Cummins Sales and Service

Went here for the recall on my generator in last minutes before my trip, it was a very frustrating situation but staffs here in Cummins are very reassuring and helpful! Everybody is polite and always checking if I’m ok, if I’m comfortable and was updating me every now and then on what’s going on… they made me feel the people are there for you… I will surely recommend them to everybody. Can’t thank them enough for being understanding and helpful and polite…

If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go. If you can avoid at all costs and get your work done elsewhere even if it means driving to another city.

None existent after sales support. If you have or want to buy a Webasto unit, don't do it here as they won't take care of you at all.

Ecstatic! The generator in my 2008 Roadtreck is running smoothly again. After trying several RV and Chrysler Service Dept from Ontario to Alberta, Cummins Calgary got the job done. The People in the Service Dept were supportive, professional, polite and fun. Love this group! Took along time to find appropriate generator service.

Absolutely horrible service on the parts end. They can get the parts ordered but unless you are picking up in the branch, you will never be able to talk to the person in Winnepeg you originally ordered the part from. You cannot contact the branch directly to see if the part has arrived. This is a total fail for a service oriented industry. GIVE ME SOMEONE LOCALLY TO TALK TO PLEASE. Stop making the world harder to deal with. I will go out of my way to not deal with Cummins in the future. Horrible experience. No invoice sent, no follow up, no REF#, CC charged. NO SERVICE!

Problème avec la Génératrice de mon VR. Nous avons arrêté chez Cummins Calgary et Amber s est occupé de nous rapidement. En voyage vers Vancouver la pièce défectueuse n était pas disponible avant 5 jours. Avec l’aide de Norm qui parle français et Amber ils ont acceptés de nous laisser la pièce test pour continuer notre voyage et au retour nous sommes retournés chercher la pièce neuve.merci Amber pour ton excellent Service!

I am absolutely baffled how this location is still open. I manage a Truck shop here in calgary and rebuild numerous Cummins engines. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them for parts and sometimes service as we need liner bores cut. If I’m lucky after waiting for a half hour or more someone will answer the phone for parts. However, for service I have never had any luck getting anyone to answer the phone or call back. I can not believe how bad this service is. I have to take my business to a third party dealership because nobody will answer the phone. Unreal.

This was our first time taking our truck to them. I cannot given them any star but to write this review i have to choose at least one, They were trying to rip me off and thought that i was new in this business, They quoted me $ 4460.50 to change the oil, 4 Batteries and Air to AIr.

Got my car battery there, good service and got some swag.that was awesome first time buyer and it want be my last. Be back there again buying.

Great experience. I Ordered motor seals for my 12 valve and dealt with Tim and Marco. They were extreamy helpful. They didn’t have all the seals in stock at the Calgary location but had them there and ready for pick up the next day. I highly recond them and will defiantly be back. Thanks guys!

This was a great experience. I just had a small order and I was taken care of from the beginning right through to the end.

Super pleased with my experience here. I was desperately seeking a part and they were the only one to carry it, let alone have it. Which they did. Prices were great and staff was super helpful. Plus they're always present at Pride and the Pride flag on the door warmed my enby heart.

Helped me at short notice to resolve my RV generator issue. Peter is the guy to deal with. Highly recommended.
