Please don’t go to this dealership to check the vehicle or trade the vehicle or to buy a new vehicles they will steal your money by asking you to pay deposit forcefully and the deposit will not be refunded. I noticed this is not the first time they did this, it’s repeatedly done to lot of customers. Now they are well trained in stealing the money from consumers. They upgrade the vehicle without asking permission or before the deal is finalized and they claim to keep the deposit money. Finally they upgrade the car and keep it to sell for other customers.

WORST PLACE TO EVER DO BUSINESS WITH! THEY SOLD ME A LEMON FOR A VEHICLE; I understand that cars aren’t a forever thing and things do happen. BUT THEY DID NOT SALE ME A TRUST WORTHY CAR - JUST A LEMON! AND NOW I AM STUCK PAYING THOUSANDS EVERY OTHER WEEK FOR THIS VEHICLE TO WORK! DO NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY JOSH WHO NO LONGER WORKS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!

Bought a vehicle from there was my worst experience ever I don't recommend anyone going there

I took my car here for a key fob replacement.
They called me that morning to say my car had a check engine light on and was running rough and recommended a diagnosis to inspect the issue.

To note here is I have never had a check engine light come on in my car, ever. I did in fact have a tire pressure warning light on; my new wheels did not have sensors installed.

After the diagnosis I was called and told my vehicle had several issues. That I needed a new battery (mine was apparently at “11.5 volts”) brake switch, O2 sensors and spark plugs, but they were unsure of the root of the check engine light or rough running engine.

I went to pick up my vehicle and handed a list of quotes for the various issues. The costs were high, including several more diagnosis fees. $450 to replace the battery was one I would like to highlight. I went to a parts store and bought a higher end battery for my vehicle for $300, and installed it myself. The issue here was that my original battery was reading 12.5V when I had it tested. I even tested it myself after a couple days of sitting in my cold garage, still 12.5 volts. Great work Dodge.

I still have never seen the “check engine light” come on. I’m assuming the same mechanic who saw the tire pressure light was the one checking my battery.

The brake switch was throwing a code, which I confirmed with my code reader, but was functioning. I replaced it in minutes and it was a $22 part. Crowfoot Dodge quoted me $150 for that.

When I voiced my concern I was told to contact a particular service advisor. My email was never returned. When I followed up a week later I was told I would be contacted, but that never happened either. That last email was over ten days ago.

I am completely dissatisfied with Crowfoot Dodge. They are either completely unqualified or dishonest, or both. To not contact a concerned customer after they reach out twice is absolutely unacceptable.

I highly recommend you steer clear of any service at their shop. There are many friendly smaller shops with actual business ethics that will be honest with you.

Their parts counter wasn’t any better. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was unsure which door to enter through and came in from the back. I stood at the parts counter for ten minutes saying “hello? ” while someone from around the corner was burping loudly before they eventually came to help me. This place was not worth my time or money.

Update: Despite the reply from Dodge on this review, no one has bothered contacting me or responding to my original emails.

Update2: Still no phone call from Dodge. I did a bit of reading and figured out it was loose intake manifold bolts. You would think a Dodge mechanic would have some experience with this! No one at Dodge has shown me anything to be impressed about.

I have dropped my car here 8 AM in the morning and they took it to the shop 5 PM in the afternoon and it was only two hours job. So they couldn’t able to fix it at same day. When they return my car rude behaviors. Car wasn’t washed at all. The worst Chrysler service in the town.

Found a vehicle online.write in with a question. I get a email reply. Doesn't answer the question and asks for my best offer lol.

I just need a used, cargo style van under 8k.

I reply to this email and ask a few more questions. I hit send by accident and quickly sent a second email with the rest of the information I'm looking for.

The reply, still not a single answer for any questions and a slightly used 2015 Dodge caravan for 22k. I guess there's not enough profit to be made on the old used cars.

Excellent service from Crowfoot Dodge.  Found an issue that another mechanic did not fix correctly. The best and cheapest pricing of all Dodge dealers in the city, price is a bit higher too compared to other non-dealer shops but you definitely get what you pay for and the work is excellent.   Customer Care also followed up after my service to ensure the issue was fixed correctly. Ask for Sean in the service department, will be coming back for sure.

Great service department! Super welcoming staff. Was traveling through town and in a rush to find the best Dodge dealer and these guys were above amazing! I worked with Bob. It’s hard to find a good honest service advisor and mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend.

This was the best dealership I have worked with. Samantha from Customer care was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. For my service, I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. My service advisor Sally was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. 5 star service.

Staff was nice enough but scheduling an oil change at a specific time doesn't actually get you an appointment, only a time to drop off your keys and wait apparently. Not sure how they can advertise this as a Quick Lane lube. Wasted half my morning for this.

