Needed a couple thermopane units replaced as they were getting cloudy. They came out and measured then ordered. I paid 50% on order and the rest on install; which I'm totally fine with. The install was done when the weather cooperated so it took a bit longer than I expected but turned out fine. Nothing to complain about with what I had done.

Great service! Had a molding that I thought I needed but was told I did not need it. It was just for cosmetic purposes. They had it on before I could even change my mind. We have had a lot of windows replaced here and are always happy with the service. Thank you.

Booked an appointment to have my windshield changed, good thing I called to see if windshield was in, hadn’t been ordered. Should have learned my lesson the first time when I brought in my husbands truck for a 9 am appointment and it wasn’t installed until 3pm that afternoon. I live out of town so it is not very convenient.

I wish I could even really rate their service of installing a window, but never got that far. Booked an appointment for my wife's car a couple of weeks ago for the following Monday. All good! Nope. Wife gets there and she's informed that "we're sorry, but your windshield isn't here. " (Scheduled appointment.) Whatever, things happen, reschedule the appointment for again the following Monday. Wife drops car off, all good. I get a call from Crystal glass, but I was working and missed the call, and no voice-mail was left. Anyways, Wife goes back a couple of hours later and is informed that "there's something wrong with the new windshield, and it wasn't installed. "

Booking at Ford like I should have in the first place.

Very poor. Went there to get a simple mirror fixed and find out that they had no stock and when I went there yesterday they had no personal to even figure out what stock they had
But they told me to come back the next day to get it fixed
Not a way to run a business!

She told me that it would take 30mins to fix a rock chip, got there after the 30 mins and they didnt even touch my car, so I waited another 20 mins, it then got put in the shop, I asked the girl 3 times if it was fixable, she said for sure. Got my car back and it was not fixed but sealed! I I was not charged but she said it couldn’t be fixed and was just breaking the glass more. Took it to ford, They confirmed that it was indeed fixable but she didnt try at all and just sealed it. I dont care about the money I just wanted a good job done! Since she sealed it, they couldnt fix it! Now I can only wish that took it to ford first. Also she took my keys, didnt ask about what I wanted done, or anything, Gave me no control. Just go to ford! Way better experience, they let you drive it in, dont touch your keys, gave you full control, they look at it in front of you. Plus its only $20 if they can fix it!

Visited store to get an appointment for a quote and no show, called twice for times, both times no show. Bad business, going else where to somewhere that wants the work.

Called and had an appointment booked. When I got there, I wasnt booked. Woke my kids up early and planned my day around it. Not happy and will go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service, easy to deal with friendly, and very knowledgeable. Great location minus the entrance being a one way off 50th. They did an amazing job on our windshield and took great care of us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We are on our way to Alaska and had a window blow out of our 5th wheel. After speaking with an RV repair shop they suggested we head into the nearest town since there would be a glass shop. Keith had our window replaced in about an hour and had us back on the road. Vicky in the office was super friendly too. Thank you for your kindness and quick service today.

Awesome they got me in and 3.5 hrs to replace the windshield. And cheaper than the speedy auto glass that changed their name
