I needed my tap replaced. So I purchased before the service. I decided that since I needed my system serviced I’ll get that done at the same time. For 3/4 hr at the most got billed $299 for service. There are other systems out there I would never suggest this one.

I do require the saltwater system for my skin, so anyone I know that has a skin condition I highly recommend this system. This helps keep the skin calm and helps prevent drying from the hard city water. That and paired with the amazing customer service is well worth it. I have always had a very pleasant interaction with staff regardless if it was over the phone or when the product is delivered!

I started ordering 4bags of salt for my water softener from Culligan and was so pleased that they would carry the bags downstairs near my water softener. As a senior this an absolutely wonderful service. Thanks Culligan

We purchased an industrial reverse osmosis system for our home and acreage that processes our well water for human consumption and household/yard water supply. It cost of around $25,000. It worked reasonably well for the first 15 months but since Jan ‘23 it has been malfunctioning on a regular basis. So it’s only reliable for around 1-2 years? We had two service calls in the last couple months, the last being March 24/23 resulting in the service man not being exactly sure what was wrong but disabled a sensor so we could at least get water made until some new parts came in. But that idea didn’t solve the issue of the RO not working for more than 21/2 weeks (means no water to the whole house & yard). We have to run downstairs to unplug/re plug it in, and then it usually starts, then wait half an hour for drinking water, as it’s working to fill the water reservoir tank. For someone to take a quick shower we need to wait a few hours and to have enough water to run the household it takes nearly 24 hours at a production rate of 20 gallons an hour.
The BIGGEST issue all along is booking a service call. The person answering the phone seems to be screening the callers without any knowledge of this RO system and the services they sell, making unfounded suggestions. After way too long on the phone we convince this person we need to speak to the service man who installed the system and who had been here on most of the service calls. So a message was apparently sent to him yesterday but after all the conversation going in circles about a malfunctioning system, no service call was booked. We called back this morning and were told that ‘what we wanted’ was to speak with the service man, not to book an appointment. This office must have a lot of service calls (malfunctioning equipment) and appointments or, only a few technicians, because getting an appointment can takes way too long, as in up to 2 weeks. When one is paying this much money for a vital household system, you might think they would supply the service it may need quicker than 10 days to 2 weeks. If it’s staff shortages then at least say that. Or maybe, should a system this expensive actually work? Reverse osmosis is NOT new technology. In my mind this business has one more chance to make it work properly or we want our money back.

Found the ad online, made a request for a consultation and someone got back to us right away. The demonstrations and knowledge of the rep was great. Highly recommend going with Culligan

Way Over priced and terrible service from the start. I soon I sign the contract my service was terrible. I need to call 3 times to book my own installation. The water taste like plastic and they couldn’t find the raison why. I cancelled my service with them and it took over 3 months to get my money back and I needed to call them every week to get a updates. Regret so much purchase and waste so much time with them. I DO NOT recommended them at all. Go buy a
Water Pitcher will be 100% better.

Culligan provides amazing service. I love delivery reminder emails. Our delivery guy is amazing. I can just leave little notes for him to let him know how many bottles we need and that’s what we get. I highly recommend Culligan water service to our neighbours, family and friends.

Not to impressed with my service so far. First I got had a broken water cooler delivered and wasn’t going to be able to get them to deliver a new one till the following week. I loaded up the broken one and exchanged it myself to their store, then bring home and set it up myself. Had one month of scheduled deliveries then my second delivery hadn’t shown up. I called and was told I’m on a Will Call schedule. I told them no I am on monthly schedule and what route I was on and when I got my first delivery but I guess delivery schedules changed and no one let me know and now yet again have to go to the store and pick up my own water. Super frustrating to have this system 3 months and only one month it went smoothly.

Disappointed again. Made a morning appointment a month ago for today. Technician called at 11: 20 a.m. To say he was on his way. Then he called again an hour and a half later to say he wouldn't be able to get here till after four this afternoon. Been a customer since 2002 and this is the service they provide. I guess losing a days wages is the price you pay for using Culligan. This isn't the first time this has happened.

Couldn't be worse. A constant disappointment. They just keep getting worse and worse. These jerks seem to have a monopoly on water delivery in Calgary.

They don't deliver on schedule, and now they're adding extra charges for everything under the sun, and they only deliver occasionally. It's a real disappointment for the customers.

Too bad for us, our old water supplier was bought by Culligan.

Good business strategy - if your competitors are reliable, buy them and then you don't have to compete with good service.

We used to have great service from Water Pure and Simple and they were great, dependable and reliable.

