Had a shattered sunroof just before a long road trip. The auto dealership said they wouldn't even be able to look at it for about 3 weeks. Crystal Glass (Mitch) on 130th SE came to the rescue. They ordered the OEM glass immediately and had it all installed within a couple of days. Excellent job and for much less money than the dealership estimate.

These guys replaced my windshield with the poorest quality of glass one can think of. In less than 3 months of replacing my windshield, I have another huge crack and 4 dents from rock chips, any rock chip that falls on my windshield will practically give it a dent. Now I have to have it replaced again.

Jarom at this location was the BEST, professional work, awesome customer service. This location had very quick service, we pulled in with no appointment and had 3 rock chips done. All the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be going back!

If you book your vehicle 3 weeks in advance for a 9am appointment, but haven't started working on the vehicle at 11: 15am, then there's a problem with scheduling and prioritizing. Don't overbook, don't tell the customer to come in for a time when you know it won't be looked at. Figure out your scheduling and man power and only bring in what you can get at, in a timely manner. As an AMI customer, we have no choice, yet it feels you are taking advantage of customers. $$$$

Replaced glass quickly. Just noticed a short crack at the bottom and the hot weather has caused it to spread any warranty?

Sheldon at Crystal Glass on 130th in Calgary is great to deal with. There was a flaw with my new windshield that they had installed. I am not from Calgary but when I did make it back there, he helped me out with it. I appreciated the great service!

Great and fast services. My ride was late and I sat in the waiting room, for an hour. Then suddenly Manger says if I want to wait another 45 it would be ready. To me this showed the manager has logic. He gave me the option to decide if i should wait or come back. Being self employed I appreciate that they not only took care of me fast but took time to notice my situation and work with it. To me this is a key to success.

I had a great experience with Crystal glass branch 229.cannot thank Kip enough for his great service, knowledge and expertise to replace my windshield correctly as I had previously had a windshield installed incorrectly by another company.

Highly recommend. Our experience at Crystal Glass was excellent, the customer service was flawless. Kip, the manager, went above and beyond, and the staff did excellent work. You can really tell that they care about their customers.

Was there today, asked several times to change the windowshield so the moulding will be right, because last time I changed there it wasn't. And I showed them the vehicle before they took it and it was all in place.
This time when I came to pick it up, once again moulding is quite loose and the rubber at the bottom of windowshield is completely loose, and when I asked them about it, they just told me its the way it is in Hondas, and there's nothing they can do! Needless to say I was completely shocked. Now I have to deal with the insurance company to solve it.also when I told them I disagree with it they told me that they will not provide any warranty on glass and labor.

I dropped off my vehicle at the shop this morning and had my husband waiting outside the door for me. We were both greeted with sourness. A staff member snarled at him to "move your car! ". The man behind the counter was very grumpy with me as well. What a way to treat your customers first thing in the morning! Won't come back.

My rear view mirror came off my wind shield due to the extreme cold. The gentleman that fixed it was super kind. It was fixed in a timely manner and the fix was offered free of charge. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Had my windshield replaced, and a week later, I got a big chip in the windshield. Luckily enough, I was 2 mins away from Crystal Glass. I called Kip, the manager, and he told me to come in right away. I pulled up and he waved me into the garage and took care of the chip right then and there. If I could give ten stars, I would. Highly recommend!

I was simply looking to get a install price for a corvette. They put me on hold for 17 mins. I got sick of the recording, stating what a great place it is. Well it can’t be that great! They don’t answer the phones. Super frustrating! I’ve given you one star. I will phone around and talk to people instead of being put on hold! I drive by there every day. Thought I would support local. But you’re making it hard

If there were zero stars that’s what their rating would be. Waited 6 months for a windshield and never got a call back. They billed my insurance company for the completed work and received payment. I called another glass company and they got me the the NEXT DAY. To make matters worse, when I was supposed to receive re-imbursement from my insurance company for paying out of pocket, they sent another cheque to Crystal. They happily took the payments without even a call or anything. Brutal, you lost my business.