To me this is defenetly something to consider when buying a car and they try and upsell you on a pre-paid maintance package. If the dealer you buy it from isn't the one you will be getting it serviced at, you might want to reconsider if you think you can just pop in for an oil change.

With Ford, their Express Lube dealerships have dedicated bays for this type of service.

I was really nervous buying a vehicle. Kaeden helped me find a good deal and was very knowledgable. The sales manager Aldo was very easy to deal with as well. Highly recommend.

My '17 Cherokee Trailhawk came in for a repair and after the diagnostic I was told it would be about $800. When I got the final invoice, it was over $1100. Its bad enough the new Cherokees are poorly built, but getting a much larger bill without a proper explanation just makes it worse.

It was out in a timely mannor and there's no question of the quantity of work, but the communication was terrible.

I understand that misleading people is the nature of the car industry, but this place takes the cake. You submit an online evaluation for your trade and they’ll give you an overvalued estimate so you come by. Then the sales manager contacts you and says they can most likely match what another dealership gave you for a trade. Then you’ll take time out of your day to come by and get buttered up with broken promises and zero transparency on anything. After all “it’s not about the details, focus on the payment”. Then you take more time to come back and view the new truck you inquired about only to see it has a smashed bumper. “Will get that fixed”…but yet you were very persistent on getting this deal down today…

How would you feel if I promised you a bunch of stuff and you spent your own money on gas and valuable time to chase the buck getting passed around. Integrity is hard to come by these days and wish I could say this place had any. If anyone has any recommendations on a good dealership experience it would be greatly appreciated.

This dealership is a great place to buy and service your cars. Their customer service is good, they have courteous workers and its easily accessible. They have varieties and different specs of Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram. Their prices seem reasonable and they have financing options.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place takes advantage and scams elderly people who purchased a vehicle that needed up having major issues. Horrendous customer service, as the only solution provided was to keep the vehicle (which didn’t run) or they would buy it back at over $12K loss to the customer. Unbelievable how they cold take advantage of someone like this, go literally ANYWHERE else in Calgary and avoid this place! If ZERO stars was an option, that’s what I’d be giving.

This dealership will not refund your deposit, it is "company policy" as stated by the manager (Aldo Holladay) through the salesman (Ray Legace) to me.

If you value your hard earned money, better to look for a different dealership that value their customers.

If I could give zero star I would but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest.

Have owned 3 jeeps not one bought from crowfoot, 4th will be as their service department is 5 star service & all 3 of my jeeps have gone there for service, took my new 2020 Grand Cherokee for service at other dealership & have returned back to crowfoot for its service as its the best, thank you crowfoot service, you are definitely the best place for jeeps

Very commendable car buying experience. When you want to buy your favorite car, you need the most professional sales representative, financial consultant and considerate service. Patrick Wang is a professional, serious and diligent salesman.

If you value honesty this is not the place for you. Watch out for
- “Money back on GST” make sure you calculate the GST on your vehicle yourself. Great chance the amount they give back doesn’t match actual GST.
-“Fright is included “ only to find out that they scribble it off after you made the deal and didn’t inform you.
Don’t sign anything until you look through your paper work in details. They will try to rush and go through it fast. Don’t let them.

We won’t be bringing our vehicle in for service at this location. Simply don’t trust this dealer. Funny how every negative reviews they claimed that you are not their customer. I will edit this review if they reach out and try to make it right. Probably not going to happen since we told them that it wasn’t honest way to do business. They didn’t care because the deal was already signed. Also read reviews on DealerRater as well, many people had similar experiences as us.

I would give zero star for this place if possible. The hardest thing to find at any dealership right now is honesty and intergrity. Here it is. The saleperson Patrick found the right vehcile for me and we made the deal. He talked to the sale manager and got approved. I paid 5k deposit.after that, I got insurance ready.so when I brought bank draft to this place and was ready to pick up van, the sale manager said he didnot agree this deal and asked me to pay 1000 more. The saleman insisted he talk to the manager before.the manager said he didnot say that. I dont know who lied to the customer. Eventally this deal failed even they charged me deposit before. Later on I know they sold this van to somebody else at higher price. I guess that is why they broke their word. I understand they dont care customer, only care about more money.just be caution to shop here, customer service is a joke.care about immediate interests is their sale principle.

