They were fast and professional. They got me a quote and where able to produce the sealed unit right in town and had it installed before the competition could even provide me with a quote.

Absolutely 5star service for me this week - I had booked in a couple of weeks ago, knowing that my windshield was coming in from Edmonton - arrived at my appointment Wednesday at 9AM after confirming that my windshield had arrived, it was in the morning shipment - as I pulled up - my phone rang and a very sheepish employee said- we are SO sorry - your windshield came in BUT its BROKEN - I can reschedule for tomorrow morning - went in today - my new windshield was in and intact, now installed, they did a great job - clean, friendly, exceptional service - and I had a rear wiper arm that needed replacing - I've been packing it around for 4years ;) and they happily installed it for me - no charge! Highly recommend Crystal Glass! BONUS - Of the 7 glass places in GP - they were the least expensive by almost $40!

**UPDATE, within a few days of me posting this review I got a call apologizing for the customer service I received and saying they are going to use me as an example and to improve next time and they did not want my experience to be like that. I was very surprised because you don't get that! Very happy with the follow up call.
They did a great job however customer service is not great.
I had called to make an appointment they said it would take a week as they need to get the windshield from Edmonton, thats fine. I make an appointment for the following week. When I show up for the appt I am told I don't have one, I asked how that could be as I called the week before and made an appt and they needed to get the windshield from Edmonton. The young girl at the desk said I probably called the wrong CG to which I asked if there was more than one in GP she said no, and I replied saying then no I called this place, even had their number in my phone from the week before when I called. I even wrote it down in my phone as soon as I had hung up from making the appt.
I leave and call back awhile later explain my situation and they said it could have been they didn't make the appt but they don't really know what happened, luckily they can get me in the next day. I return the next day, they replace it and when I leave I notice that my "door open" light is lit on my dash. Did't think anything of it, I leave and when I get home I go to all my doors and re close them all. Light is still on. I call them and tell them about it to which the girl says its not their fault they don't touch my doors or locks and must have been like that when I dropped it off. It was not because I cant lock my car if I have an open door. My BF gets home and inspects my car realizes my hood was not closed at all and thus the reason the door open light on my dash was on.
I don't think I would recommend this location to anyone because of the customer service and instead of apologizing and looking into things I get blamed for their error, twice. I never write reviews but this whole ordeal was unacceptable. Customer service is number one in my opinion and this was the worst I've ever received. However they did a great job at replacing my windshield and for a great price.