I brought my window and the receptionist and the guy is so helpful- but when I was about to pick it up, the guy told me I should be paying more for labor, I was confused but at the end he did not let me pay for it- because I paid already in advance.

I wish I could give this experience less than 1 star. Booked the appointment a week in advance and shared all the details of my windshield, which they have replaced in the past so not new news.
They kept my car for almost 5 hours and only then did they contacted me and said we ordered the wrong windshield. Absolutely a complete waste of time and money and no offer to help with transportation or offer to compensate me for my travel expenses … only offered excuses. Unfortunately the gentleman that helped me in the past are no longer there.complete lack of professionalism. I will no longer be replacing my $2500 windshield at this location. I love when people say of "I understand your frustration " yet can't follow up with an apology or an offer to help.

I needed my rear window resealed on my 69 GTO. Spoke with Kip, and he told me no probs bring it by and they’ll take care of me. I showed up and within mins they checked out my issue, said wait a few mins to finish up another job and BOOM. They were right back to me in less then 5 min resealed my window and got me back on the road so I could get my windows tinted at another appointment I had. Outstanding service, friendly down to earth people that care and want to help and solve window glass issues! I recommend this place of business to anyone that needs window repair / work done on their rides. I got a new windshield here and new window glass on two separate occasions and had excellent experiences both times. Very happy actually with the prices, was a great surprise to see how low they were. Would recommend to anyone. I really like how respectful, accommodating and helpful they were.

We just had our 2003 Toyota in for a leaky shield. These folks were amazing and super up front and honest. They fixed up the rust issues, re sealed the paint on the ledge, a new rubber moulding and new windscreen and complimentary wipers! Way above and beyond and super fair on the price! Made an appointment at Crystal Glass 130th S. E. For my rear-view mirror which had come off. Staff were very pleasant and helpful repair was done in no time at all and there was no charge. I was devastated when I had a rock fly up and chip/crack my brand new Lexus (expensive!) windshield on Deerfoot Trail. I popped in to Crystal Glass and 20 minutes later, the large chip with two cracks looked like a tiny rain drop! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!

The rear window in my car suddenly shattered. I called Crystal Glass on 130th Ave SE in tears. Joe kindly asked if I was ok and what he could do to help. Within 4 hours I had a new rear window in my Toyota Camry ordered and safely installed. The team really stepped up to the plate. All the glass was vacuumed from my car and the windows were all cleaned. Exceptional service. Professional and very kind. I highly recommend Crystal Glass.

From having AMI glass coverage, I was recommended to visit a Crystal Glass. From initial contact to completion of job, everything went very smooth. The manager there was very thorough with the process and final invoice. Very much appreciated.

They forgot to order my product and did not care to follow up. Nice enough people but highly unorganized.

I've had my windshield replaced here 3 or 4 times now, and a side mirror once. Every time has been quick, easy, and reasonably priced.
Once, about a week after replacing my windshield the molding came loose while on the highway. Luckily I was near this location, and I drove straight there. They made room for me and had it fixed within the hour. Everyone makes mistakes, but they handled it properly. I will continue to use them myself, and recommended them to anyone needing glass replacement.

Horrible customers service, have never seen any thing worst than this store. Guys in there are rude. Highly recommended not coming here. I personally wouldn’t ever bother dealing with people here again.

Also just found out, the repair only needed 40$ else where, yet they wanted the whole thing replaced for like 1k

Both Sheldon and Wes are always extremely professional dealing with customer issues, but they are also very honest and reliable.
Had 3 chips on my daughter vehicle, appointment was timely, job was amazing and was charged one flat fee. Could not asked for more.
Since 2014 had a great time and pleasure dealing with this location.

Even though I had no appointment booked they were able to take my car in for a chip repair on the spot. Big thanks!
