Possibly the worst outlet mall I've been to. Definitely was not worth the drive, the Nike outlet was a joke. I'm very confused to how this is rated so high

I found an iPhone in women’s bathroom and handed to the the information desk at the mall and security. Please call the mall guest information desk to ask for your’s.

Also anyone losing their shopping bag at the children play place from bath and body works, please check with the store- it was returned back to them. Wish u all to find ur lost items again

Very nice place.lots of stores offering nice discounts even at fossil store. This was my first visit. Huge place lots of stores. Affordable for almost everyone. But far.we travelled from Seton.straight long drive.but worth the visit. I saw many Indians there.

I am from Toronto so Outlet Malls are everywhere. This one I found Big and well mapped out. Quiet and well lite.

Gorgeous mall but the food area its as good theres terrible food directly aimed at the flaming wok I ordered from there and the noodles look like thred the broccoli its massive and not cut up properly and NOT what i saw to the menu not even CLOSE and it tastes awful never again i cant even get my god damn money back

Too few handicap parking spots I would recommend you add a few extras designated for wheelchair vehicles only had to leave simply because the 5 handicap spots were full and there are no other spots designed to deploy a ramp

This use to be my go to mall, than I moved.
Really disappointed with my visit this time. I entered the mall using a service corridor, the smell almost made us turn around and leave. The overflowing garbage compactors were a breath a fresh air compared to this corridor. It felt so dark and dingy walking through the whole mall. No fault of the mall itself but I understand why companies are closing, there is no customer service in any of the stores I walked into. Shout out to Puma and Peoples for the excellent service.

Waited there during layover to Toronto. Got some great deals shopping on boxing day. Great food court.

Probably my favorite mall to go to, unfortunately its so far out of the way. The decorations inside and out are tasteful and the stores have something for everyone.

The mall has all kinds of stores for anything you could need. The food court also has quite a few restaurants. There are usually various discounts in many stores. It can get pretty busy during the holiday time and on weekends, so if possible go during the off hours to avoid waiting in line and a lot of rush

I mean it's a mall so it's going to be crowded and full of screaming children. Overall the store selection is good and you can usually find what you're looking for.

I'm not sure if it's the mall, or Balzac, or individual stores. I was at winners and there's lots of people wearing masks. For those who don't value your health please refrain from going out and spreading your unwanted germs. Just be respectful please.

A lot of good brands, some of them can only be found in this mall as Nike. Also for Nike store there is usually line to get inside. It has a large food space and a lot of people usually buy there.

Huge mall. Be prepared as it would take a long day or more to cover it. Great shops and prices seemed good.

Boxing day line ups were brutal with covid precautions. Typically a good place to shop! Well maintained, clean, and helpful stuff.

Okay, as a Calgarians who lives in the south west it's a bit of a trek to make it to this mall, but when I do I really do get to enjoy myself there. It has a lot of stores that I enjoy and a huge variety of stores too. The only downside it the parking/exit/entrance into this mall.

Came here for the food court which had lots of good options and a great variety.

They are following the exemption program for in the food court so if you plan on eating in the mall be ready with your papers to line up for seating!

They did appear to be moving through the line pretty quickly though, so that is an upside.

Picked a good time to do a little Christmas shopping was not packed with people line up at food court were quite short Saturdayb around 6: 00 pm.

It's good and the we have customer service. But a little more will make more difference.
I like it and I usually go to the one in chestmere because overall I had a good experience here so far.

Great mall with numerous stores including outlet shops as well as high end boutiques. Huge food court with security monitoring table section for vaccinations. Virtual Reality Ride set up and Bass Pro Shop a must stop!

Busy, crowded as always but nice place to walk around if you are a mall person.line up in every brand store which is expected.

The parking lot is crazy it's a great mall but wow lots of time getting in and out should have designed that a little better

Mall is sufficient, though as it's becoming dated, and the initial hype of an "outlet" mall dies down, there needs to be further development to compete for consumer dollars.

Had a lovely shopping experience at the mall. Pretty big mall with a lot of big name brands. Was quite busy and some stores had lines in front of them. Enjoyed my visit and would definitely consider visiting again.

It is pandemic time and everyone are here. It is just crazy and full of people lining up for each store. A lot of sales but not easy to get into the store.

Easy to find, lots of parking. Must read the sign's in order to navigate the mall. Lots of businesses, should to able to get what you need.

A big mall. It does get boring once you've been there a few times. Especially with COVID a lot of stores have pulled out from the mall.

Always a beautiful mall but we came when it was closing of course. Definitely love visiting the bass pro shop. Very large mall full of great sales and stores. Even just a beautiful mall to browse.

