I had my truck in for repair after a fender bender. They were excellent from setting up my estimate, to organizing everything with my insurance company and dealing with the rental company. They made us an easy process. The work they did on the truck is excellent. It looks like nothing happened.

I have always appreciated the professionalism of Cochrane Image Auto Body. It was a no-brainer decision to take my new 2022 Tacoma in for repair after getting rear-ended at a stop light (minor and, luckily, no injuries) with only 4800kms on the truck!

After responding about my experience, Brady reached out to help and set things right. Although we are in BC Brady was clear the warranty covers you regardless of where you are. Brady contacted the local CSN auto body shop and they had me bring the truck down and will get the repairs done once I can bring the truck in. They offered a temporary vehicle during the repairs and while we had family issues to deal with they said no problem. Call when we get back and they will get us booked in and the work completed. Between Brady’s helps and the CSN network, I’m over the moon that this will get resolved. The warranty and support reinforces why Cochrane Ford said to use these folks to start with. Bottom line, if you are unhappy, contact the manager and give them a chance to fix the issue or concern. The warranty is impressive and it alone is another reason to use CSN auto body locations. Thanks Brady, i called out your business without giving you a chance to see and fix the issue, you understood our circumstances and did a great job helping us out. 5 star + for the professionalism.

Workman ship was horrible. The truck should have never left the shop looking like it did. Visible sanding marks and swirls painted over and clear coated. Any good QC should have picked this up. It's on the passenger side so, unfortunately was missed. We also moved shortly after the work was done, so we were unable to get it fixed. The one star is for faking it well enough i missed it at first.

Wow, extremely impressed. The entire process was seamless, on time, 1 week turnaround, and can't tell at all that there was ever any damage. Rental car pick up and drop off was at the body shop, I spent a grand total of 5 minutes in there, insurance and Cochrane Image took care of literally everything. Would highly, highly recommend.

We were vacationing in the Cochrane area. The tailgate of my truck was jammed shut (my fault) and there was no way I could open it. Brady immediately offered to have his staff have a look at it. Fifteen minutes later, my truck was back, tailgate fixed, greased and working flawlessly. What a great experience and a relief to know that we could continue on with our vacation. Amazing service! I got my bumper replaced and when I picked up my truck they had completely detailed the entire interior of my truck! Carpets, windows, seats, dash - so impressed with this extra service. Amazing community company

Weve had two vehicles in with these folks in the last five years. Both times service was top notch and the car looked perfect afterwards. The last vehicle was done several days early and it was a real treat to find the car had been detailed!

I have taken my 2011 F-150 to Cochrane Image Auto Body multiple times for personal repairs and have always been impressed with the level of service provided. Recently, I had my truck in here for a collision repair insurance claim and I was even more impressed. The courtesy and high level of service was incredible, the interaction with my insurance company was seamless, rental truck coordination was great and the quality of work was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about Image Autobody! Over the years our family has had fender benders, dings and scratches repaired here. The quotes are reasonable, they do impeccable work and always seem to be on time or even early returning our cars! Today they went over and above to buff some scratches off the sides of my car (an over-excited doggie jumped up on my car) without a charge! The car looks like new! I am so thrilled and would recommend them to everyone!

Service was fast, professional, and quality, and my car was detailed as if it was a new car again. Excellent service.

From start to finish they were great! I popped in quick to get an estimate to get some paint fixed they took pics and had my estimate emailed to me in 3 hours and 3 days later I was able to get an appointment! When I went to pick up my truck they not only did they do an awesome job they detailed the inside of the truck! And to top it all off their work has a life time warranty!

I brought my Acura MDX here last Fall for hail damage repairs. Unfortunately the vehicle was dirty when it was returned to us; there were glass fragments and rubber gasket material all over the dash board presumably from the windshield replacement. The hood was misaligned and had to be brought back for adjustment. We then had to bring it back a second time the have the interior detailed after I was unable to clean the greasy hand prints from the light brown interior. In summary the vehicle shouldn't have been returned to us in this condition. Someone didn't do a final inspection before it left the shop. Won't be back.

Brought my car in for an estimate on a dent. They offered to pop it out for free. Only took 10 minutes. Excellent service. Will be taking my car there again.

As a customer looking for Auto Body providers we are all given a choice by our insurance companies. I chose CSN Cochrane Image for several reasons and unfortunately have had to use their services more than once. In every situation CSN Cochrane Image has always under promised and over delivered.
The icing on the cake occurred today when I had an appointment for an estimate on a loose piece of trim on a truck door. The team asked if I could wait and they would tackle the job immediately. I was offered coffee and a very relaxing environment to wait. In no time I was on my way, the trim fixed as good as new or better. The answer to my query was. "Customer Courtesy"!
CSN Cochrane Image Auto Body has a true ambassador in me and I will go out of my way to pass on my very positive experiences from this day forward.

We were directed here by our insurance company for some minor work on the front end of our car. The front of our Subaru is mostly plastic and this is the second time someone lightly bumped into us and broke the grill. What should have cost $450 (from having it previously replaced at the dealership) cost over $2033.97 (edited since first post at the body shop. Since we had to file an insurance claim this time around we had no choice but to bring it here. The other car involved in the accident had no visible damage. This body shop told that client it was best to replace her entire bumper to make sure there were no issues with her back up sensors, another $3500 charged to the insurance company. Total revenue to the body shop $5500. While dropping the car off they asked if we would let them do a computer check of the car, and not to worry cause they will bill the insurance company. We originally told them no, but they asked us to sign a form allowing them to do and persisted. The day after picking the car up, and having had driven it to Calgary the check engine light came on. We immediately took it to our local mechanic as we didn't want to drive all the way back to Cochrane with a check engine light. The mechanic learned the check engine light came on as a diagnostic was recently run with a low battery, and documented it was because the of the body shop. Ater spending $150 for the investigation and reset I took the info back to the body shop. They are less than helpful, and even rude that I would request they reimburse me for this. They told me it is not their problem. I feel they just run a business that takes as much money as they can from the insurance companies. What should have cost us less than $500 to fix has cost the insurance company over $6500.
My advice is to go to multiple body shops, and not just rely on this one. There has to be ones out there that don't rip off the insurance companies so much and burn the customers.
(I have edited this post since the Body Shop responded. The final cost was $2033.97). Also I had submitted the notes from the mechanic about the check engine light do show the body shop responsible.

Brady and Brittany were awesome right form the beginning of our claim through getting our vehicle back. These guys fixed our small fender bender perfectly and returned our car back to us cleaner then when they got it. They helped us through our claim and were transparent through the entire process. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I would recommend Cochrane Image to anyone needing fast friendly and accurate vehicle repairs
