I would like to give a big thanks to Daniel, Gady, Heather and Franky. Without their help I cant buy this car in just a few days. That was real a hard time for new movers like us stucking in the middle of everything when our only car just broke down at the same time. We were lost and frustrated but Crowfoot Hyundai tried their best to help us go through all the paper works and financing stuff with stunning efficiency. Moreover, Palisade Urban is a very good family SUV. There is no other 8-seater SUV on the market packing so much comfort and luxury features in mid-trim model and lastly the v6 is fun to drive with even when my car is fully loaded. Terrible dealer. Don't buy a car here. They change the price, add on "mandatory" warranties. Don't explain things and then get upset with you for not paying them thousands extra in additional unnecessary costs.

It actually has nothing to do with the interest rate. That may be what you can tell a young foreign woman that is struggling to understand you but not someone that works in fiance. It has everything to do with you taking a $24k car and making it $28k through unnecessary fees and warranties when a price of $25k was already agreed upon including fees and tax. That has nothing to do with interest rates on a car loan. If that's your level of comprehension of how financing a car works then everyone should take heed of your response. Or maybe it's just pure dishonesty.

New vehicles first oil change and everything went smoothly from start too finish. Check in was good and service advisor was friendly and helpful. Took 1.5 hours to complete from appointment time. Would be nice if they had oil change spots that were a guaranteed to be done in a timeframe of like an hour for people who it is not convenient for to leave the vehicle for the day.

From the very beginning of my purchasing journey with Crowfoot Hyundai, I was impressed with the level and care of Chris' customer service. I'd talked to quite a few dealerships prior to getting in touch with Chris and from the start Chris was interested in what I wanted and needed for my new vehicle. We chatted through the website for a bit, he asked me some questions, we made an appointment for the following Saturday. He confirmed with me the day before, and when I arrived I was greeted warmly by all the staff, and introduced to Chris. He had vehicles that fit my criteria all ready to go. Once we found one that I loved, and made a deal that worked with my budget He introduced me to Muna who was equally fabulous and made my entire experience that much better. Muna took the time to explain the different warranties and what they included, gap insurance, as well as the add on protection options (3M, rust protection, undercarriage protection etc.) for my car. From start to end, Muna and Chris are the people for you! Beyond impressed with both of them and highly recommend Crowfoot Hyundai.

I was in trouble about my car issue which is very annoying. This problem came up agian and again. When I visited third time with the same issue, I was so frustrated.

But, Greg understood my situation and tried his best to resolve the problem what I faced, and explained fully what happening on my car.

We bought our 2018 Sante Fe from here and have felt like part of the family since then. Just had our routine service done today and the entire team took care of our rides to and from downtown, provided knowledgeable recommendations for the work to be done and also provided timely service. Completely disregarded my needs. They were more than happy to charge me $75 to re program my key fob however chose to ignore the whole reason I showed up in the first place, which was to file a recall claim on a faulty engine.

The first car I bought from Crowfoot was a Sante Fe. Love it. Got a great deal (plus a free TV!) So I ordered an Ioniq 5. It's been a really long wait and meanwhile these cars have shot up in value by over $20K. I sort of expected Crowfoot would renege on the deal but today they guaranteed in writing that when (if) it ever does come in they will still sell it to me for the MSRP. Treating customers fairly is how you build a loyal customer base. Thanks guys!

So this was my first car buying experience, I didn't really know what to expect and honeslty I was dreading it. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Dany (salesman) was amazing, he answered all my tedious questions and at the end of the day got me in the car I wanted for a good price. I woudl say Dany went above and beyond, asked me if I needed to get food once the day ended up being longer than expected and even drove me to and from AMA so I could t get my insurance and registration for my new car. Jason (financing) was also amazing, answered every one of my questions (there were alot becasue I am brand new to all of this) and was very easily accessible through email. I could tell he had my best interests in mind and worked to get me the best rates.
As expected with a dealership there is a little bit of the pushy sales feeling once you show interest in a car but once I established what my budget was and my goals they stuck to those same things.
Overall I woudl consider buying a car from them in the future.

