Probably not the worst place in town, but far from the best. I doubt I'd be back. It was a disorganized place and I'm not really sure what I paid for. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

I was asked to come in later in the next week as the slots were full. But I was not given any instructions about making an appointment. I was told that if I simply drove there the next Monday, they would be able to attend to my car. In the end I took some leave, went there on the Monday, and then was told that they didnt have my car on their appointment list and so I would have to wait for the following Wednesday (total 2.5 weeks delay without even attending to the car). That was really quite a dreadful experience.

Dave and all the guys are absolutely amazing. Down to earth hard-working people and run a great business. Not to mention all of the local donations even small that they contribute to the community. Thanks for being you!

I loved the fast friendly service. The only negative comment I have is the waiting area and the bathroom were a total mess. Garbage cans in both the waiting area and bathroom were overflowing and it was just very dirty. A customer even wrote "Clean me please" in the thick layer of dust on the glass top coffee table they have in the waiting area. The chairs had a layer of dust on them except for a butt print. Other than that I'm happy with my new windshild and the girl in reception was very friendly.

This shop was a lifesaver for us! We were just starting our drive to Canmore for our honeymoon, and then we could hear a serious issue with the car. We decided to call a repair shop in Red Deer. This shop was able to get our car in right away and fix the problem within a couple of hours, and at a very reasonable price. Honest and a great value! A definite recommendation.

Great service, affordable price. I've taken my Jeep Liberty to Dave several times over the years and his crew has always taken care of the problems. My last repair (broken park brake) done at Cruisin' was completed in one day at a very reasonable price. I'm happy!

These guys are the best! They do excellent work at great rates. More often than not, my bill has been lower than anticipated. On a number of occasions I've brought a vehicle in for work and they've told me it's just fine, not even charging me for the time they took in the shop to check it out. Their honesty has made me a long-term customer.

Towed my Dodge caravan to check why it doesn’t crank. Paid 140$ for that service plus paid 100$ each way towing. They said they could not connect OBD to van computer.other words ECM has to be replaced. Ordered new from US installed and guess what.nothing changed. Long story short it was corroded wire in wire harness above transmission.
They should not do diagnostic since they don’t know how to do it.

I was told this place was fairly priced and good service. Not what I got. My bill was high after I got quotes from other places. And stuff was missing from my car with a bogus story and explanation. Do not recommend.

Dave has helped my father with his truck several times. His honesty and integrity are second to none. He gives fair prices and always offers suggestions that are customer focused and not business focused! Wouldn’t it be nice if all auto repair places operated this way in stead of overcharging and taking advantage of people!

They are amazing! I've gone there with 3 different vehicles over the years. First time they saved us a couple grand when a dealership tried to overcharge and say we needed a tone of extra repairs, when it was just a dirty sensor. I always go there knowing i will get fgreat service and am never going to get overcharged or ripped off.
