Every time I go see Stephanie, I am blown away by her knowledge and patient-centred care. She is incredibly helpful and really personalizes your treatment plan to ensure that you can get back on track. No matter what my injury, Stephanie has always provided me with an explanation that I understand and exceptional treatment, as well as thoroughly demonstrating and teaching any take home exercises.

Tommy has been very helpful at treating areas of pain. He shows genuine care during every appointment and always ensures that I leave each appointment with better mobility and flexibility than before we started. He also explains how certain muscles work together so I can better understand why areas of my body feel the way they do. He is truly passionate about helping people and making their body work better for them.

Michelle has also been excellent. She is always patient and so kind. At every appointment she strives to make sure she covers all areas that are experiencing issue and demonstrates exercises as well that I can do at home to help mitigate pain. She explains what each technique she uses will do and really listens to my issues and level of pain at each appointment.

I would recommend both Tommy and Michelle to anyone experiencing pain!
