This office needs to be sharply reminded that patients are also customers and have a reasonable expectation for service. The whole office could use a course on customer service.

Update. Dont leave a negative review or they will discontinue service citing "aggressive behaviour".

Why be polite if it's not to take on new business? Very rude receptionist.

The place is nice and the doctor is friendly, helpful and doesn't rush. But front desk customer service could be better. And I still don't get why they charge you $30 for any doctor's note. That's just ridiculous, giving note should be same as giving requisition!

I had chosen Dr Agbi as a new family Dr to help with recovery and post op appointments after a traumatizing emergency surgery and a few blood tranfusions. I went into the office to discuss blood work that I was told by ER Dr's was neccesary. I felt dismissed as I was told it wasnt necessary and essentially had to beg for the requisition form. She then just walked out of the room, clearly annoyed and I was left sitting there confused. So I left with my refferal from reception. Sure enough my levels were still very low as I had expected. I recieved a very rude phonecall giving me my results and then have never had a follow up from her whatsoever. Will be finding a new family Dr now as she does not seem to care about patients or their concerns in the slightest.

Dr. Abgi is a wonderful doctor. She has set out to find medical problems doctors in Ontario wouldnt

The clinic has a great ambience. The receptionists aren't always nice to be honest but am here for the doctor anyway. Dr. Agbi is my family doctor and she is attentive to me. She listens to my concerns and provides possible solutions/recommendations.no issues whatsoever. I recommend this clinic

This clinic is despicable. Not only do they lie in their responses but they also divulge private medical information and claim they haven’t seen patients while calling them liars in reviews which don’t favor them. Please do yourself a favor and read through the responses, it’s disgusting coming from a medical clinic.

Dr. Adedeji is without a doubt one of the best doctors I have ever seen. A super kind person, very knowledged yet never leaving anything to doubt, I always feel well looked after when my family and I are in his care! AAA+ Dr. Adedeji and staff and keep up the great work

This is the best and great place to be.
Dr J Agbi is knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, attentive and takes time to discuss everything and anything with me, very detailed oriented.
She's supper amazing, caring, and full of life. Her words are encouraging and hopeful.
The receptionist are accommodating, patient and extremely helpful.
The staffs here are top notch

I switched to this clinic because it was closer to my house and it was a big mistake. Myself and a few other patients I talked to had a very poor experience with the female doctor at this clinic. She didn't address a problem I came 4 separate times to discuss. Each time I came for the same problem, she did no further research, investigating or support after she admitted she didn't know what the issue was (which is a common health concern!). She denied a referral to a specialist and then didn't do further medical intervention herself.
She spent most of each appointment explaining why I needed to book yet ANOTHER appointment to discuss the ONE issue I came in for. She mentioned 'spending tax money' when I tried to advocate for tests for my health concern. Ironic when she made me make 4 appointments for 1 issue? I have seen a new doctor since who has encouraged me to report this doctor for denial of medical intervention and billing fraud (for billing visits when I came to the front desk to pick up note copies). I hope this review can help people and families make the right decision not to get involved with this doctor.

I feel blessed to know Doctor Agbi. She always attends to every detail of our family's health. It is a peace of mind to know that our family's health is in good hands. Also, the receptionists are very nice and always manage to book an appointment based on the urgency of the issue. Thank you to the team here.

Doctors are great, no complains to that. But the Filipina front desk is very rude. Hire better staff members next time.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience with this Doctors office while on the search for a new family doctor. It seemed like none of the Doctors cared to listen to what you have to say. They also were very booked out for appointments which I found surprising considering Dr. A was taking new patients. Didn't have a great experience and wouldn't recommend.

This clinic is one of the best so far in the South, I want to give high praises to all the doctors and staffs. Specifically to Dr. Agbi and the Filipina receptionist, she was very kind and helpful, she answered all my wife's questions, should be given a raise. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had high hopes going into this Doctors office because there were some good reviews along with the bad. However, I was quickly let down upon arrival at Crystals Medical Clinic. There was so much miscommunication with this doctors office and when I expressed my concerns I was told that I was wrong and that my doctor was in the right. I decided to leave this Dr office to find another family doctor and when I thanked Dr Agbi for her time she walked out of the room and would not acknowledge me. Sad to say but I HIGHLY do not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Adedeji has been our family doctor for over 3 years, even before they opened this clinic. He is everything a family doctor should be and more. We have recommend him to family, friends, and co-workers. We have been told thank-you many times for the introduction by all parties.

Dr Agbi is a great example of what a doctor truly is, caring and attentive doctor. I highly recommend her.

I am sold already. I recently transferred in this clinic from a clinic in NE. The wait times were great. The clinic’s aesthetic is incredible, plus it was a clean clinic than most clinics that I have visited. The front desk staff were really helpful and Dr. Agbi really explains options or routes to go for you. Dr. Agbi is a great doctor, I felt like she is concern with her patients. I also like how you can book online through an app called Medeo, it is just really convenient. I am just sold. I’ll have my whole family transfer here.

If I could give this clinic a 0, I would. Dr abgi is beyond incompetent. Save yourself the hassle of going to this clinic and just find someone who is well educated and knows how to treat their patients. (side note: I feel like those positive reviews left behind below are probably by her friends and family so they can get traffic to their clinic.)

I had to take my granddaughter in after a fall in the playground where she fell on a very sensitive area, Dr. Adedeji was absolutely amazing. Checked everything, explained everything and what to watch for and at the same time made my granddaughter laugh. I highly recommend this clinic. The ladies at the front were amazing also.

Dr. Agbi is an amazing doctor. She's taking her time to explain and educate us regarding the condition or illness that we are dealing with. Never had a hard time getting in touch with her over phone consultation or by appointments in the clinic. She's kind, humble and a wonderful person, always there to answer all your questions. We are grateful and blessed to be under her care.

Dr. Agbi is the best doctor I’ve ever had in Calgary. The service is phenomenal and couldn’t be faster.

What a wonderful Doctor Dr. Agbi is. I’m so thankful we found her. She is kind and most importantly, non judgmental.

I cannot say enough about Doctor Taofik. I was diagnosed with a rare disease; alife time diagnosis over 5 years ago. I felt lost and confused and like no one could help me or wanted to help me. Dr. Taofik has given me hope and for the first time I feel like someone wants to help. He has given me hope and takes the time to follow up with me weekly, sometimes in the next couple days if I'm not doing well when we see eachother. He has reached out to my rhumatologist to try and get me in sooner.

I honestly do not have the words to express how grateful I am for this man. Thank you so much, you are an incredible doctor.

I went in for a simple consultation but it turned out to be, simply an overwhelming welcoming and warm experience. Dr. Agbi showed me a very generous healthy hand of consults! She was sooooo nice, down-to-earth and overtly kind towards me. She showed professionalism in diagnosing my medical condition. Dr. Agbi gave me a fresh start and a new outlook to life! My visit there was followed by a prompt follow-up call and that notwithstanding, she followed through with my inquest right on the spot without much ado.in spite of her other urgent receptions at hand! I was amazed by her dutifulness and very kind and humble disposition, not to talk of her smile that made my day and made me feel quite comfortable. I will highly recommend Dr. Agbi and really tell the community at large to see the person in Dr. Agbi before even perceiving her as a renowned Dr. I am glad to have made that move to see her for my medical case. It paid off big time!

i thought it was a little strange when the reception went into the room to discuss a work party while i was getting consulted and the doctor kept picking up her cell phone and checking her texts
