Very professional and quick service. They fixed a bumper and fender in 3 days. Looks like it never happened. They detailed my car and even used Armour All on my tires. Looks like a brand new car. Thankful for their work and service.

I was lucky enough to get my truck in for repair in the middle of the winter. CSN shocked me by cutting the repair time by half and make it available for me right before my snowboarding trip. I was so happy to see my truck new again!

This is the BEST place to take your vehicle for repairs. I have been going here since I had my first collision in 2008. They make your vehicle look like new, no sacrifice on quality here. Everyone I've worked with has gone above and beyond (Kara, Blaine, Gary and Jade). Special shout out to Kara who heads up the front office/reception. She coordinated everything with estimates, insurance (mine can be difficult to work with) and the vehicle rental companies. Great effort and care goes into their business. I never feel like a nuisance with my questions and concerns and Reflections has always had a solution for me. If you're looking for a seamless, professional autobody shop, look no further.

I am so happy with the service provided by the CSN. I was previously rear-ended and brought my Lexus to a different auto body shop, which was terrible. I had to bring my SUV back there multiple times for them to fix their own work! But this time was completely different! As soon as I pulled up to CSN, I saw many other Lexus’ and I knew I was in the right spot. The ladies at the front desks are nice and approachable. They provided me with in-time updates; telling me things like when my car was dismantled and how things were progressing. While doing the estimate with the owner, Gary; he was so in-depth and provided teaching. When it came to actually bringing my SUV in to be repaired; the process was seamless and not to mention my SUV was ready 1 day before the estimated completion date. I am so grateful and appreciative to all their staff. I will only bring my car here to be repaired and I would 100% recommend them to others (especially fellow Lexus owners) :)

My car had some bumper damage from being hit from behind. CSN Reflections did a great job repairing it. The work took a couple days more than expected, but that's because the part that was ordered wasn't up to their standards. Their customer service is top notch. If I need repairs to this or another vehicle I would go back.

This is the second time we have used CSN Reflections. Both times we were impressed with their professionalism and customer focus. They are happy answering questions, they point out alternatives and explain the possibilities once some parts are removed to expose additional possible damage. (no surprises). The finished work is excellent. We hope we do not need a body shop again, however if we do, CSN Reflections is the place we would go without hesitation. Happy to recommend.

Excellent wormanship very professional value for money did not expect to have my entire vehicle buffed and and 3M strip added for futhur rust prevention. This body shop was recommended by Lexus and I can see why as they live up to that standard.
