Very good in setting up deliveries. When usage isn't very high deliveries are able to be cancelled so that we don't have a lot of water bottles sitting around accumulating, not being used.

Finally we made the call to call again and can't be happier. Levi what the representer that's came out and sold us on the five stage water filtration system. Levi was outstanding he is very personal and fun and he can carry a great conversation on True Crime podcast. Very happy with the system and the service provided by Culligan.

Omg we love our water from Culligan honestly it is so worth every penny to get it delivered to our house. I never have to go to the store and pick up a heavy water jug and carry it back to my car. Then get it into the house. This is the best service I have hands down no questions asked. You won’t regret it. For sure the best water too. I won’t drink anything else.

I m customer of them for home delivery services, years and years. They delivered 3 times EXPIRED water! And they not taking any responsibility. I got sick diarrhea and vomiting vent to emergency, i m sure because of the water! I ll call my lawyer today. I still do have unopened bottle at home, what they delivered expired!

Levi with Culligan was great to deal with right from the start, answering all of my questions regarding our water test results and the different types of systems available. Culligan's pricing was very competitive, and their equipment was a step above the rest after doing my own research. Installers did a flawless job, and we are quite happy with the end result, being cleaner water which is noticeable in every part of the house. We only wish we would have done this sooner!

I think its a great value compared to what some of the competition was trying to charge for similar products. Levi was straight forward about the prices and features of the various options, providing both a recommendation for what he thought was the right choice, but also how we could increase or decrease the cost to fit our budget. Highly recommended for any water softener and water filtration needs.

I’ve been with Culligan for approximately 26 years and I do not have any complaints. Staff and drive are very polite and help you out in any way they can. My driver even brings my bottles in the house for me when I’m home, I’m so grateful to him as I have a disability.

Culligan has provided excellent service for my residence for over 20 years. They are courteous, efficient, and work in a timely manner.

Could never go back to drinking tap water. If I run out before the scheduled delivery, they make an extra trip to deliver what I need.

Their new location you go in one door to pay for water then have to go to another door with your vehicle to get your water?

That's so confusing plus it's icey here on a day like today almost slipped going in. Why can't I just pay and get my water out of one door?

I liked the yellow head location way better and the person at the front was way nicer!

Was told I could get the deposit back max 4 bottles without an account no problem. Got there and they basically accuse me of stealing the 4 bottles and trying to cash in, demanding me tell them where I got the bottles. Left the bottles on their steps and drove away because what the hell else am I gonna do with them? Horrible experience.

Culligan has friendly staff and offers great service. Been with Culligan for many years and appreciate their quality of service and warmth of the staff.

Installation was fast and simple. Water is as good as reverse osmosis bottled water. Only problem is, the holding tank doesn’t hold a lot of water but the tank can only be so big to fit under the sink. Overall, I am impressed with the price and quality and service from the company.

Haven’t purchased a whole home water softener yet but Levi has been excellent to deal with fantastic follow through and has gone to some good lengths to answer all of my technical questions or get me answers. If I don’t buy from Culligan it’s only because I settled on different hardware, but this wouldn’t reflect poorly on the equipment they offer, not at all, they have an excellent lineup and they may yet earn my money. What may yet draw me to their ecosystem is the warranty and service. So if you are looking for whole home water conditioning equipment I’d certainly recommend them. If you want app connected hardware which can have significant convenience propositions like remote controlled bypass valve operation, this is basically the only show in town, this can allow for more simple installations in places that may require that. Great stuff.

The incompetence within this company is overwhelming. You would think that if they did not deliver on the day they are supposed to, that they would come the next day. NOPE, still waiting a week later. Choose Claysmore Pure in Sherwood Park over these chumps. They are local, great Customer service and better priced. Culligan will give you all the apologies you don't need, with NO results.

I have been using Culligan water service for a good 35 years now. I always have fresh cold or hot water available to me without the hassle of buying 100's of the smaller water bottles we would go through in a year. Chipping in a bit with helping the environment to boot!

I originally became aware of this good product and service when I was working as a teacher, where the school I was at brought it in so we didn't have to clean the coffee maker so often!

Have been using Culligan for years and deliveries are always on time and without issues. Very convenient service if like me, you don't want to be transporting large water containers around in your vehicle.

We had our appointment with Levi. He made everything from start to finish super easy. Installation crew was great as well.

Levi was very knowledgeable and friendly. The installer was great as well, but it seems he wasn't given enough information to perform our install successfully. There were tools and materials he didn't have with him when he came, preventing our install from happening.

Unfortunately, the customer service we have received isn’t great with this company. We have only had culligan for less than a year. The first time we called when there was something wrong with our cooler, we were told someone would call us back. We waited 2 days, and nobody called. So we called again, only to be told that there was no record of our first call. We were then told a service tech would call us. So we waited another day, and finally someone called, and then came out to our home to fix the problem. This took 4 days total. The second issue, was we had a bottle that was leaking. So again we called to see if we could get a replacement bottle. We were asked if we could wait until our next delivery date which was almost 2 weeks away, and we said, no, and could we possibly get a replacement sooner. Again, they said we will call you back. And nothing, nobody called back. So of course we ran out of water. I will be cancelling my service (if you can call it that) with culligan. I’m not a fan of bad customer service.
On a positive note, the water is good.

Great company and great service. Both my water softener and RO system are exactly what I wanted. I have been a Culligan bottled water customer for many years and it has been great to move into the RO solution. The service has been great and I would recommend Culligan to anyone that is looking for a a great solution for our hard water here in Edmonton.

Brigley, Levi gave me a great deal for my budget. Softner 3/4 Medallist Builder Unit. When he gave me a quote for my water softener system for my new home, it's too much over my budged, but then he recommended me with one of the over stock (brand new) for almost half the price, and his manager approved with 3 years extended warranty and 4 free bags of Culligan salt + one bypass+1 leak detector. To me this is a great deal. It would be a five stars if the installation tech not sprayed yellow fine particles from the tank all over my basement conner's. (sorry man; you guys made me say it). And yes, I would recommend Culligan water to anyone; especially Levi and his manager; we're very happy with the system; Thanks guys.

Add excellent service ordering my salt For the water shopper and also got the Filters ordered. Just had one filter that was not the right size Fitting. I just gave them a call and they promptly sent out a new one and installed for me.

Everyone from sales to installation has been great. We had a chlorination system with carbon filter and whole home RO installed. They have done an amazing job. Yes there were some kinks to work out but when it comes to standing behind their products they have done an amazing job. Can't say enough about how good they have been to respond and be accommodating. They have made our well water with iron and iron bacteria great to drink and shower in. Thanks Culligan

There was an initial bit of confusion with what I exactly wanted to order but after that everything was fine. Removal of the old unit was easy and efficient. Installation of the new unit was excellent.
