Angel at Crystal Glass downtown was amazing! Super friendly and the team were fast installing our work vehicle windshield. They also provided the best price!

I woke up this morning to find out that my car window had been smashed and my car broke into. I contacted Crystal Glass. They were so empathetic about my situation. They took me in right away. Got the glass installed within the next few hours and insured that all the glass was cleaned up. Angel was very kind and showed high-level of professionalism and customer service. Highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a windshield replaced.

Got a windshield replaced here, excellent service great job on windshield and they were even awesome about having my two 60 pound dogs hang out in there parking lot until finished… that kinda service makes me want to look for a reason to deal with them… the whole crew was awesome… this coming from someone who is not a city dweller

I went into Crystal Glass today to enquire about replacing my windshield. I spoke to Angel Grant she was very unprofessional, direct, to the point with a short attitude. I was taken back and felt threatened by her deminer. She dismissed me. I was shocked by her! I will never ever go to 105 street location. I got in my car and called 97 street location spoke to Terry and mentioned how unimpressed I was and he was very professional and he accompanied my needs. I am a Professional Employment Recruiter Angel should not be in any position where she has to deal with Customers. I would never hire her!

I had a couple of chips filled and a glass insurance inspection form completed, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Picked up a rock chip while out driving, they were able to fit me in right away and take care of the issue very quickly and professionally, for a very cost. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you all so much!

I just came in for a walk-in rock chip repair in my windshield. The service was extremely fast and the manager was so polite and friendly. He mentioned that he takes extra care in selecting his equipment for his shop and that it is of higher quality. I can tell because my rock chip fill is much better than the rock chip fill I got at a different place. I have included the picture of the difference between the two different fills. The new fill is pretty much nonexistent and the older fill is very visible. I highly recommend this location for their quick and professional service.

Badly needed my windshield replaced. Got me in the same day I called, went to grab the part they needed from another shop so they could get it done. Very friendly and kind! I ended up paying a good price as well compared to other quotes I received!

Manager Terry & Assistant Brad provided exceptional customer service. Had taken in our 2017 Q60 Infiniti for windshield replacement. They installed in a timely manner & coordinated camera recalibration which is required. It's refreshing to get that customer experience that some retailers lack. Would highly recommend this location for any glass requirements.

What a find in downtown Edmonton!

I had a small chip in my windshield and was looking for a place nearby to have it repaired.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and did a great job with the repair while adhering to the Covid-19 protocols.

I had a driver's side window replaced on my truck just recently. The tech did an excellent job, in and out under half hour. I recommend Crystal Glass you'll not be disappointed.

Bought Aquapel here at $25 each. Found out you can get it for $13 each other places.
Can't really shop local if one product is going to cost almost double.

Had a window replaced. Work was done.generally dissatisfied with the experience. Too many errors and set backs for the higher cost of doing business compared to other shops.

Edit: Manager has tried to make things better. I think they do care about doing a good job, my experience appears to have been an outlier.

My first experience with this Crystal Glass location was about 6 months ago. My car got broken into and I had an excellent experience getting the passenger window replaced. I particularly enjoyed the shuttle service that allowed me to get to work in a safe and speedy fashion! I just went back this week to fix a rock chip on my windshield. I called ahead of time and they were very efficient in getting me a quote promptly. I especially appreciated that I was able to pull up without an appointment. There were no delays and I was out of there in 30 minutes. Thank you!

I called around to some reputable shops for a price to replace my rear passenger window (broken). These guys were more than 50% more expensive than all of the other estimates. I can’t comment on their service, because I wasn’t willing to pay the premium. I’m sure it’s amazing though, for that price. They did mention they would vacuum up the broken glass for me.

The staff at this location on 105th NW has always been beyond exceptional! Today was my third visit to get another windshield chip fixed. When I dropped in Chantal was able to get my vehicle in right away and within 30 minutes it was ready to go. To top it off when I went to settle the bill, she told me to go by myself lunch! ($0.00 bill) Thank you so much Chantal, you totally made my whole day.

I called this organization as i had just started working downtown and low and behold as I looked down from my office right next store was a Crystal Glass as I called them on a Friday that day after work before closing they were able to fill the rock chip fast, quick, friendly all set great.was happy with everything easy going folks left happy for the weekend. Wait.it gets better as I hopped in my car for Mondays ride to work drop off kids my windshield just started to crack at the point that it was fixed right across the bottom of the windshield I was sadden, upset and bothered by it all. MONDAYS uggg. So I called and spoke to Albert, then Terri who were all kind and saddened to hear of the problem i was told to bring it in so I dropped on my car at Crystal Glass at 8: 05 am and they were going to see what they could do.as per Terri. I was worried about it all moning, as I received a call at lunch with the fact that they replaced it. To say the least I was THRILLED, happy, as I was not sure what to expect.was I going to have to go to battle. NO! I got professionalism, kindness, and the problem was fixed truly a great place to go downtown for windshield replacements and chip fixes they backed up there staff and there product WOW thank so Much CRYSTAl GLASS. I will support you and share your good name for the good work done. BRAVO!

My car got broken into, back passenger window busted. They ordered the part and got it in a few days. All easily dealt with over the phone. Paid my deposit over the phone so I didn’t have to go in. Part arrived and they told me I could drop off same day - hey did you know we had a shuttle service? They offered to come pick me up, so I drop off my car at 1 and they picked me up again at 4: 30 when I finished work. Painless. My car is spotless inside after they vacuumed it as well. Price was competitive. Glass looks great. If I ever need another glass repair I will be coming here!

Great service and quick. I had my window smashed from a less than desirable citizen, and my insurance company worked with Crystal Glass and worked everything out and I only had to pay my deductible. My car was broken into at 3am, called my insurance at 8am, brought my car here by 9: 15am and had a new window by 1pm. Super happy with the service, the professionalism and sense of urgency.

Thieves smashed the window of my car, and even though they were unable to find a replacement after searching, the awesome people here helped me vaccumm up the thousands of glass shards and installed a temporary plastic covering without asking for a dime.

After being stressed out about my broken windshield all weekend, Sam booked me in quickly for a windshield replacement. Then she quoted me a price that was much lower than I expected. And then, the work was done in just a few hours and the vehicle was left clean and looking as good as new. This is what customer service is supposed to look like.