Thank you to Raj, Kevin and Nick! We were passing time while our dog was getting groomed, pulled into Dodge for pass time, traded in our 2020 Ram, and drove out with a brand new 2021 Ram. Raj is by far the best salesman I have ever encountered! I will be referring my sister to him when she moves to Calgary in the New Year. Nick drove us to pick up our dog from the groomers, and Kevin had a furry assistant helping him in the finance office while we finalized the deal. We can’t thank you all enough for the process. It was an unexpected day to say the least, but after the hard year we had of loosing both our Father’s within 2 weeks of each other in January and February, this ended the year with a positive note. Shawn at Crowfoot Dodge really saved our day. Travelling from Northern Alberta down to Arizona when our truck threw a DEF code and was threatening to go into limp mode within 200km and speed limit us to 8kph. We made it to Airdrie and started calling around for help. All of the other dealerships we contacted told us that we'd have to wait 2 to 3 days before they'd even look at the truck, which would have really messed up our trip. Shawn got us in within a couple hours and re-flashed the emissions system to reset the light and help prevent future issues with updated software. Now we can get back under-way and salvage our trip. Salesman Kevin was fine. Bought a 2022 Longhorn so, expensive vehicle. Wanted a tonneau cover in with the deal. Thought l had it in the deal until reading paperwork - not there. Manager wouldn't bend. Told me better off buying it elsewhere! Nice new truck although bad taste in my mouth.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Sally. Most times I find my experiences with the dealership employees very animatronic and lacking any form of customer experience. I have had bad experiences with both the South Trail and varsity locations. However when I called the Crowfoot location it seemed like they were actually there to help their costumers. Unfortunately I bought my jeep from South trail and are now forced to deal with them to some extent. If I could go back I would have come to Crowfoot Dodge.

Anyhow the most recent time I came in I was helped by Sally. She was awesome. She went above and beyond as far as I am concerned and I appreciated it. I appreciate YOU Sally. I hope I get to deal with her the next time I am in. I have had my Jeep serviced here a few times and dealt with a few different people. One of which was a little snippy. I would give a zero star if I could. I needed a simple pipe O-ring gasket for my 06 dodge and the employee was being super mean. He basically was trying to make it crystal clear that Chrysler doesn't have that part in the system in the rudest way possible.

I was very confused since I have ordered this exact part before with dodge. After being patient, confused, and repeated leactured in the employees irritated high volume voice. That they don't have the part in the system. I found out that means they no longer support the part and was told maybe Mercedes still makes it. Since it's a dodge sprinter. Dodge just made a deal to sell Mercedes sprinters.

I will never call or step a foot in this dealership again.

WOW! Reading these reviews and they say "treated like family" I feel bad for anyone who has a family that treats them that way. Treated well. What a joke. Spent 14000 dollars and still had trouble. They over charge, under perform. No customer service, force you to sign that you owe them money or they won't give your keys back, even after the bill is paid in full. Can't believe it's as bad as people told me, AFTER, they had the truck in pieces. New to the area, NEVER going back.

One of the worst dealerships if you are looking to buy used. Purchased a car that had a check engine light on and was told it was just a gas cap issue that would fix its self. A year later with no resolve of the issue it turns out to be all of the O2 sensors and the dealership now refuses to fix the issue without me paying for it. Don't purchase a vehicle from People who sell damaged vehicles.

A year and a half later I am STILL obsessed with my 2019 SRT Grand Cherokee. Thanks to Jeff for always taking care of my husband and I for everything we need for our vehicles. We've bought 4 cars from Jeff now and satisfied every time. THANK YOU.

A place I will not be going again. Car dealership, Jeff was a jerk when I called in for certain repairs less than a year later of getting a caravan, which he said will be covered under warranty, only to pay after service was done. Worst experience dealing with Jeff in all my finance life of vehicles. Sure the receptionist was nice, but overall no thanks Crowfoot Dodge, never again and I wouldn't recommend it. Complete rip off.

This dealership is okay. It’s really nice inside and they have a great selection of vehicles. Guest parking can be tight, I had trouble getting out with my big truck because there wasn’t much space. My biggest problem here were the salespeople, they all were so unorganized, not talking to each other and it made it harder for me because they would tell me to do something but I already had with someone else. Just zero communication and lots of wait times for such simple things.

Our experience at Crowfoot Dodge was amazing. The salesman answered all our questions accurately and quickly. The financing was smooth and easy to understand. I received an unbelievable deal on my Jeep. I am so pleased.

This is the best Jeep dealership in Alberta. The salesmen Raj made sure that I was taken care of, going above and beyond to satisfy my wants in my future vehicles. Sales Manager Lisa made sure to approve all my requests, including putting both of my cars in the showroom when I arrived since they were surprises for the family. Financial Manager Dave made all paperwork easy to understand and to sign. Long story short, I went into the dealership with a 2018 wrangler, and left with two 2021 wranglers.
I highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding service.
