Will never recommend this builder to anyone I care.

Impossible to get answers from them. Rude staff.

Since they got our money at possession they just left our backyard ungraded. Cannot get an answer of when they will get it graded.

Do NOT buy from this guys. They run shady business. Stay AWAY.

SEE PICTURE BELOW; after spending $2.2 M we are left with a multi color house and no plan on how to rectify it. Please please do your due diligence and interview existing homeowners before you sign a contract. Furthermore, read the fine print, I found Jason Benko to be less than forthcoming about what is standard and what is an upgrade.
CCH- you want me to expand on my one star review? Where do I start. I encourage any prospective buyer looking in Currie Barracks to interview and talk to families who have built with them. I wish I had done so myself. Don't worry CCH, I will be posting pictures soon.

Took possession in 2020 and still fighting with CCH to get the colours on our exterior walls matching. No landscaping yet with no indication on when that will happen. If you are looking at purchasing in Currie Barracks make sure to ask the salespeople about the Horizon development.

Rylia and Reilly were incredible to deal with at Crystal Creek Homes. Through their careful planning and design, they helped us create our dream home! They found a way to get us absolutely everything on our wish list for a home, while staying on budget. They have exceptional attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and home design. I highly recommend this home builder!

We built a home with these guys - beware!
Everything is great, until they have your money. Then, you don't matter one bit anymore. There were things identified within the 1yr warranty period that, after 20 months post possession, are still not resolved and I'm just getting the run-around about when things will be fixed. I was berated by the service team for hiring an external home inspector within the 1 yr period - WHILE they were here fixing a leak (that caused a flood) the home inspector found. One of the door hinges was missing 1 screw - and they refused to replace it (I am not kidding - it wasn't even saving them a trip, they had to come replace something else anyway). A 5 cent screw will cost Crystal Creek my recommendation to anyone looking to build a luxury house - look elsewhere. This is not a luxury custom builder, this is just another do-the-minimum builder you have to keep on top of to get what you paid for. Having talked to the neighbours, they also feel the same way - confused and frustrated this is how they treat customers.

On the plus side, the sales, design, and building process itself was very nice. But really, the after sales service is what sours the entire experience.

Our house was built with Crystal Creek through 2020 and 2021 during a challenging time with the pandemic and they were able to deliver a unique and beautiful dream home that my family has been ecstatic to be able to live in. The sales team in Aspen Woods (Rylia and Reilly) were welcoming, helpful, detailed oriented and continually communicated including weekly construction updates throughout the entire process. The construction team (Derek) went the extra mile to complete the house and have it ready for possession day. A few leftover items were promptly completed in the weeks following possession, in particular, weather-dependent outdoor items that were finished up during the spring.

After years of looking for a 4 bedroom home, we met Rylia with Crystal Creek. She helped us design and build our home within our budget and on time. The build process was organized and easy to understand. The customer service was exceptional and everyone from design to warranty were always very helpful. I would definitely recommend Crystal Creek.

Corey at CCH went out of his way to help our family purchase our dream home from across the country. Every detail was taken care of by the time we arrived and took possession. I would strongly recommend working with Corey and the team at CCH when looking for your next home. Thanks Corey!

Talked to the owner about my frustrating experience as I was mislead and giving the wrong information on pricing and slow response from the sales team. He doesn't even care, telling me he doesn't have a say on pricing. This is such a joke. If you want a builder that cares, you should go somewhere else.

After a lot hold, I was initially told about a budget of just under 1mil. Pricing came back 4 weeks later at 1.1mil. I was sent a refusal email without being asked about my intention to continue or not. In the meantime, I tried to get more funds. Came back, was promised that they would work around this number then no reply until 3 weeks later giving me a quote for 1.2mil.feeling I was being mislead the whole time.

Update: salesperson called me and confronted me about leaving a negative review after she saw this, denied our past conversation. She told me to sign a contact the following day after our meeting. Did not show up, did not provide any explanation, left me hanging for 3 weeks, I tried to reach her again, her answer was adding another 100k to my budget. And this company called this working hard to meet my needs? This wasted me a ton of time. The most basic business conduct is at if you tell someone to sign a contract, you should at least show up.