We conducted a great deal of research before buying the 2022 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid. After visiting another Hyundai dealership, we are very happy we bought one at Crowfoot Hyundai.

While the vehicle itself is a brilliant value, the sales staff is equally spectacular. Tony Martinez (our salesperson) and Alex Ruiz (sales manager) are extraordinary. Both are respectful and make the often daunting process of buying a vehicle an easy one. They also respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. The parts department helped a lot when I ordered winter rims and tires. Jason Hofer (finance manager) helped finalize the paperwork and is also very good.

My wife and I are happy with our purchase and highly recommend Crowfoot Hyundai and Tony Martinez as your salesperson.

This Crowfoot Hyundai dealership was very poor.
My husband took our car in for a recall servicing. When he arrived and stood for a while as the service manager was looking at his phone. He looked up and ignored him. When he talked to the front desk person to let him know he was here for a recall servicing she abruptly said you have to drive in to the bay.
Why would that not have been told to my husband at the time of the booking.
Overall very disorganized and not nice to deal with. We only went to this dealership due to the recall

Awesome experience, I bought nline Elantra 2021 an excellent car comes with turbo engine and additional bells and whistles, mouth watering to drive. Rhylan (sales person) was very helpful and polite throughout the process, very communicative and easy to reach and responsive to my queries. There finance manager Jordan also made it very easy to finalise the deal on last day with clear explanation of financing terms and conditions, and was very helping to make it possible for me to fit the car in my budget.

Definitely recommend.

I have bought two used Hyundai cars here and both times have been excellent. Both cars worked really well and the service was great! The second time Danny was my salesperson and he provided great in depth knowledge and continued service, long after I took the car home. Danny was great with my parents as well and answered all their questions carefully and knowledgeably. I am so grateful to Danny's hard work and would buy my next Hyundai here again!

I have had the worst experience with Crow foot high all day I get a brand new car it's full of scratches And they won't do anything to fix it Things I ordered with the car to be put on the car on pick up date was not there I have tried to talk to the managers I have tried to talk to sales I has also tried to talk to corporate I do not recommend anyone to do business with Hyundai crowfoot

Very Disappointed on the charges in this "major" Service #3 which was a 24k km check up that the dealer claimed. It costed $955! And $666 went to labor cost! I noticed Service #3 was a $360 checks; however, the extras 5/6 items that the service advisor told me that might need were all "Done" without consult me ; which I doubt it they all needed to be replaced or done at a 24k km 2 years old low mileage Kona! Super upset about this service at Crowfoot Hyundai!

Aug 1st, 2021:
John, the Service Manager DID NOT review the complaint with me nor contract me even I sent him a detailed email regarding to this service issue. I’ll try to contact him after the long weekend; again very disappointed with their customer service!

Aug 4th, 2021:
John, the Service Manager finally called me; he said he got the incorrect contact number. He said he left messages in the incorrect tel.number. He reviewed the content of the invoice; he could offer me an adjustment by removing the alignment & valve stems, a total of $273. And the other extra items, he said they are “required” and I signed my initials in the paperwork at the beginning. Although they should of consult me before the work, they are “required” and jobs are done. Remind me next time, I should state that those extra items need to consult me before they do the work! And they should at least let the customer know the total cost of the service which I feel like it’s a “shock” when I pick up my vehicle with a $955 invoice! At the end, I’m still upset with a $680 bill of this Service 3 in Crowfoot Hyundai.

When a mom walks in with two little ones on her hip, and a blank cheque book in her hand, please be kind to her and do not give her the run around. She means business. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and your service was absolutely garbage. No one greeted us. Any time we had questions, the sales person had to check with a manager for every single detail. No info on where the car of interest was located, the km, the condition nor the arrival date. It was a demo model one of the managers was testing. It was a week of waiting, with our deposit down and no email or phone call with any updates. We had to return and request our money back as we decided to go elsewhere. Will never return.

