Always good! If you have never tried I highly recommend, although the prices are a bit high I would say it’s pretty fair considering the size of the cookies.
Cookies are made fresh and taste great. However when paying and stating "no pressure" when asked to tip is kind've condescending. The cashier laughed when I didn't tip them lol
Big cookies! I would assume its the same recipe as the other locations maybe slight variations. I would say you really can’t go wrong with a classic chocolate chip with chocolate chips pretty much the size of hershey kisses! Price per portion could be better but i think they are meant to be shared but still pretty pricey. The cashier gave the line no pressure for tips however you feel the pressure almost as soon as they say it. This weeks feature had a maple bacon and while the bacon on it was good the maple frosting was very thick and super sweet. The lemon one this particular week was also pretty good. I’m not sure if this is a place I would recommend as there’s so many amazing local bakeries to choose from and support.
Stopped by last week and had a wonderful experience! Was helped by Nancy and Cynthia and they had a great attitude and were super nice. The cookies were soft and big, definitely a premium buy and it's worth it
Will be stopping by again on my next trip to Edmonton.
Very tasty cookies! These are large, heavy and so delicious. Not sure why some people are saying about being too sweet etc, it's a gourmet cookie shop.it's expected. Probably wouldn't say that about cakes from a cake shop.
Had no line, prices were a tad high but these cookies are easily split into 2.
Your mileage will probably depend on how soft you like your cookie. My fiancé and I are bakers, and we live for a cookie that has a good external crust and a soft inside. That’s what you will get here. Some people in histrionics that the cookie was “raw”. If you like your cookies overdone and hard probably not the place for you. If you like a sweet soft cookie, you will love it.
Wish there was a gluten free option for some family members though.
Too expensive. Not worth the money. $5.49/cookie and only 6 flavours in store. The cashier’s service attitude was not good as well. The cookie is extremely sweet which I don’t like it. Not a good purchase experience.
Don’t bother mobile ordering. I was looking forward to trying the lemon cookie all week, paid for and placed an order for pick up via the app, drove from Sherwood Park only to be told once arriving that the lemon cookie was sold out and they weren’t making anymore. Waste of time and gas.
There wasn't much of a line which was good, but found it quite tacky when the clerk tilted the huge screen at me asking for a tip for the bakers "but no pressure" for a minimum 18% amount showing so I decided to decline which she scowled about. The cookies were just ok, will be going to cookies by George next time I have a craving.
If u expect chewy cookies like me then big no.this one is soft like cake, doughy (definitely did not baked all the way for their unique softness) Staffs are really friendly and kind though.
Amazing cookies! Incredibly decadent but that’s too be expected! Service was so fast as well, i highly suggest skipping the line by ordering for delivery to your car!
Amazing cookies! Soft, chewy and buttery! If you want a crispy cookie go buy a box of Dads cookies! My whole family loves these cookies! Yes pricey but gourmet cupcakes are too!
The cookies are huge. They are super dense and undercooked. Although favors are ok, they aren't anything special. I had much better cookies for less the price. For such a big hype and the long line up, you'd think they would cook it properly. They sell better cookies at the St.albert farmers market. We ended up throwing out quite a bit of the cookies. This Is a 1 and done kind of place.
Cookies are raw Very disappointed with the cookies. For the price i was expecting good quality cookies but bit into raw and flour and egg tasting cookies!
You’ll still end up trying them but wish you didn’t. Too doughy and thick almost cakey, I’m astonished at how they have this many locations, kudos to them because they make a terrible cookie.
Cookies were 100% raw on the inside, only the outside was slightly cooked, paid $50 for 12 Raw cookies, unpressed with about i paid for the quality i received.
