Dirty lawns, overfilled dumpsters, horrible parking lot. Difficult to navigate units.
Nice staff, decent units, fully fenced front yards.

The townhomes are really well sized, clean and up to date with all the luxuries you need. Community is peaceful and conveniently located near shopping and parks.

Cricket court is well kept community. Good size homes and yards. Defiantly a family community.

I have lived here for 6 + years and have seen and experienced alot. I finally have an awesome property manager! Cory Farmer is great and handles all of my needs / worries right away (which was not the case in the past) finally getting some stuff done and fixed up. Thank you again for taking care of myself and my home Cory.

What you would expect from older buildings like this. Nothing spectacular but far from bad.

Enjoy visiting family in Cricket Court, Spacious room for visiting and love the beautiful view of the neighbourhood! Friendly people that live around there.

Very bad dont like the people around here way to snobby and horrible experiences with the managers.

Best Landlords in Edmonton. Units are spacious and nice. The few repairs I've needed happen quickly and correctly.