Our experience with Culligan is quite the opposite. They don't deliver on any reasonable schedule, and we never know if we will get our water.

I just feel sorry for the delivery guys who have to meet face to face with a bunch of disappointed and dissatisfied customers all day long.

I left a 1 star review earlier today after an unsettling phone call to Culligan. Two hours later one of the managers at Culligan called me to offer her help. Both she and a technician helped me find a solution for my problem.

I’ll start with saying I have had soft water in
My home put in by Culligan for approximately 27 years. I buy by salt there once a year it might be a bit more money than the stores but it is worth it, the granules are smaller and I find it makes the water softer. They will deliver the salt if needed I have tried other salt but Culligan salt works best for me
Renting is the way to go because if something goes wrong they come and if it no charge
Maintenance comes once a year to check everything
Monthly payments are very reasonable
I have moved 3 times in my life and I’ve had Culligan soft water in ever place I lived
I highly recommend them

Very disappointed in the customer service. The only positive is that they do respond quickly, they just don't listen to a thing you ask them to do. We were switching our supplier for one of our offices and they scheduled a team to remove the cooler that was there. They came 2 weeks earlier than requested, leaving our team without water for several days. Took all of the water and both coolers - one cooler and all jugs were requested to remain. If you work with them, make sure you have someone there to oversee everything as the people delivering and installing apparently have no idea what they are actually there to do. Poor internal communication. I would suggest going with a different company if you don't want to deal with the headaches.

Technician that came out called first thing in the morning to give me an idea of his arrival time. He was ver knowledge and completed the service without up selling me anything that I didn’t need. Excellent service.

Recently got Culligan soft water last November and loving it. What a difference it makes with your skin. I use to have dry itchy skin, but Culligan soft water took care of that problem. The other thing your sinks, bath tub/shower always look clean no soap scum build up. You use less laundry soap and dish soap which saves you money. I would certainly recommend getting Culligan soft water, you won’t regret it.

We initially had some issues with our RO and softener. We purchased them over 18 years ago with a lifetime warranty. That being said as with all things improvements are made and somethings go obsolete. Wondering where we sat with our warranty We called Culligan and discussed our concerns with the support team and even the territory manager. We came up with a solution that benefited both parties. We received new technology for our RO at an extremely reasonable price and came up with great and inexpensive way to solve our water softener issues. Needless to say they've got a lifetime customer. Thanks everyone for your time and customer care.

Excellent experience. After much research I determined that my best long term value for money was to go with Culligan. The sales rep answered my dozens of questions appropriately and honestly (wasn't just a 'yes-man'). Install was seamless and quick. I'm very happy with my softener unit.

I love Culligan water! Even Calgary has the finest tap water, still I relied on Culligan, and been drinking it for so long that I can detect right away if there’s something wrong with it. Last year, I wrote a complaint through they’re customer service, regarding the awful taste from several bottles that I bought from Walmart, and that other customers also complained with. Culligan office in Calgary, responded immediately and asked me to bring the remaining bottles and they swapped it, admitting that they had a bad batch of deliveries during those events I mentioned. And, today, at this very moment, it happened again. I’m questioning the quality control, how could it happen over and over again. It’s drinking water, and you’re at your highest standard to maintain it least.

We are super happy we got a water softener in our home after three years of thinking about it, and we are even happier we went with Culligan over other companies out there. Our Culligan Rep was Alan Waters and he was super knowledgeable and friendly and easy going to deal with, He told us our tea, coffee and water would taste delicious and he was right the murky dense water taste is gone so you get more flavor from liquids. Its also made a huge difference on our families skin and hair, we use less products and get better results. I will never go back to water without a softener, thanks Culligan.on a side note the reps DID NOT use our washroom which in todays world with covid is a huge bonus.

We have utilized Culligan Water services for many years. They have been amazing. Today was our annual service call. Semer, our technician, went above and beyond to ensure our under the sink RO system was in top notch condition. He even fixed a few extra things he found. All is included with our monthly fee for the system. Thanks so much for the continued service. We love our RO system. It takes the very good Calgary water supply to the next level. Highly recommended!

I dealt with Harshad and Jonathan for water well filtration. The customer service they provided was first class and they explained the processes to me and provided me two options competitively priced. They were easy to deal with and would recommend them.

Over priced and terrible service. Randomly drop off bags and bill you for it- then claim they haven’t dropped any off and argue with you about it when you call to complain. Granted my last call wasn’t my proudest performance but the woman that took my call called me a liar and that’s about when I stopped being polite about it.

Regret this purchase- though at the time I got it (about 5 years ago in two places) I liked the convenience- but the cost of salt and unremarkable customer support is a serious turnoff.