Today's experience was great. Joe from the service department was very professional and explained what we should do on top of the regular oil change. He showed me my car's history on the computer and was very helpful and clear with his explanations. I waited inside for almost 2 hours with my phone, music, TV and complimentary coffee. I got my car back, it has been washed. Thank you very much!

Be careful. They were honest and up-front about a $2745 accident that was in the Carfax report, but printed out a version that did not have the $9191 or $1293 claims on there to show me. Three separate claims for a 2019 Santa Fe and it was used as a rental vehicle before ending up at this dealership. The dealership is close-to-home and the sales staff were pleasant, though. We ended up buying at Eastside Kia.

Recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Crowfoot Hyundai and could not be happier with the vehicle and the process. Rhylan in sales was great to work with, took time to review vehicle offerings, and did not use any no pressure tactics unlike other places. Negotiations were fair and again, no pressure. The detailing their service people did on the vehicle was excellent and they even repaired some minor rim damage (curb damage) and the rims look like new. Alanna in finance was also great to work with again, no pressure to try and up sell. Would look to them again for the next vehicle for sure.

The only reason I’m giving one star is due to Whitney in reception and George the shuttle driver, who were exceptional, otherwise it would be zero. I brought my new Kona EV while visiting from Manitoba due to some issues regarding charging using level 3 chargers and subsequent battery life. We’re staying outside of Calgary so, we made an appointment for 815am. Called 3 times through the day looking for updates. Was told the vehicle will be done by end of day. At 3pm we still hadn’t heard anything so we asked for the shuttle to come get us. The service advisor told they would call us back. Called back 30 minutes later looking for an update. Service Manager told us that he would look into it. The shuttle driver called while on the phone with the SM. We told him we’d see him in 40 minutes to talk more. Upon arriving, we were told that the service manager had left. We were also told they had just plugged the vehicle in and it was charging fine. The General Manager refused to come out to talk to us. We left at 4: 30 to drive back to our destination with the only thing having been done, is to plug my car into a level 2 charger (which was not the issue) and telling me all is well. Thank you, Crowfoot Hyundai for wasting a day of my vacation and over $100 in transportation and meals by holding onto my car!

Very dishonest about which services our car required to maintain our warranty. Attempted to charge us for a automatic transmission work when our car is a standard. I took the car to another garage and found out all we needed at this time was the regular oil change. Obviously we won't be coming back.

"Great experience buying a Tucson! " After an extensive market search for a compact SUV for our daughter, we (my wife, daughter and I) decided on the 2019 Tucson. Several factors played a role in our decision. These included an extensive set of safety features for the price, the 5-year warranty, crisp handling, contemporary styling, strong consumer reviews and the excellent service from the sales representative (Jarrad Taylor) and finance staff (Mark Trussler). Jarrad was highly personable, patient, clear, knowledgeable, frank and proactively attentive to the concerns of all three of us. If there was a question about the new model to which Jarad didn't have a ready answer he found it and got right back to us. Given our prior excellent experience with a 2017 Santa Fe purchase and the great service that we received in the more recent purchase, we would be sure to visit Jarrad and Mark at Crowfoot Hyundai when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

Jarrod was super friendly and answered all of our questions we had. We didn't feel pressure to buy a new vehicle like I have felt with other salesman. Worst Costumer Service Ever! First, they told me a price and they did not mention any thing about shop supplies which is on top of the price. When i asked about what is this shop supplies, they started telling me its te oil filter and to get rid of the oil. I told them i already been charged for the oil filter and the enviroment fee. I just found that they are just making false execuses. I was called that the car is ready and when i went to pick it up, i found that they did not clean it from outside and they told me that its still waiting on the line to get washed. I asked why did you call me and wasted my time and they said its a complimentry wash, if you dont want the car to be washed it up to you and they were so rude and unproffessional. Lastly, while i was waiting for the car to get washed, i went to make coffee and found that the machine is missing one of the items, I asked how this can be fixed, they replied in a very rude way and said "we have no idea someone has to fill the milk? " honestly, they need to learn how to treat costumer better.very disappointed. I complained to the general manager who took my complain as a non serious complain and told me you can complain to the head office.

