I will start with the positive. The doctors here are good. Always polite and caring.
That being said, I have been trying to get through for months to book an appointment to get a refill on medication. I can never get through. Phones are always off. I travel a lot for work, so just walking in to book an appointment isn't really an option. When I have gotten appointments in the past they are always weeks out.
Before COVID they used to have better hours and more doctors in the office, they even had Saturday appointments, so it was easier to get in, and easier to access when you couldn't miss your regular work hours. Ever since March 2020 this has become a nightmare of a clinic to try to get an appointment at.

Almost impossible to get through. Phones are always off even during business hours, no option to leave a message, I've been trying to book an appt for months for 2 issues one of which is a follow up. The receptionists are cold, rude and very impersonable. Quite literally the worst Dr office I've ever had to deal with.

I've always had professional and knowledgeable care from Dr Avramenko. I noticed other comments about difficulties getting through, but there is an option to leave a message and they will return your call. (It says press 9 to leave a message).

I find Dr Sanzani and his staff to be top notch. You never feel rush by him and he is always very attentive to you. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.

No one answers the phone, however the voice message says they are open Tues & Thurs after 6.30 pm. When I showed up at 6.30 pm, I was not allowed in as a posted sign says No entry without appointment.
I left wondering how to book an appointment. There was No Option to book an appointment via internet.
Their website also listed under Walk-In clinics in Strathmore. Very poor experience and yet I was Not able to see a doctor. Please update your web site and pls answer your phone.
Someone did answer the phone the next day, and I did get an appointment to see the doc later that day.

Dr. Senzani has been a god send. He's been so helpful for both my husband and I while we navigate various health issues. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful.

Always love the staff, my doctor always takes my concerns seriously and works with me to get to the bottom of my illnesses! All around wonderful clinic!

Never had a good experience there. I.requested my medical files.they refuse to let me have them, I even tried to buy them. I was totally disgusted in their standards for patients care.

I highly recommend Dr. Senzani he is an amazing doctor he goes above and beyond the best doctor

It's ok for the doctor to ask questions but when you ask her questions she says that your interrogating her and decides she doesn't want to be your doctor. What kind of meet and great is that. Dont see Dr Al-Ajeel.
Update: I was told that the office manager would contact me in regards to this event, it appears that the manager doesn't care about the long term patients of this office as I never did receive a call from her.

I have been to the walk in clinic a couple of times and have seen Dr. Avramenko both times. The service from all staff was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend there services if you are unlucky enough to have to need them.

Walk in clinic tonight was not a good experience. Will NOT be going to the walk in clinic there. At least our family dr in that clinic is amazing.

Hit and a miss here.
Seems like sometimes I can get through other days it doesn’t seem like they turn their phones on (I call when they “open” but the phone line is still off, called during perhaps their lunch hour and the phones were off but the print was telling me their hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday and nothing about a lunch break)

I felt sometimes that when I brought an issue to my doctor (Doctor B.) that she didn’t take it seriously. I Had/ still have an on going issue that I’ve given up on fixing due to lack of skill or knowledge on part of the Doctor.
I’ve recently gotten another medical concern and I have feel why bother going back when it’ll probably be brushed off.

Better customer care would be preferred. Now looking into going to a different doctor and office altogether.

I've been to see Dr. Senzani twice. A very good and thorough doctor. Staff was very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend Dr. Senzani and supporting staff!

Very happy with experiences. However, wished they'd have stories or toys for kids to entertain themselves with while waiting.