There are better, more affordable options out there.

LOL and now even their reply here says they don’t have any record- hilarious.

This review is not for the team in Calgary, but just wanted to share my experience when dealing with Culligan, and moving provinces (Toronto to Calgary!) Just wanted to start by saying that Culligan products are amazing and I love the RO units they have, in fact I loved the sleek design on the new model RO unit and have used it over a year and it works very well! But. DO NOT SIGNUP for a contract here. The terms aren't clear and they twist and turn their language as per their convenience. I had signed up for a contract for their RO unit in Toronto and I had to move provinces after a year. They first informed that I can take the unit with me and later retracted stating that they have to take the unit back to to their office in Toronto. I moved provinces and was still charged for the unit I did not have with me. I called to report the charges and this regional head Brian calls me up and starts telling me (extremely rude and unprofessional - one reason you should not deal with them!) that I have to pay for the monthly charges, even when I do not have the device.which is absolutely wrong. They also told me that I have to pay a penalty! If cancelling the contract. The Culligan, team in Calgary was signing me up for a new contract with them anyway so I have no clue what this guy was talking about. So they can cancel contracts and not cancel contracts to their own liking! This is all when I was still working with my new landlord to get the permission to install a device (which I did not have as yet) I would have installed the device at my new location, but just because of this unprofessional and rude behavior I will not deal with them ever again! They do not care for their customers!

This is not the rating for the company but for the Redhead at the counter. Either she hates her job or is not fond of someone who doesn't look her kind (not making any racial insinuation here).
Just asking simple question if a customer has been there or not will clear up many things. It lets you know whether to go ahead and explain the process of refilling and getting new jugs, or let customer proceed because they know how to go about as they have been there before.

I voluntarily decided to run an errand for the company I work for, and this was my first time being here but having to figure out everything on my own I doubt I will ever be back to this place again even if I'm paid to do so.

We bought the whole Culligan system about 10 yrs ago. We are happy with the product, however I wanted to post this review to warn any prospective buyers about their so called Lifetime Warranty. Their Lifetime Warranty is only valid for product life. In other wards, if their product is discontinued, you have to buy the whole system again. The warranty information we received doesn't refer to the lifetime of the device. It speaks of the lifetime of the user. I hope this has been changed.

I recently purchased a home that had a osmosis system that was installed by this company. It had not been serviced in some time, so I went into the north store that was in the process of closing, and purchased replacement filters and a membrane. When I eventually got around to replacing the filters after taking possession of our new home, it turns out the filter gaskets were completely sealed shut and could not be removed (yes I had the proper wrench). Today I went to their south store to return the purchased filters, and look into buying a more modern osmosis system to replace my current system. The person at the front desk promptly told me that there were no returns after 30 days and it said so on the receipt. It didn't say that on the receipt. She then said that the person who sold me the filters would have told me this.the woman working the desk was the one who sold them to me at the north store, and she didn't say anything about that. She then said it would have said so on the door. I didn't see any sign, the store was busy and they were in the process of closing it. So rather than accept a return of these filters that were purchased less than 60 days ago and make money from me purchasing an entirely new osmosis system, I'll just sell these filters online and purchase a new system from another company with better customer service.

I chose Culligan water because I grew up with kidney problems, so to avoid that I have to drink water with very low percentage of minerals. I have been a client of Culligan since 2014 and I haven't yet got a single kidney stone while using it. My family loves Culligan, in a way, we are spoiled because now we only drink nothing but the highest quality of water. Do I recommend Culligan? 100000%. On top of the quality of water, their customer service could not be more accommodating, trust me, if they can accommodate my dynamic lifestyle, then they can recommend anybody.

Even though there seems to be an issue with the driver receiving the correct delivery info from the office, I still give Culligan a '10' for excellent, friendly & quick customer service and for their great tasting water. All it takes is a call and everything is handled efficiently.
I also love my new dispensing pump which is absolutely wonderful as I no longer need to use a cradle to put the bottle in and worry about dripping from the old small screw-on pivot.
Yes, I'd definitely recommend Culligan of Calgary as it's been a very positive experience for me so far!

Highly recommend Culligan water I have used this water at my shop and at home for over 15 years love the taste, no more tap water for me. Great delivery service right to my door they also include the water cooler and will replace cooler if any problems arise. Fantastic accounting department never any issues with billing keep up the great service

I called yesterday to order a replacement cooler because our 10+ year old one periodically wouldn't dispense.

Nicole arranged to have one rush delivered this week. It was delivered the very next day. She was very personable and professional.

The service we have received from Culligan is definitely 5*!
