At a time when I was ending one stage in my life, moving, starting a new phase, and experiencing the shock of my first ever major fender bender during the move itself, their regular, up front, and informative communication about possibilities (good and bad), realities, current status, and their receptiveness and answers to my many questions, was beyond excellent! Nobody could ask for more. They were the one constant, reliable solid thing going on that actually reduced my overall stress! They get a 12 or 15 out of 10.

Truck came back perfect, cleaned inside and out and they took care of lining up my rental truck for me. They kept me in the loop on the progress by text message and everything was ready on schedule
Although I hope I do not require their services …… I would definitely use them again if needed.

I am happy to recommend this body shop to anyone needing work done. They took very good care of me and kept me appraised of everything happening during the repair process. Because I live out-of-province things got a little complicated and they went beyond the call of duty to help me. I highly recommend them!

Very thorough service and they did a first rate quality job on the repair. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs via text message and this level of communication was greatly appreciated and helpful.

I ended up leaving almost as soon as I got here. The woman looked at my vehicle for 1 second and goes off telling me I have no headlight I can't be driving the vehicle and she would need to report to my insurance company that they told me it was unsafe to drive and I still left. I immediately felt as though they were trying to trap my vehicle here to guarantee them the work. She tells me I am covered for a rental and that's what I should do. She even went as far as saying not only is it unsafe to drive but it is illegal im assuming trying to make me afraid to leave in my vehicle and leave it with them. I called my insurance company and they were surprised I was being told they were going to report me and that there's nothing they could do anyways it's not like the insurance broker was the police. I immediately left at this point and went down the street to another company and got friendly service and a quote done right away. When I told them what had just happened to me they laughed and said that was crazy! Very happy I drove away with my 1 headlight not working while the sun was shining bright to be treated properly and not taken advantage of.

Had my car at different collision shop for 3 weeks and then moved it to CSN. Within the first day I heard more from CSN then I heard from the other shop. They had the estimate done within a few days! They’re amazing at communicating, friendly and overall knowledgeable. Would definitely go there again!

Csn was amazing! My car was hit and I had to go threw insurance. They where my first pick and by far best pick. They where quick, reliable and kept me informed the entire time. This shop is amazing I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done. They gave me regular phone calls to update me and had the vehicle done in a timely manner. Also they cleaned the inside and outside before I picked it up, I was very impressed. It was cleaner coming home than when I dropped it off. Amazing service.

I have never had to have body work done before but everyone I had contact with were very friendly and took time to explain the process to me! The repair on my rear passenger door is perfect. I was unable to pick up my vehicle and they were so kind as to drop my vehicle off at my home for me. Great service!

They did a great job on my car and even detailed it very good. Only they took almost 2 months to do it, they kept setting me back 2 weeks at a time and were not too communicative with me about it
