I was so excited to order and receive our custom table from Cuna nearing one year ago…. I have stewed about this review for quite some time, but every time I see my table I’m upset.
We moved into our new build and we’re able to set up our new dining table, soon to be incredibly disappointed.
After we set up our table and attached the table top to the legs we discovered MULTIPLE flaws. I regrettably angrily reached out to Cuna immediately upon our discoveries.
Our edges did not line up, the legs did not sit even on the floor, there is sanding marks all over the table top as well as the bench, the table does not appear to be sealed as he claims it was (it now has grease stains from my children’s hands) and discolouration in the top.
We live about 3 hours from them, so Alex said he would come to our house and ‘fix’ the table for us.
Once he arrived he assessed the table and saw that we hadn’t put in a couple of the bolts from table top to legs (we couldn’t get these in because the table was so uneven it did not line up with the holes in the legs to attach) Alex slipped out to buy some more bolts to secure the table top. While he was out he purchased some felt pads for under furniture legs. He put the bolts in, the table still then had all of the previous issues, he then proceeds to put the felt pads under the uneven legs and call it good enough! “Fixed” I try an felt stupid for having him come all the way for such a minor issue…. No. This is not a minor issues, we paid thousands of dollars for this severe disappointment and received zero compensation. Would. Not. Recommend.

We ordered a Canadian black walnut table. They custom made it exactly the way we asked and shipped it to our home in Saskatoon. The table is very solid and durable. Looks amazing. Excellent quality. Reasonable prices.

Alex and Carmen made us a beautiful bed frame with a wall mounted head board and night stands. It is a work of art! They did such an amazing job and communicated with me while they worked on it to ensure that my vision would come to life.
We will definitely be coming back for more projects in the future!

We ordered a Cdn black walnut table with the epoxy river for our boardroom along with a matching sideboard. Cuna did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the finished products. Carmen was great to work with:)

We are so happy with the beautiful dining room table and bench Alex made for us. The quality is second to none. Alex and Carmen have been wonderful to work with and met all timing and price estimates. It was a real pleasure to work with them.
