Recommended canwest collision center to one of my friend, he is very happy with their services. If I ever need their auto body services in future I will surely use them.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Canwest Collision Centre, and I couldn't be happier with the great service and impeccable results they gave. From start to end, their team went above and beyond to ensure that my car was restored to its original state.

The person at front desk (kim) very rude & miserable. Stings of cigarettes, Doesn't know what is customer service, attitude very patronizing, and he is ruining this business for sure. Very disappointing
He will ask you to sign a waiver please read it before you sign it's your right, basically they waive all responsibilities from canwest even if your car is inside the shop which crazy any scratches or anything else happed to your car.
Day of delivery Everyone gets gift card but Kim never gave me one! The lady inside and technicians are more helpful for sure and owner Stuart listened to me and explained things to me. Anyway official complaint will be sent to AMA.

I don't recommend this shop

Stuart was recommended by Lexus of Edmonton to me. He did the estimate for the job.
He said he would get the parts ordered and then arrange a date to do the repairs. I told him the was a duct in behind the bumper that was broken off and told him we were planing a road trip and may be out of town for a couple of weeks. He told me if we were he would put the duct in before our trip if all the parts were not in as it directed air to the transmission cooler and the damage it could cause.
Our suv repairs are now complete, job well done. Great job!
As a bonus the vehicle was detailed inside and out looks great.
Would highly recommend Stuart, Kim and staff.

We went to this company to have our car fix, because its closer to my work place. I am not satisfied with the color of the tailgate shell and the bumper because it isn't match to the color of the car body (liftgate/handle), you will see the color difference on it on the attached pictures. But they insisted that they match the color to the inside color of the car. That's true, but why you have to match the color from the inside not from the nearest parts of the body which is the liftgate/handle. They offered to fix it and will paint the liftgate, which is not my issue, because my issue here is the tailgate shell that they replaced not the liftgate, and no ride provided during the fix, as my insurance won't cover the rental cost as it is not covered because its not part of the accident. I told them that atleast to drop me off to my work and pick me up when the car is done but they didn't.
All I want is to have a match color car, the way it was.

Did work that looked great initially but rust showed up in less than a year and was NEVER properly repaired and will not honour their warranty! Would never use them and CSN has NO help. Claimed its rusting due road debris while the rest of the car is fine.

Likely the best auton body shop in the city. Fair pricing, great service and excellent workmanship!

Such a great experience! Our van needed repairs after a single vehicle accident and the staff at CSN was I so great. They gave us a comprehensive estimate for the work and talked us through our options. Their level of expertise and knowledge made us feel like we were in good hands. Within a very short time period our van was repaired and looking better than it had in years! We picked it up and were surprised to climb into a completely detailed vehicle. It was such a treat.

The staff were so friendly and even gave me a ride to my bank when my bank card wasn’t working. Just treated me like family and I really appreciated it.

I had Stuart at Canwest Collision look into some rust that was on my 2010 F150. The delivery date was as promised and they did a nice job cleaning my truck upon pick up! I would highly recommend Canwest and go see Stuart for all your needs they do good work and the paint match is excellent which is important on an older vehicle.
