My wife had made an appointment to replace the windshield on a 2015 Nissan Armada. This appointment was made 3 days ago for today at 1: 00pm.
She called the place 20 minutes before leaving the house to make sure that everything was set. The receptionist said that everything was good to go.
She left and Apparently the receptionist called her which it was as soon as she got there. As she went in, she was informed that the windshield wasn’t there since their warehouse was closed so she will have to make another appointment.
Not one “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” was given. Poor service given by this company.
Stay away from this store unless you are willing to waste your time.
We also rebook with windshield surgeons for $100 cheaper.

Was charged 330.00 for labor when the technicians were here for less than 1/2 hour. When I phoned to question this I was told this is what I was quoted and I agreed. When I was quoted I was never given a breakdown and assumed that the majority of the price was for the materials. I have had windows repaired before and have an idea of the time it takes, I would not have agreed to this. I am disappointed by this treatment and will not be using Crystal Glass again even though I have been a customer several times before.

Their parking lot sucks. I suggest you always come in the lot while traveling south on 97th. Other than their parking situation, every time I have needed my truck's glass replaced, they have been awesome. The only lose a star b/c did I mention their lot sucks?

I needed a piece of glass to protect a small rectangular table so I just went to the website and filled out the form for measurements and glass type. I received a confirmation and a couple of weeks later I got a call that the glass was ready for pickup and payment. It was such a simple process and the price was reasonable. The glass looks great and I would definitely use Crystal Glass again. Thanks.

We had a rock chip repair done here, and the crack continued, even after the second attempt. They did not use the glue. Seems like a bunch of young guys not taking their job seriously.

Made an appointment for a house call and the tech showed up on the wrong date. At the time, over the phone, we confirmed the correct date, but he still didn't show up the correct day.

Got a quote from crystal glass with outrageous pricing so decided to get a quote from a different company almost half the price difference called crystal glass to discuss the pricing the tech was very unhelpful and didnt have answers at all
that being said my appointment was in the am didn’t get anyone until close to 2
