They made a hard time a little easier and we’re grateful to them!

The vet was very helpful. They have separate rooms for cats and dogs. My kitty pouted after being examined but there was a nice window seat for her to be comfortable in while she ignored me.

Absolutely the best Vet in the City. They are kind, compassionate and go above and beyond, to make sure you and your fur babies are very well taken care of. Dr. Scott is amazing. I would never go anywhere else.

This vet hospital (specifically Andrea) is amazing. The care and concern they provide your pet is another level. I went there a few months ago to do stem cell therapy for my ailing dog and although he wasn't a good candidate for the therapy the amount of time and effort and care Andrea provided my dog Bloo was unbelievable. I am very grateful for her insight and would recommend Crestwood to everyone.

Awesome clinic with super sweet staff. I've dealt with three of the vets and they're all amazing. I adopted the sweetest one eyed cat from a shelter, she had upper resp but they assured me I just needed to finish her antibiotic pack and she would be good to go. Turned out her whole head was one big infection and she was at risk of losing at least one ear. Dr. Watts and Dr. Adams worked with me to get her healthy despite her gastro problems with meds. She's doing amazing now. I can't recommend them enough.

My cat had an ultrasound here, and ultimately had a mass removed from her bladder. Initially, I had suggested that she would need to be sedated for the ultrasound, she is not a fan of people in general. But they were kind and gentle and calm and she did not need to be sedated.
After her surgery, they let me come into the back and load her into the carrier, so it was less stressful for all. She is healing beautifully, they did a nice job on her tummy.

Fantastic service! They're very detailed about the issues and went above and beyond our expectations.

My Norwegian Elkhound has had two TPLO (torn ACL) surgeries there and both time he came home in good shape and is recovering quickly. Friendly staff, well organised, send reminder before the appointment and they follow up after the surgery.
