Called Crystal Glass 4 days ago (just prior to the long weekend) in respect to a stone chip. They booked me in the first day after the weekend. The lady I spoke to at the front counter was extremely courteous and friendly. They got me in and out within 20 minutes and the work was excellent. Great shop. I will bring my vehicle here in the future. Thanks guys.

Had our sunroof shatter on highway 2 on our way to Edmonton and Crystal Glass in Leduc fit us in ASAP to clean it up and tape some plastic over the damaged sunroof until we made it back home to Red Deer. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service. We will get it repaired at Crystal Glass in Red Deer once the new sunroof arrives.

They fit me in last minute before closing to repair a chip in my windshield. They also took the time to remove the tape residue that I had from recently replacing the windshield, I didn't even ask.

A bird smashed our windshield on Friday so we left the truck at this Crystal Glass overnight. The next morning before I even got there, they had already assessed the damage and checked to see if they had the windshield in stock. When I arrived they said they could fit me in and and that they do have the part. They were extremely friendly and accommodating and we get to drive the truck home less than 24 hours after it was damaged. On a weekend no less! Highly recommend! Just awesome people and great work.

I’ve had them replace a broken pane on my garage window and on my bathroom window, and install a new glass wall in my basement shower that had broken. Definitely recommend!

Good price, car was ready earlier than promised. Put new wipers on that we had bought elsewhere. Overall pleased with the installation.

We were told that the whole process would take an hour over the phone, then on arrival were asked to leave the car there for the next three hours. I understand that things get backed up, so we rearranged our plans. Once we confirmed our contact information, I asked if we would receive a call when it was done, the receptionist told us we would.

A few hours later we received a call from the receptionist, Patsy, (who was incredibly annoyed) asking if, "We were planning on picking up our car at all today since we close in five minutes? " I scrambled to find a ride over there and had to deal with the rather rude woman to get my vehicle.

Really hard to deal with when it comes to residential window repair. It don’t seem like they want the business.

Excellent work on repairing the rock chip on my windshield. The service was fast and effective! Nice seating area with water to drink. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles here for quite sometime of course its Alberta and windshields dont last long, we have found the price for replacing glass is very good equally is the craftsmanship installing them we even replaced all the windows in our garage door with plexiglass money well spend its is good to do business locally, well done!