Built home with Crystal Creek in Legacy. Year 2021. Jennifer (site manager) is an absolutely fantastic person. She is very professional. Values customers. Crystal Creek is lucky to have such dedicated member in its team. Great company. Great team. Thanks Jennifer/Crystal Creek.

I'm so grateful this platform exists as I get the chance to provide details of my building experience with Crystal Creek Homes.

My wife and I went through a devastating experience with our previous builder and needless to say, very sceptical of any builder who we would allow to build our first family home in Canada.

Enter Crystal Creek homes, recommended by family friends, and our first interaction with Rylia Fielding. Straight from the get go, we hit it off and she just got us! She understood the vision we had for this home and how much it meant to us. Unlike other custom home builders who wanted to change or amend our vision and ideas to maximise their gain, Crystal Creek respected them and turned them into a reality.

Rylia Fielding and Eva Xu worked tirelessly at the frontline to gain an accurate and concise account of the design of our new home whilst ensuring architectural guidelines of our locality were being met at all times. I will be the first to admit, I am probably not the easiest client to deal with but both Rylia and Eva were always accessible, available and always willing to work with me on my ideas and thoughts. Thank you Rylia and Eva!

Deliany Sather was in charge of planning and costs. Our home required extensive land development and engineering. She also knew of our financial limitations and strived to ensure the numbers were spot on. Due to her due diligence the budget for this had only gone over by 0.01%.
What we appreciated most was the total transparency of where our money went and was spent. Thank you Deliany.

Enter Mark Kilburn and Brad Gordon, our eyes and ears for the entire construction process. Two gentleman who were always available to listen and act on our concerns. Whenever there was any cause for concern, there was always a remedy. A build as large as ours was always going to have a few minor issues But it's how your team responds to it and I can safely say both Mark and Brad were quick to always find a resolution. Thank you Brad and thank you Mark.

Melissa Freisen was our interior design consultant. Just like Rylia, she knew exactly what we wanted to achieve from an aesthetic perspective. From colours to fixtures to flooring to the tiles, everything. Her subtle and profound contributions reverberate throughout our house! Even when she was on Mat leave she was still always on hand to provide advice. Thank you Melissa!

This project is now complete. We moved in two weeks ago. We are finally in our first family home and it feels incredible.

Although due to weather there are only a few minor things pending, fortunately there is a schedule for their completion as well.

My final words are thank you Crystal Creek. You have an excellent team. We appreciate wholeheartedly everyone's efforts at making our dream a reality. And for all those people who are considering building with Crystal Creek, I would encourage them to do so. My family is so delighted with our new home! Crystal Creek Homes gave us an experience of a lifetime by being professional, flexible, attentive, and right on the mark. I would recomend them any day and without any reservation.

Do not under any circumstances buy a home from this builder! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT. Within a year of purchasing my house from Crystal Creek the trim around the windows and interior doors began to crack. After only 5 years ALL of the trim in my house and the bulk of the interior doors was cracked, flaking and peeling off. In order to sell my house it all had to be repaired or replaced.

Some of the doors weren't even primed resulting in several doors having to be replaced. The edges of the exterior doors weren't painted either resulting in damage to them also. All of these issues were acknowledged by the Crystal Creek project manager. Poor paint quality, poor trim quality, poor workmanship were all accepted as contributing factors resulting in the defective trim and doors by the builder.

Knowing all of this, absolutely nothing was done to try help remedy the situation for their customer. All the trim had to be sanded and painted which took weeks and cost thousands of dollars.

Last I heard from Crystal Creek was when the project manager told me "I'll get back to you" which never happened.

There are countless reputable builders in this city you can buy from that won't cost you thousands of dollars in repairs within a few years.

Utterly disappointed as a customer.

This builder rates high compared to competitors. The manager Rylia and her assistant Eva as well as the construction supervisor Mark are very good people. They are competent and very nice. They are flexible, open minded and provide excellent customer service.
I am working with them to build my house and they are very accommodating. The house quality is very good too.so in my view I give happily 5 stars!
