My truck went in for repairs as I had hit a deer. They were great in keeping me informed when the parts would be in. Once they received the parts my truck went in for the repairs. They had arranged for my rental vehicle and we’re able to have the work completed sooner than expected. My truck looked great and was wonderfully cleaned and detailed inside and out. The front office staff was helpful and friendly as well. I would certainly recommend CSN for anyone who needed repair work done to the body of their vehicle.

I came in to get a quote, for the first and last time at this place. The lady at the desk was rude and condescending, as other commenters have noted. She wanted me to make an appointment. I guess they don't appreciate new walk-in customers.

The office staff bent over backwards to see that my car was repaired in a prompt manner as well as doing a few extras for me. The staff were always available & patient with me to answer questions since I had no idea how things work these days between the body shop & the insurance company. After a no fault collision, my vehicle was repaired by CSN. They were very helpful, informative, and kept me apprised of the situation. In a less than ideal situation dealing with insurance companies, injuries etc they made this part easy and stress free. They even cleaned my vehicle to a like new condition. Vehicle was assessed and quoted in 1 day, booked an appointment 2 weeks out. They had the vehicle in and out same day and even cleaned the interior for me. Hit a deer in Cold Lake as I was on my way home (Vernon BC) and was able to get my vehicle towed to Edmonton as they were on the list of facilities included with my insurance. I work in the automotive industry and have dealt with CSN in the past, locally. So I knew they would be great. They got my car and had it fixed in less then a week! (Took me extra time to fly to pick up my vehicle) I work Tuesday to Saturday so I could only get there to pick up the car on a Sunday when they are closed and they offered to have someone come in (on their day off) and pull the car out of their shop (which they kept locked up in every night) and have it waiting for me for after I landed. John was the guy who came to get my car out and was actually there waiting for me to make sure I got it. They went above and beyond to help me out and the quality of work is amazing. The drive home the car was perfect. And clean! Thank you again so much to everyone there. You all do amazing work!

John was fast, efficient and accurate. CSN made arrangements with Enterprise for a rental, and contacted my insurance company for me. Their work looked good when done, and they were done a day early. Recommended. Kudos.

These guys did an amazing job with a paint repair I had done a month ago. I was sent here by the car dealership to get some warranty work done on my rear quarter panel. My car is pearl white so it’s difficult to match this color to the rest of the car. I honestly can’t see any differences between the transitions of the surrounding panels. Shortly after I had the panel repainted I took my car to my regular detail shop to get a ceramic coating put on the new paint. This detail shop sees a lot of repair work from a lot of different shops. They were also very impressed with the work that was done on my vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Baseline Collision for doing such a great job! If I have any unfortunate issues with my car in the future regarding bodywork I will definitely be back!

Baseline created a repair program suited to my needs at a good price. The work was scheduled to take 4 days but because of the special paint used on my car it took us into the 5th day.

The appraiser was fair and accurate on cost to repaint the bumpers on my car - I was able to leave it right after the appraisal and the car was ready for pick up within the next week

I brought my car in on an insurance claim. I needed to have 4 panels on the passenger side replaced. CSN Baseline Collision staff were efficient, friendly, and professional.
