Great place for flowers with friendly staff. I appreciate that even the more modestly priced bouquets still look amazing and last quite a while.

Love getting charged the "valentine's day price" for funeral flower on February 9th get half the bouquet for double the price. Complete rip off. Yes I understand everything has gone up in price but when you tell a customer you mark it up for a specific day is insane considering I was here on February 9th NOT February 14th or even the day before.

They were courteous and helpful. They had the flowers I needed for my grandmother's funeral. The price was very reasonable and the staff exceptional.

We live overseas but our parents live in Canada. We ordered three similar items (grinch tree with same price value and style) all were nearly identical online from three different florists in two different provinces and unfortunately the one from Panda crowfoot was significantly lower quality than the other two. There was nothing wrong with it, however it lacked anything “extra” where the other two had either added flowers, glitter or even a small string of Xmas lights this was one very basic and low effort.

Super fast service. Our friend loved the flowers! Only complaint, is that internationally, I had to use a VPN, in order to go onto their website to make the order.other than that, great florist!

Flowers from here always seem to last longer than other florists I have been to. Friendly and helpful staff.

What a joke. Incompetence and stupidity all rolled into one package! They open at 830 and if you walk in at 900 asking for a simple flower arrangement to be delivered downtown by 300 PM they say they cannot do it.

Very overpriced for very basic flowers and arrangements. Can find similar product at Safeway for half the price.

I called to order an arrangement for a friend who tomorrow becomes a Canadian citizen. I said please make it red and white for the occasion. It is spectacular! They even put a Canadian flag and keychain. They are the only florist I used when I lived 3.5 yrs in Canada and still today I call from the states to send arrangements to friends. I have NEVER been disappointed! Always fresh, popping in color and delivered on time!

This was the most disappointing flower-shop experience I have ever had.

May 24 - Lorenzo, I've changed my original 1 star review to 2 stars because I appreciated your apology and the full refund but.my opinion hasn't changed much. The reasons you gave me for the: moldy flowers and wrong address tagged for neighbor drop-off, felt like a bunch of excuses. Perhaps, you could discuss quality assurance with your distributors (especially, before big Hallmark holidays like Mother's Day). Even though, I have been a loyal customer - dealing with this experience has put me off and I'd rather take my business elsewhere. The quality of your flowers are hit and miss. Regardless, good luck with your business.

Panda Flowers Crowfoot Did all the flowers for my mothers funeral and I can't say enough of how wonderful they were. Their designer made the arrangements better than what was in the pictures. We are extremely happy with the service and workmanship!
