My front entry door glass was smashed, virtually had zero security to the home, it was imperative that it was replaced as fast as possible

I contacted CRYSTAL GLASS (St. Albert)

Ed Anderson one of the best came over the next morning, indicated that most likely he will cut the 1/2 round to 22x36 rectangular glass size, mine is an old unit and very like no longer available I fully agreed.

When I saw the initial response from Rebecca about quoting a whole door, I immediately talked to her, she didn’t have a clue, I gave her the Cole's notes that Ed had recommended, 22x36 RECTANGULAR cut to fit.

To make sure I talked to Ed on Saturday morning, he indicated that he would make certain that Rebecca was on the same page as Ed. We again agreed cut to rectangular get an in-stock unit and have it done in a reasonable period of time. My house is wide open with the broken glass, I was petrified every night I went to bed,

I had asked Rebecca numerous times to send some options, all I got from her was " I have been doing this for along time and know what I am doing" just be patient this takes time, I got this everytime I talked to her

I found 100+ units on line that were available with 3 days or off the shelf. 12 units at HOME DEPOT 2 blocks from my house.
Rebecca had not clue, lost my email address numerous times, this was 10 days later, I contacted Ryan King Sales Manager and a former EDMONTON ESKIMO, he promised to get it taken care of, with more excuses how involved and difficult this was, no response from anyone

I finally contacted the Manager DON DRINKILL once he provided the info on Rebecca’s insert, I knew it was time to go somewhere else, nothing was as discussed with Ed, the delivery date was 5 weeks away, probably another 2 weeks for install

I called up another local glass company, came to the same conclusion as Ed he went to Home Depot, picked up the sealed unit

In less than 2 hours he was done. Now I can feel secure again, and looks good Had Don responded to my last email, I would not have posted this review

Shame on you CRYSTAL GLASS St Albert,

Work to replace windshield was done well but the administration at the front desk was terrible. Same at our last replacement. I had to go in 4 times to work out the insurance claims and payment.

Every employee here was great to deal with! They were kind, fast and provided quality service will definitely be using them again

Called for assistance in adjusting large glass shower door that we were unable to close and there was no room for adjustment. Technician called to say he could come earlier than appointment. Attended, found the problem and fixed at very reasonable cost.

Dropped the car off and it was done earlier than promised. 1 star short as my wife used the wipers and presumably they were removed and replaced - they are out of adjustment - don't "park" completely and the driver's side wiper bangs the edge of the windshield.

Went to replace my car windshield. Gave the best deal, and work was done within 3 hrs. Best place for windshield and glass works.

Thank you Crystal Glass and especially the installer, Ed Anderson. He was efficient, quick and very thorough. In no time at all, my front windows were replaced and cleaned. I would recommend Crystal Glass for all your glass replacement needs.

Not impressed with how dirty they left the inside of my SUV. There was bits of glass or plastics on the seats and rubber pieces from the old seal I guess everywhere I looked and something sticky on the dashboard and they didn't offer to clean when I went back to tell them. The service was done on time but wouldn't reccomend going there cause there technicians don't seem to care how they leave the inside of your car and shouldn't have to get your interior detailed after service. No respect shown to property and won't be surprised to find other damage and scratches.

Had my windshield replaced on Apr 29 at the St. Albert location. When I got home I noticed the seal on the windshield was cut and longer snug against the windshield. It was reported to Crystal Glass on the Monday and I was told it would be sent to the manager. He contacted me to tell me the installer was not in on Monday and will get back to me after he talked to him. He then ghosted us and refused to get back to us after multiple e-mails. We then called Crystal Glass told them what was going on and they said they would forward it to the regional manager. Another week later and still no word from Crystal Glass. I am very upset about being ignored by the manager at St Albert and also the regional manager. They do not look after customer so I will never take another vehicle there again. I will recommend anyone else looking to get a new windshield pay the extra dollar to get better service and a company that will do the work properly and always contact customer when there is a problem.
