Crosstown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Brought my Jeep in to have my oil leak inspected under warranty to verify parts. Vanessa my service advisor kept me updated and made my service very pleasant! I will definitely be back for all my servicing in the future!

Moe G.at Crosstown was amazing at trying to get us in the right vehicle. He is super friendly and not a high pressure sales person.
Even though I didn't quite find what I was looking for he told me he was going to stay on the look out for the right vehicle for us.

First time today at this Dodge dealership and not a great experience. Rude service advisor first and foremost. Complimentary car/truck wash was third rated and I am being generous when I say this. Very lazy done wash job! Service department stated that they could not find anything wrong with my truck. I reported a loud ticking noise that I heard upon start up one day and was told they would need the truck overnight so the engine would be cold. The truck was driven there this morning andI was there several hours so the engine would have had plenty of time to cool in order to check a couple of things. Just another lazy performance!

I guess because the truck is under warranty they look for the easiest solution to get you out the door. I am certain if I would have been paying out of my own pocket this small job/problem would have been rectified.

Not to good of service had to wait for 5 hours for my vehicle when thay had it ready within 1 hour of dropping it off

Don't get winter tires here, they have a buy 3 get 1 free "promo", Kaltire or anyone else really, quoted me 25% cheaper for the same tires. No promo going on here that's for sure

Keep calling me and leaving me messages… called multiple times and told them to stop. Horrible experience buying my truck and now they won’t accept that I won’t go back. If I could give them 1 star every time they call me I would. No I don’t want to service my truck at your shop, no I don’t want to sell my truck and buy a new one from your shop.

My brother bought a vehicle from the dealership, was promised 12 oil changes and after 5 of them - management has decided to no longer honor the agreement. Would really consider who you're dealing with before buying from Crosstown

I satisfied with the repair but It made my job challenging because I use my truck for work and it was in the shop for three days but I didn't get the replacement car

First of all I wouldn't even give Crosstown 1 star if I didn't have too these guys are a bunch of scamming liying thieves. They sold me a used Mazda in which I traded my truck and 11000 dollar down payment I was only supposed to owe around 20000 in which I now owe 36000. The salesmen Wallace was nothing but a liar he never came through on any of his promises there was supposed to be a car starter which there wasn't! They gave me a broken key fob which they never fixed! He promised me a free meal at his restaurant and to check up on us and the vehicle to no avail. I tried to take my vehicle down the California where I found out I had the wrong registration and plate! Which they setup! So I turned around back to Crosstown. So for 3 months I drove around with the wrong plate! Which was sitting at there front desk! I started driving only to find out my brakes were seized up! So I turned around again! I took it back in which they fixed the brakes on my extended warranty but they never fixed my oil light they never fixed my key fob and said they did.they never fixed the passenger air bag light which says it's not working! I feel scammed and i would NOT RECOMMEND Crosstown Chrystler to anyone! This has been a nightmare in which I now have to live with for the rest of my life! It Wasn't worth my money my time my nor my stress if I can take it all back I would in a heartbeat!

This place is the biggest rip-off vehicle dealer in Alberta, maybe even all of Canada. The salesman Shuke (immediate left when you walk inside) sold me on the truck I wanted. Heated seats and black stripes down the hood. I took him at his word when the truck was delivered, but IT WASNT THE SAME TRUCK. No heated seats, no stripes, and he even sold a fake truck to a guy from my hometown that wasn't even a Hemi when he specifically asked for one. My buddy wound up with a V-6. Granted we should have checked our vehicles before taking them off the lot, but this Shuke guy and management at Crosstown needs and deserve prison time. And as an additional bonus, my "NEW" truck is scratched to hell on the rear quarter panel

I am very satisfied with my recent purchase at Crosstown. The customer service was amazing and I felt like my time was valued. Subhi did an amazing job in explaining everything and answering all my questions and concerns. Great job!

Warning. Do not buy used vehicles from them. Got sold a lemon that was ridiculously overpriced. I was a first time buyer and they completely took advantage of that. I was told the vehicle they sold me had no issues with it, only to find out afterwards they ignored going through the fitness assessment with me or the car fax. Took it in their shop and found out it needed 6000$ of maintenance and repairs. Today I tried to trade in at a different dealer and they told me that I clearly got ripped off. DO NOT trust anyone there. They all lie right to your face. Also they conned me into the extended warranty as well which was another 3000$ which didn’t cover anything at all. WHAT A RIP OFF.

I've visited this dealership a couple of times searching for a very specific vehicle. It's been a pleasant experience each time I've visited.

As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. I've had the pleasure of interacting with K. K. Mazviwanza who is an expert in the customer service space. I hope this dealership realizes what an asset he is to their organization.

Good people, good value & a great selection of vehicles - new & used. What's not to like? !

First time Dodge owner. Bought never owned before, new only 100kms on it. Ram 1500 Laramie. After driving it home from St Paul and the initial excitement wore off I realized the drivers side window was wavy and kinda made everything look like I was under water. I called crosstown and spoke to Kendall M from the very first call to her answering questions I had about winter tres and rims she was just a DOLL! I have never had such amazing customer service. I appreciate her quick responses, friendly attitude and just all around happiness. Thank you Kendall, you have made a lifer customer!

I always do my service here and everybody is awesome. Service is always topnotch most especially Vanessa Williams. They always keep you updated regarding concerns and stuff's that nees to be done to keep you vehicle in good condition.keep it up! And thank you as always.

I had purchased my Jeep from Crosstown Chrysler in 2019 and had a verbal agreement with the sales advisor that I would receive 12 free oil changes with the purchase. I have had no problem with the first 5 oil changes as I was told to text him upon my arrival and he would ensure it was taken care of. This was all documented on my file and can be seen in the service history of the vehicle. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the advisor is no longer with Crosstown and I was just informed by the service department that management has decided they would no longer honor the agreement in place. This is very disappointing as it was the reason I chose to purchase from Crosstown.

This review does not reflect the actual service department but rather management and how they are choosing to operate. I would definitely consider your options prior to purchasing after this experience; they will do one thing to get the sale and then go back on their word.

On a positive note I have dealt with Jayme Caldwell in service and have nothing but good things to say about the service she provides. She is professional and always upfront about what needs to be done on the vehicle. I trust her opinion on all matters.

I did have to visit the service department for repairs in my van. It is an older vehicle and they keep it in too top running condition. I never have felt that any of the repairs were not necessary. They make excellent need to fix, optional to fix and required maintenance suggestion that I have always felt were never elaborated. Jayme thank you for the great customer service. I do appreciate it You have a lifetime customer!
