My wife buys all of her piercings here. Would recommend this business to anyone who needs piercings. The manager answered all of our questions and was super friendly and super helpful finding all the different pieces we wanted!

Went to get a replacement nose ring and had an amazing experience learning more about the nipple bars as I have only ever had my piercing rings in (I know it's been 18 years with the same jewlery). Thanks Lisa, for all your help!

I had lost my plug about a week ago so I went here to pick up an extra one just in case I couldn't find it. The lady there told me if I found my old one I can return the ones I bought. Apparently she misspoke and it was exchange only. I'm now aware that the return stipulations are on the back of the receipt but I didn't think I'd need to check after an employee "explained it" to me. Not the first issue I've had with this kiosk but it'll definitely be the last.
So just know that if they make a mistake in their wording, you're gonna be eating your money.

I dropped by to get some information regarding ear stretching and Rennor was fantastic. Provided a ton of knowledge and I purchased something that fit the bill perfectly. Courteous, professional, friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely be back.

Super helpful. I was looking for something to replace the earrings my 3 year old daughter kept pulling out of her ears. The staff was helpful and kind. They helped me pick out the best option for her and then let her look at all the options and pick the ball she liked best. While I put my daughters new jewelry in they talked to her and gave her stickers to keep her from wiggling. I was not hopeful when I walked up but when I left I was overjoyed not only at the helpful staff but their knowledge and kindness. I will be returning there next time I need some new jewelry.

The staff is amazing and so patient! Lisa knew things my piercer didn't know! And there is so many cute pieces to choose from!

I came here to do a warranty change on my jewelry and Bree was super understanding about my need for the diameter on all of the new hoops to be the exact same size. She was super patient with me when I was trying to make my decision on which diameter I would prefer and it made things a lot easier when she was able to help make suggestions in regards to my jewelry. It was nice that she was very friendly and could hold a conversation as that just makes the experience of shopping for jewelry more personal and is a great way to bond with the customers in order to have reoccurring customers! Her knowledge of the products in the store will surpass your expectation of a simple body jewelry store so you can tell that she loves her job and what she is doing.
She is also just one of the friend list most up beat people I have ever met and it was a pleasure to meet her.
I highly recommend if people want to see what good customer care/customer service is that they go down to WEM Culture Craze and have Bree assist them with all their jewelry needs!

On my receipt the person that helped me is Ryleigh - they were very understanding and super helpful with my purchase (both times, i had to go in twice). I had a hard time figuring out why the balls weren't threading but I just ended up also getting a bar because the bar I had wasn't working

Brie, the girl that assisted me was super helpful in finding me the perfect fit cartilage earring. I ended up having to go back twice to exchange the hoop earrings cause they just wouldn’t fit me. In the end, Brie ended up finding me the perfect earring for me, and gave me no trouble at all. Super nice and understanding, made me feel like I didn’t lose the $$$ I spent in the first place.

Not sure what the girls name was, but was working yesterday (Friday) night. Nicest girl ever, very helpful & awesome customer service! Great jewelry for a good price and their sale they have on right now is amazing! I will be back at this location:)

The cashier Bree seems to have an attitude everytime I buy anything from this place. She's not helpful at all either.

I visit often and the staff are always welcoming and cheerful. They never have any problems with answering questions I may have and always help me pick the best option for what I'm looking for.:)

There's a brown haired girl that works there, I overheard her name is Bree. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She flirted with my boyfriend and talked badly about her coworkers. (there's more but I won't get into details.) When I mentioned she was being unprofessional and said I would be contacting her manager, she said she was the manager and that I should shop somewhere else. I've shopped with culture craze for a decade for my jewelry and never have I been as disrespected by a staff member in any store as I was by her. As a store manager I know first hand what customer service looks like, and how important it is to keep a business running. After this experience I won't be patronising that location anymore. To who it may concern, look into how your staff treats people, it could mean the difference between losing a devoted customer. The blue haired girl has always been a treat to be served by! So if you're shopping at culture craze, steer clear of the brown haired girl named Bree. Her attitude and disregard for other peoples lifestyles can be spotted from a mile away!

The jewelry I bought here is nice, and they were very knowledgeable about people with metal allergies.