I like the way how the manger respond to this review, so he did not comment on how his people were rude to me and commented on that the coffee maker is not working (by the way it tastes horrible).
i did not left, i stayed till my car was done for over 45 minutes.you just did not do any thing and have no QC over your place or own people.what do you expect from somone treating me in unproffesional way and giving me orders, to stay and say thank you.

Usually we are very happy with Crowfoot Hyundai, but our recent service experience was terrible. They way over-charged us on the labour for servicing our vehicle. They only had the vehicle for 9 hours, but charged us over 10 hours of labour. They also insisted that a brake flush needed to be done, so we did it. After consulting with another mechanic we found out that it was absolutely NOT necessary.the bill came to 2300.00. We understand that things cost money, but usually mechanics will try and consolidate labour hours to help out with exorbitant costs. They were completely unwilling to do that for us despite us being loyal customers for the past 6 years. Very disappointed. We will be using another mechanic from now on.

Walked around for 10 minutes, no one said anything, I saw an old man starring at his phone and asked if he worked there, he said yes, but he is busy with a customer. He had no customer at his desk for the 10 minutes i walked around, opened car doors and closed them, past him by.
Secondly, I booked an appointment for the 13th, 2 weeks ago, then when I got there i was told that it was first come first serve basis. SO WHY BOOK ME AN APPOINTMENT? Now, ive waited for 4 hours (to get tires swapped and oil change) + 10 min + 2 weeks. Definitely will not be doing business here again.

We tried to come in and look at Hyundai sedans, but the salesman just wanted to show us SUVs and was surprisingly resistant to letting us see the vehicles that we wanted to see. When we tried to leave, the salesman and the sales manager ratcheted up the pressure and did everything they could to keep us in the store. I would give them 1 star for their sales approach, but overall I give them 2 stars because they did eventually make us a good offer on a used vehicle and my trade-in.

The experience here was great, Jarred and Kent did not try to push anything on us, in fact quite the opposite they went out of his way to ensure we got what we wanted. Markus in financing was great in explaining everything. Delivery day was great, Jarred went over everything about our new Santa fe, and even threw in a few extras. This was the most pleasant sales experience we have had from start to finish, and we got to drive our new vehicle right out of the showroom. I Highly reccomend Crowfoot Hyundai.

What a fantastic experience. We had the pleasure of dealing with Rob here and because of the amazing service and attention to detail for our request we will continue to do business in the future. Being from Saskatchewan, we had looked at options at Hyundai from 4 other dealers close to home, but the service, price and proffesionalism can NOT be beat from these guys. 5/5 HIGHLY reccomend to anyone looking for a vehicle, new or used, first time buyer or a seasoned automotive enthusiast will have a fantastic experience with them. Make sure to talk to Rob to ensure the best possible experience at this fantastic dealer.

I would give no stars if possible. I went to the dealership at roughly 5: 50 on Friday they were closing at 6 pm. I appreciate that it was almost the end of the day, I asked the sales person who came up to me if he had a specific model of car for me to look at and take a quick drive. Again I realize it was almost closing time but I was asked to come back tomorrow because they were almost closed. I will never return to this dealership. I work in sales as well and it doesn’t matter what time someone comes in ten minutes to close or the first customer of the day you still give the same level of service. He didn’t even offer to show me the car he was more interested in leaving for the day, as I pulled out of the parking lot he pulled out right after me. I was disgusted with the level of service I received. You never know what someone is looking for a they lost a sale and any future business from anyone I know that’s for sure. Best of luck to anyone going to crowfoot Hyundai.

