CSN Lou's Auto Body

I’ve used other auto body shops before but have been using Lou’s for decades now. Lots of shops can fix your car, what I like about Lou’s is that they also respect your time and make every effort to minimize disruptions to your life.
Repair quality is always top notch. Staff is so kind and has barely turned over in all the years I’ve been going.
Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

CSN Lou’s is fantastic. My insurance company wanted to send me to a body shop way across the city from me.

I had a good experience with CSN in another city, so I opted for CSN Lou’s instead, and I am glad I chose them.

From the initial estimate to dropping off the vehicle, everything has been perfect. The insurance company didn’t let them know I’d be dropping off early, but when I did, they didn’t have a problem with it.

Everyone I have dealt with - the wonderful receptionist, Steve, and Jerry, have all been professional and courteous and made having vehicle repairs done a better experience than it would be otherwise.

I took my car there this year for front end work, they did a fantastic job fixing the damage, and when they were done I was impressed with the quality of their work and when I went to pick up my car and take care of business, they gave me a pen a hat and a die cast Ford truck, what great experience and if you need work done, that the place to go to.

Not a place anyone really looks forward to going, but when you need the services, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Their "lifetime warranty" is a joke. They should re-name it. Read the fine print.

I received excellent service while my vehicle was getting repaired. I received up to date timeframes of my repairs as well as a service vehicle to use until my vehicle was 100% completed. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a detailed clean inside and out vehicle when the repairs were done Lou's even touched up a couple road chips on my hood and rear bumper complimentary. Great experience at CSN Lou’s auto the other day. Locked my keys in my car and Steven was able to help out. Luckily I wasn’t too far away but boy that would’ve been a way to spend an morning trying to figure out how to get back in. They were also cautious to make sure that it was my car (!) by making sure I had my registration and license to verify that it was indeed my car. Pure class. Thanks gang.

Went here for my previous oil change. Took my car for another oil change today due to the Km being up and they show me how my oil filter wasn't replaced and they over filled my oil. What a terrible service and glad I did not go back for another oil change

The team at Lous was amazing. Got my truck back to me exactly when predicted and it looks great after being rear ended. Even took care of dropping my rental back. Highly recommend Steve, Jerry and the whole team at Lous for any repairs.
