Trash. Had them come look to make a custom shower door, they said it wasn't even possible to do based on a lip on the base of the shower floor. Had a different company come and offer 2-3 ideas on how to work around the problem. What kind of custom glass company just says "its not possible". Trash.

My windshield was struck by a rock on Stoney Tr and I went directly to Crystal Glass and the staff fixed the damage immediately. Excellent 5 star service!

Extremely great shop - from the staff to service. They were able to fix my small old fashion house window extremely promptly, for the most affordable price when compared to competitors. Quick turn around time for repairs, great price and even better service; truly couldn’t ask for more!

I just had the best experience at Crystal Glass Bowness. I have to share!
I was happily greeted by a gentleman who introduced himself as Kip and asked how he could help. (I was not in the best mood as my car windshield was attacked by a massive rock the size of a loonie! ….) I asked him if he “could” even help. In less than 15 min my rock chips looked incredible. I had one that was elsewhere, he managed to fixed it also. I will never go anywhere again. I will thank my friend for the recommendation. They were fast, friendly and super efficient.

The service and people were absolutely amazing. I came in with a shattered window in my car and in just a couple hours they were already finished. Manager Kip absolutely killed it, he helped me out big time. Keep up that great service!

We needed the glass replaced in our front window, we also had the screen replaced in our patio sliding door. From the initial visit for an estimate to the two follow-up visits Doug was willing to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. When he ran into a challenge with the rod that secures the latch on the window during the install he even brought another guy Stu to help him troubleshoot.
I am so appreciative for the extra time and attention the Manager, Doug and Stu paid finishing the job beyond just replacing the glass. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!

Had my windshield replaced here On October 22nd 2022 due to all the great recommendations I heard when I used to work at the Tim Hortons up the road and all the recommendations were true.

Right from when I called to get a quote Deb was fantastic and pleasant to deal with.

And to the day of installation Kip and team were great, Kip however was very firm in confirming that they closed by 1pm and if I wasn't back by 1pm the car would be there til Monday. I get this tho cause I'm certain there has probably been a few that weren't back by 1pm on the Saturday and got mad at them for not being able to pick up thier car.

But installation was great and price was definitely reasonable and now I can see free and clear this winter

Needed a new windshield put in due to a golfball finding our windshield. Kip, Deborah and the guys were fantastic, would recommend them for all your glass needs.

My elderly mom’s car was prowled by thug (s) who smashed the passenger window to gain access. Although nothing was taken by this senseless act, the thug (s) left a mess. & the car now exposed to the elements & insecure.

I called the Bowness Crystal Glass location on short notice (Saturday) & spoke to “Kip” who identified himself as the manager.

From the get-go Kip was incredibly willing to accommodate my elderly mom. He recommended bringing her car in right away, despite the store closing at noon & offering to stay & fix the car himself.

My mom had a medical appointment & could not bring in her car, so Kip gave up part of his day off & arranged to have her drop off the car the next day (Sunday) for repair.

The car was repaired skillfully in a timely & thorough manner by Kip who also vacuumed the remaining glass fragments & defroster vents.

In the end, Kip reduced the work order estimate significantly for my mom who like most seniors, live on a fixed income.

The exemplary service delivery provided by the manager of this location was second to none.

We went to this place to get a tabletop covering for three 4-H woodworking projects. Kip was friendly and personable. He told us all the options and gave his advice for the project. Also, he customized the glass to fit the table. Kip and his team did a great job cutting the plexiglass. The service here was great and they finished a whole day before the estimated time. We are happy with how the plexiglass looks and would recommend Crystal Glass in the future. I may go back again for some glass replacements I need.

Worked with Kip on a project, he was very accommodating and happy to help me. The best crystal glass I’ve used in Calgary, I would recommend 100%.

I needed a small job done and emailed thie Bowness location of Crystal Glass to see if they could do it. They responded the next business day. I went into the store and left them with my glass need for my fish tank. They called me the next day to let me know that it was done. I was pleased with their prompt response and completion of the work. The job was well done as well.

I had to get a screen made quickly because of the heat. The employees here were extremely helpful and guided me to a quick solution. Everyone was very helpful. Kip the manager was awesome to deal with. I am pleased with their quick service and knowledge.

Thanks to the last really cold snap, my rear view mirror fell off my windshield. I wasn’t sure who would fix this. Called Crystal Glass and the very friendly girl on the line said bring it by and they will look at it. Next day I took the car over. They had someone come out to look at it and they said they could fix it. There were a couple of people in front of me, but it wasn’t a super long wait. The man at the front was also super friendly. They took the car in, fixed it in no time and the cost to fix it was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop.

Between Christmas and New Year 2021, my back window shattered and I needed it repaired immediately, as it was -35°. I searched for a auto glass repair shop close to me and found and called Crystal Glass. Shonah and her team were amazing! She booked an appointment for me right away and ordered the replacement window. I am extremely grateful for the super service and friendly people who work at Crystal Glass. After accidentally breaking my (large) bathroom mirror, I called Crystal Glass Bowness for a quote for a new one. Received an immediate quote, and they installed it the very next day. Awesome service.

I had a broken double glazed kitchen window which I brought into their shop in Bowness. They made me a new window assembly from the broken one which fit perfectly. They provided prompt and courteous service, and I'm happy with the new window.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The prices are amazing, the service is even better, and they do it all so quickly. Do not waste your money at other body shops, take your car to Crystal Glass for all your glass needs.

I have always received quick prompt service for chip repair. My last truck I owned had 5 chips and five years later the windshield still looked fine. Thanks to Crystal. Now I am back with my newer truck and I trust Crystal to look after it. I am in today after a trip to Edmonton last weekend. I picked up a chip but the tech spotted and fixed another for me. Awesome!