Guys, never go there! I did not have an option to give zero! One star is too much for them! I have been at different dealerships (Renfrew chrysler, Northhill mazda, Honda) but it was my worst experience with this dealership that I have ever had. Basically, my friend’s current car lease is getting over and we looked for a AWD SUV. At the begining, a sales person (he is a middle age and looks friendly but he is not) tried to go over my friend’s interests. But when we started asking about price he was not giving us the clear total price of the car (Kona, prefered version). He said” why do you need total price? You are not buying, you are leasing it! Asking us what kind of offer that we received from other dealerships. He said” I can offer you less! If you are looking for exact price why didn’t you use the online service”. Finally, he gave us a bi-weekly (203$) price for 4 years that was much higher than actual price even with financing! Then ROBBIE (sales assisstant) came who is so RUDE and AGGRESSIVE! I asked for details of the price and residual value. He said “ if you are buying it now, I calculate it for you otherwise I don’t WASTE my time”. Then he stared at me and said” if you are not buying a car why did you come with her! ” I said” ok, it is better to leave when you are talking like that” and he TORE all papers and threw them in the BIN! And he said “ go away! ” I was shocked and disgusted with level of customer service! I never recommend to anyone to go there. To be honest, there are lots of dealerships in Calgary that offer you respect and satisfactory services.

I had a really good experience with Crowfoot. I was put in contact with Jarrad and he make the whole process smooth and easy. I was apprehensive purchasing another vehicle as I've had the pushy experience before but Jarrad was friendly and knowledgeable about everything I asked. I was down a ride the day of my pick up so he even came to pick me up from work and drive me to the dealership to get my new Kona. All in all, great experience in all departments from sales to finance. I appreciated everyone understanding that a person has a budget and it needs to be stuck to. Highly recommend.

Went into this location and was interested in the possibility of purchasing a new veichle. I was approached by Jason and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a sales person. Everyone I dealt with at this location was honest and genuinely interested in helping me find a perfect veichle that fit in my budget and that had all the bells and whistles I was looking for. Jason made this process unbelievably easy for me and did everything he could to make me a satisfied costumer. I ended up walking out with a veichle purchase that day. I would recommend this location to anyone! They did amazing and went above and beyond to help me find something that I was looking for.

Went in for a promotion to test drive a car for a gift card. Dealer overall is nice, so no complaints.

However, my sales rep looked like he was high (pupils very dialated, kinda woozy, etc. Maybe weed?), kinda made snarky comments as we were going through my opinions on Hyundai (wasn’t there to buy, only for promotion).

Anyways, we picked a car (Elantra sport with manual transmission), and the sales rep went to get it. He mentioned several times that he owned several cars with a MT, but his demonstration showed otherwise. While he was pulling the car up, he stalled it THREE TIMES! This is something that anyone who had driven manual before should never do, especially while only driving across a parking lot. Maybe stall once if the clutch is strange but never three times.

He showed me around the car (which I have nothing to complain about aside from that it was underpowered, but that is for another review). We got in, and I put the car into first, where he insisted that I had put the car into reverse (again which shows he didn’t know how to drive standard). I then showed the rep how to put the car into reverse (pull ring up on shift knob and slide into gear). He was in disbelief. I think when he pulled the car up, he was starting in third, hence why he stalled (car doesn’t have enough torque for that).

It was stupid!

Regardless, we went for a test drive, and came back. At this point I was sick of and annoyed with my sales rep and wanted to leave. I left.

I won’t buy from this dealer, as I was extremely dissatisfied with their staff and their methods of sales.

To make it worse I didn’t even get my gift card, which significantly diminishes my chances to ever visit this dealer or even buy a Hyundai. Although the car was ok, but very underpowered.

I visited mid June, only decided to write review early August.

