Cubeit Storage is a great Canadian company. The container was the best idea to assist with our move to our new home. Safe storage. Safe movement as the container truck keeps the container level while lifting onto the truck for your move. Costco gift card available after use. Cheaper than a competitor by almost $250 for same style of use. Highly recommend. Very professional.

I would 100% recommend Cubeit. The services were very affordable, the customer service was excellent and friendly. Staff was knowledgable and I was contacted for details about my specific wishes. Everything was followed through and so my move went smoothly! I really liked the texting feature where I was notified before, and after deliveries were made. I didn’t have to wonder what was happening, I was always being informed. Being a Costco member was just an added bonus as I was able to get a $50 gift card for using the services.

The cube was delivered and picked professionally and in a friendly manner, and it functioned perfectly. They kept me informed and reminded throughout the process.

Great value, customer service and move changing. This was one of the best decision we made when it came to moving. They brought the cube to our house, let us keep it there for 2 weeks to load at our own pace, picked it up and dropped it off at our new location. The customer service reps and the drivers were great to deal with. Plus note, nothing had broke on transport. I will 100% use Cubeit again.

For the most part the experience was excellent - except for the fact that we were recommended a box that was too small and couldn't fit all of our stuff. Pick ups on Saturday and Sunday's would be helpful as well.

Container was dropped off exactly where I wanted and the inside is very clean ready for my furniture.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Everything started out well with the initial delivery, but that quickly changed. As we got closer to the pickup date, I contacted the company to double check what all payments would be coming out of my account. I was told one thing, and then there were additional charges taken out of my account outside of what was discussed. When I called to inquire about this, I was given the runaround, they had to listen to the calls to be sure that I was telling the truth, and guess what? I was. Their error caused my account to go into the negative and they told me it would take 7-14 business days to get it back. I'm a single mother and am on a limited income. When I asked what they were going to do to attempt to rectify the situation, the answer was nothing. This came directly from a manager. So I asked to speak to the manager's manager. When I did so, I was told "He's not going to tell you anything different". I've worked in Customer Service, and you don't even have to work in Customer Service to know that's a no-no. It is about one of the worst things you can do when it comes to customer service and quality assurance. I was misinformed, and they need to take accountability for this. Not to mention, their 12-hour pickup window is an absolute joke. You can't even find out when they are coming to pick your pod up or when they will deliver it. You can't even call the morning of after the dispatcher has made the schedule. I will never ever use this company for service again, nor would I recommend them whatsoever.

Notifications were sent to remind us of the delivery date, and also just prior to the drop-off. The driver was very friendly and familiarized us with the unit and asked if we had any questions or concerns.

Process was simple to get a pod ordered.
Very pleased with how accommodating they were getting me a pod when I needed one.

Delivered on time, text message you to let you know pickup and drop off time.the inky negative was that inside our cubs was filth. I didn't notice a big gob of grease until it ended up on my furniture. That's my only gripe. Make sure cubes are clean for customers

Cubeit provided fantastic service. They went out of their way to meet our dates, despite us placing a late request and changing dates.

Although the service price is high, the response from calling is above standards and everything is taken care of promptly.

Great service, quick and easy to arrange and very reliable. Zero issues, highly recommend using CubeIt for moving, especially if there's time in between possession dates. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to fit the contents of our entire house (4 beds, 2 couches, dressers, 30+ boxes, shelving units and more) into the cube even though when it arrived it looked small.

A tad dirty inside - lots of old nails from a prior move - once cleaned and made ready - it looks to be a sound environment. It arrived on time - and is build well - it should be what we need. If the Free Pick Up, as well as drop off - are covered as a promo price - we are most happy. Small and Compact for any driveway.

We are using Cubeit to store our belongings while we are between homes. So a far the service has been excellent. They delivered the POD at the time they promised and their service department has been very responsive to our inquiries.

The only improvement that would have improved our experience so far was if they had been able to park the POD on our private property. We have an RV parking pad accessible from an alley and it would have been more cost effective and slightly easier for us if that space could have been utilized.