Great sales from many popular brands through their outlet stores. Plenty of options for food from the food court and other restaurants. Highly recommend going during off-peak hours to find better parking and to avoid crowds.

Honestly, for me this mall is a "meh". The interior design is something to behold for sure; but if you're going there for the shopping, I've found the same things can often be found closer to home.

The most frustrating thing about this mall is that there is a very limited number of access points to the parking lot.this means that there is often traffic congestion at the least, and around the holidays it can be utterly ridiculous-we're talking hours spent getting and and out of the place.

This place is really great for shopping branded goods. Shopping is more done on lifestyle products. Ambiance is good and this place is crowded all the time. Today in the Christmas eve, this mall is crazy, insane number of people coming for their last minute purchase. I can imagine the what is going to happen on boxing day.

Got to love the crossiron mills parking lot where some one swings there door full strength into your car because they didn't park inside the lines and you did.

I love this mall. Top notch stores from Bass Pro shop, winners, bed bath and beyond, to Ben Moss. Ample room in the halls, great Cineplex AUX, fantastic dining and loads of parking.

It's ok. Nothing special. Most of their stores charge more than you'd expect for outlets. Watch out for some of the stores' slimy schemes. They mark up their prices and show that they have 25,30,40,50% discount yet it's the same price or sometimes more expensive than it was when it came out at the non outlet stores.

This mall is great for getting some exercise from walking. It has good bathrooms, and the food court has great selection. It was plenty of choice for shopping, and even has a movie theatre. Would defiantly come here again!

We went for some Christmas shopping and the mall wasn't excessively busy and was so beautifully decorated. We stopped in at the play area before leaving, my one year old had a blast.

When I first heard that Airdrie is getting a mall next door I figured its going to be something not checking out. But then the reviews and the folks kept on chatting away and telling folks how impressive the mall is. And how big this Bass Pro Shop is, and how amazing the mall is as well. So finally got down there this year to have a look my self and well. My result of this place is just. WOW.just. WOW. New stores left to right, attractions, neat statues. And the food court was quite decent and big enough space to move around and enjoy some food. The store them selves are very well done, and when I finally got to the Bass Pro Shop. MIND BLOWING of what they have in there O_O

So my verdict of the mall and its location and everything else. If you are a traveller from different parts of the country and want to see something neat. This mall and its stores and its Bass Pro Shop will amaze you and make you want to shop here anytime anywhere.

Wow is about the best word to describe this massive outlet mall. If you're coming to Calgary to shop or if you live in Calgary then this has every store that you can think of. Great bargains lots of space really what more can you say about a shopping mall but it certainly met our expectations and more.

Very busy place every time I am here. Great shopping selection and the restaurants they have in there are pretty good as well. Recommend stopping even to walk around as there is lots to look at and see.

Lots of stores, clean and spacious. Almost every store I could think of was there. They have an arcade. Arcades are like non existent anymore. Which makes this way more impressive. The only downside is that I live on the other end of the city. So getting here takes about an hour. Not cool. Still a 5 star mall. Cool cool.

Great mall clean with a walking path that takes you past every store withing back tracking or confusion. Lots of interesting things for kids to look at and in some cases interact with.

Lots of shops for every need. Big place to walk around. Plan for a few stops to rest. There is plenty of seating throughout the mall. Large food court with loads of selection.

I had a great time walking around this GIANT sized mall and realy enjoyed all the selections availible for retail outlets and healthy cultural food options as well. Amazing sculptures that are are partly Canadiana inspired and larger than life in size. The clothing/apparel is a favorite with more than anyone could see in a day.amazing deals in all price ranges.
Ultimately realy nothing can compare to the real life outdoor environment created indoors at Bass Pro Shops where i found every type of fishing, boating, camping, and hunting item i ever dreamed of and always some excellent sales worth coming for.wow every time i come its like the first visit with so much to see.

Excellent shopping mall with stores offering good discounts and a very big selection. Food court is excellent and big. Plenty of places to sit and eat. There is an arcade games area and a cinema complex.

Visited the New Horizon Mall by CrossIron Mills.they hosted a Halloween themed event. There were more stores opened since the last public event. That said, it was still empty for the most part. Good to see more Activity and the Mall moving in the right direction.

Very busy mall which means it will be hard to find parking during weekends/holidays but there is a reason why it's so busy. Cross Iron has a huge selection of stores such as Toys R Us, Cole's, EB games and more.

Do like driving around for hours looking for parking? Do you like being yelled at by other shoppers for being in their picture while at a mall? Do you need new shoes? Then CrossIron Mills is the place for you! People treat this place more like an amusement park than a shopping center. The crowds are insane, the parking a nightmare and other shoppers act like rude caged animals. This makes the employees working in the stores to be real "pleasant". Save your time and sanity and shop online.
