Summer particularly was helpful dealing with an old man while I waited for my windshield chip to be repaired. Today, my friend and I took a drive out to Banff for the day as I am visiting from Ontario. As we are driving, I get a stone in my windshield. We weren’t able to get it filled in Canmore or Banff, so after our day, we returned to Calgary and I drive here based on a referral from my friend. She had a similar experience with a rock and a chip recently, and was taken care of very well here. I arrived and they handled it right away. The staff was super friendly, professional and courteous. Good prices. They had it fixed perfectly in no time, and really went the extra mile with a wonderful surprise when I got back into my car. You can’t even see where my windshield was hit. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend took my car in to repair a small chip in the windshield and they did a great and prompt job. Excellent customer service, would recommend.

Window install was great, one of the best jobs done to date, however, my dash cam and radar detector did not fair so well. The camera was installed back with all of the wiring hanging out and not in the right spot, despite all assurance that it would be. My radar detector I took down and left in the glove box. But upon trying to reconnect it the power supply (mirror taps) I found that the pins were broken off and the wires were left hanging inside the cover for the mirror/lane departure system. I understand these are aftermarket parts that they are not responsible for, but don't tell me you will take care of it and then mess it all up. Anyhow, I have had to order parts from the US that will cost $48.00 and take weeks to get. This brings my $240.00 window to $288.00. Good thing I did not spend the unwarranted "Lane Departure Calibration" fee of $160.00 above and beyond. PS- the lane departure and crash avoidance system has always worked flawlessly after a window install and this is my 4th window.

The work and service were fine however I planned to stay in the area if it was going to be within 2 hours. I was told it would be 3 or 4 hours so I made my way home, arriving 1 1/2 hours later. I found a message on my home phone that my car was ready. There was no message on my cell phone even though I’d left that number as well. I made no fuss when I picked up the car as the same person I’d left it with was pleasant so I only asked about the job being done quickly. He said that sometimes they had a cancellation.
The only reason I’m mentioning this is to encourage slightly more communication at check-in so the walk to the train, lunch downtown, another train and a bus might be avoided in future. It wasn’t busy when I left the car and I don’t mean to cause any problem for the man at the counter who was polite throughout. I don’t like to draw attention to my age, which is 82, but being made aware of my options would have been appreciated.

I dropped off my Saturn after work and it was ready early the next day. The workmanship looked great, they even gave my dusty dash a wipedown. The quality of the off-brand glass is an 8 out of 10, it has some distortion in the top right corner. But an OEM glass would have been $200 extra so I'm ok with it. Thanks guys!

I arrived at this location at 9: 00 a.m. On Saturday morning and talked with Ryan at the front counter. He was awesome to deal with! Not only did he answer all of my questions and concerns about my windshield, the work was done super fast and was fantastic! I highly recommend this location and their staff.

Prompt service by a very helpful serviceman who went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the repairs he made. Nothing was too much trouble for him! Our bifold doors are working very well since he made the adjustments. Sincere thanks to him.

I got a crack in my 2021 Santa Fe. I went to Crystal glass to see how much it was going to cost to replace the windshield. Joe Piscioneri convinced me that I didn't need to replace the windshield but to fix it. Joe and his team took about 45min.to fix the windshield. Once I got it back I couldn't see the crack anymore. And it looks fantastic. Thank you Crystal glass for saving me alot of money and doing a great job repairing my windshield.

I am a frequent (unfortunately) flyer of this place as my vehicle seems to be a magnet for rocks! Had 2 chips repaired last week and today I had to get another one done: (The staff has always been super friendly and helpful and this afternoon when I went in they fixed my 3rd chip immediately! Exactly the kind of service appreciated by a frequent “flyer”…. Highly recommend this location:)

I was greeted with excellent service when i came in to get a window replaced on my travel trailer. The team was great and took a template, had to send the template to edmonton to get a piece of glass cut, i was told this would take 5-7 business days.which i felt was very reasonable. After 6 business days i called to check on the status of the order as i am eager to use my trailer again this weekend, and i was told it would be another 5-7 business days. I only went with this company because of the lead time to get the glass. And was told "sorry, you were miss quoted and it always takes 14 business days"

I came to this glass glass shop initially because of proximity to home but was pleasantly surprised with amazing and on the spot service. I was getting a mirror trimmed and expected I would need to make a second trip back to pick up but Joe was able to do the cuts quickly and he had it loaded back in my vehicle in minutes. Office was clean and organized and the whole team was friendly.

I called Crystal Glass two days ago requesting a quote for a windshield replacement. After taking all of my personal information, including my VIN number, the lady that answered the phone said she would call me back with a quote. I called again to see what the quote would be as I hadn’t heard back. They told me they would call back. Never did. I took my business to another glass company that not only gave me a quote immediately, but replaced my windshield within 2 hours. I would suggest going to a company that wants business.

Got my CRV windshield replaced In June at Crystal Glass around Chinook. Earlier this month I noticed there was some cracks at the top corner after the hail storm. Not sure it was caused by the hail or pressure crack. But anyways they covered it and replaced it for free. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend it.

We have used this business several times from rock chips to windshield replacement to home repairs. Always very satisified.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Mikaila at the desk responded promptly to my many email questions.
Eventually brought in some old mirrors that I wanted cut to size. Was expecting to have to leave them but Joe said he could get it done right away. He even sanded the edges quick so they weren't sharp. In and out in like 20 minutes, and super cheap to get the straight cuts done.

Excellent experience, the work was completed much faster than was quoted, rates are reasonable and counter staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely go back for more glass work and recommend as well. Raisin pie for everyone at the 58th and Macleod branch!

I cam but with a broken serving window. $25 and 25 mins later I was fixed, paid and onto the next adventure. Great new manager and existing team made it happen! Thank you!

Came in with a bit of an emergency, and the need to get it fixed before Monday! Kip was fantastic and was able to fix my car right up, and gave us a killer deal! Super impressed, would definitely go to them again!

I had a warranty issue that the 130th store wouldnt cover, look my vehicle to MacLeod Trail location and they totally took care of everything under warranty in under an hour. Very happy my issue was fixed. Will be using the Macleod location from now on (even tho it's a much further drive) its worth it.

This Crystal Glass location helped me out with the repair of a shower door. Their service was professional, prompt & very efficient. Would definitely recommend them for any glass work you require.

I don’t often leave reviews, nor 5 star reviews, because it’s incredibly difficult to operate perfectly, especially under such pressure; however, the gentleman at this location were so kind. They truly embody the Crystal Glass values and “pride [themselves] on providing superior products and services for every one of [their] customers. It’s what makes [them] the clear choice for all your glass needs. ”

I won’t be going anywhere else for my glass needs. Kip, the manager, was so great at assisting me in my first windshield repair, answered all my questions and was truly knowledgeable in the industry. Ryan, the guy who called me, had such great etiquette and customer service. I hope their boss is aware of just how well they are doing, especially during a very difficult time for Canadians and more.

I've gone to this location for years for auto service. They recently also helped with cabinet doors with glass inserts that needed replaced. Fast, friendly, and great quality - the cabinets look beautiful!
