Mr. Dawood was very helpful, honest and straightforward. I never trusted a dealership owner but this guy was just different. He treated me like a family member. I bought a Honda Civic that was in great condition, the price was the best in Calgary. Dawood made the process very easy for me and get me approved.at Crossroads they enjoy HONESTY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY GOOD PRICE AND GOOD CARS UNLIKE other dealerships who try to sell you high priced cars with hidden issues. The best part is you buy and walk away without worrying about the issues you will discover later.

Bought a car about a month ago. Noor was quick to sell me the car and talked about its great condition and how there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Not even a day after buying the vehicle, I realized the car leaks engine oil and needs to be replaced for thousands of dollars (warranty won’t cover it even though salesperson guaranteed engine/transmission coverage for 3 months). AND Air conditioning is broken. Thus, the car inspection report provided was false. I regret buying a car from here and trusting his service. Take it from me, they will tell you many positive things to make a sale, but will take your money and scam you. It’s unfortunate and disappointing that they take advantage of their buyers.

Just purchased a vehicle from Crossroads Motors, only had a limited time to find a vehicle. Dawood Sobhi helped us view a few vehicles we were interested in and we decided to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in immaculate condition inside and out. Don't even try to step up your foot to this place. It's the worse experience ever. Me and my my auntie pay a down payment for Hyundai and told them we are going to bring a mechanic to check and our mechanic chack it and told as not to deal with it.ask them for refund and refuse to gave our money back what a shame

Buyers beware and don't buy from Cross Road Motors. Very disappointed by the customer service given By Dawood Sobhi. I was lied to and mislead and sold a lemon that broke down right after I drove it off the lot, I went back for my refund the very next day, I was told on the phone I would get 1 to only to be deny it on arrival. If you do want to purchase from here get your own mechanic to check the vehicle throughly, because Mr Sobhi just gets his own mechanic friend to check off the vehicle as in good condition when it is not and can even get him to make past dated receipts of work that was never done on your car. Still waiting for them to do the right thing and give me my full refund. But as you can see he is in the business to sell you cars that never run.