If I could leave a zero star rating for Crowfoot Hyundai I would. The alternator on our Santa Fe failed (in traffic!) and we had it towed to the dealership for replacement. They did so, and also replaced a gasket that was leaking oil on the alternator. At the time, the service manager explained that I needed to have the gasket replaced as that was what caused the alternator to fail. Later, I received a service bulletin from Hyundai Canada explaining that the gaskets were faulty and they would pay for the repairs, including reimbursement for past repairs. I called in and they agreed this qualified, and to have my dealer send in the paperwork. Crowfoot Hyundai refused to deal with it, and I was never refunded for the alternator replacement, even though repeated conversations with Hyundai Canada stated that it would absolutely qualify and the dealership just needed to send in the bills. I’ve had repeated contact with multiple people at the dealership but could not get this issue resolved, so I’m finally leaving a review to warn others about their terrible levels of service. The dealership made a variety of excuses why they couldn’t do it, but I vetted each one by phone with Hyundai Canada, and they confirmed after each one that it would still be covered if the dealer sent in the paid invoice.
As an aside, I agree with the other reviewer that they regularly upsell unnecessary work, so if you do choose to have your vehicle serviced there be forewarned.

I bought my very first car from Crowfoot Hyundai and I could not have been more pleased with the service I received! My car salesman, Jason, was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable! Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to get me the car that I wanted when no one else would. I would definitely recommend Crowfoot Hyundai!

I would highly recommend Crowfoot Hyundai to anyone! Jason Brumer was our sales representative, and his customer service skills were exemplary. We never once felt pressured to buy anything, and negotiating with Kent and Jason couldn’t have been a more pleasant and easy experience - you can’t say that about a lot of car dealerships! The free popcorn for my kids was a nice touch too. The next time we need to purchase a vehicle, we would definitely go back to Crowfoot Hyundai!

We entered this dealership out of pure curiosity and drove out of the show room in our new Hyundai Tucson sporting a large red bow on the hood!
We really had no intention of trading in our Sonata, we were truly happy with our car. It was white and it's body line features resembled that of a "great white shark". We entertained Jason by sitting down with him and as he spoke the transformation began. He asked us why we came in that day and I really didn't have an answer for him except to perhaps look at the new KONA that I have heard so much about. With that said, Jason offered to take us on a show room tour. Starting with a classy, fully loaded Santa Fe, although this SUV was extremely comfortable and beautiful we felt that it was to big for us.
Moving on Jason then introduced us to the KONA, the "SUV for the city. " As sweet as it is and quite charming, we felt it was a tad small and reluctantly walked away, slowly.
At that point Jason suggested investigating the Tucson. Well, what a pleasant surprise! Let's take it for a test drive! Super comfy, complete package, perfect fit and yes even the perfect colour Jason!

We then sat at Jason's desk and proceeded to play, what appeared to be a game of, pick your priorities, on the touch screen, "now be sure to choose wisely because this will be important later on". This was interesting, challenging and fun all in one.

We then engaged the "battle rounds" and as some people may rate this as being a somewhat painful experience I encountered the opposite, I felt that they were working with us not against us as we watched Jason and Kent bring the numbers from too high, to too low, to just right for us, ensuring that both sides were happy with the final figure.

Then.back to reality with Justin near the end. Wow! This is getting real! Justin tops it all off by finding us incredible financing that is both manageable and maintainable and will definatley help us in the long term and this is exciting!

The sales team at Crowfoot Hyundai are truely amazing and their customer service is outstanding! Jason promised that he would call me to see how we are feeling about our decision and he kept his word, he called within 48 hours after purchase.
From beginning to end we felt no pressure, we felt comfortable the entire time, we felt as though we've become a part of their family, in fact, they even invited us to simply stop in anytime, have a coffee, chat and hang out in their lounge area.
We will certainly take them up on that and when we do, we will bring Werthers for Kent because we now know how much he likes them

Thank You so much Crowfoot Hyundai, it still feels surreal

Just bought a brand new 2018 Tucson Ultimate. It was a great buying experience. Everyone we dealt with in sales & finance was easy to work with & accommodating without being pushy. We would definitely recommend Crowfoot Hyundai & Jason, our sales consultant.

I have always detested buying a new vehicle and anticipated the event like having a root canal. That all changed with our recent purchase with Jason at Crowfoot Hyundai. No pushy sales talk, no relentless pressure just straight forward and honest information. Who knew a root canal could be so painless?
