I wrote an email to make a complaint about how one of the buses was being driven, and quite frankly I wasn’t expecting much in the way of an answer. I was surprised at how quickly Cunningham responded and that they took my comments seriously. They got back to me again the next day and had figured out who the driver was as I didn’t get the bus number. They assured me that it was going to be taken care of and explained what the steps taken to ensure that the type of driving was corrected. A very professional and speedy response!

Two weeks ago, I called the office and spoke with the woman answering the phones. I asked to speak with someone that handles complaints, she said that was her. I complained about 1 possibly two big busses that "speed" down our rd.four times daily. Here in Maple Oakridge mobile park, we have many seniors that walk their dogs and lots of young children, no sidewalks and are forced to walk on the road.
The speeding continues, today it was at 12: 04 and 4: 05 yesterday it was 7: 30 still dark and ppl are trying to walk on snowy, icy roads to get to the bus stop.
I see no reason for them to be driving down this rd.in the first place they never stop for anyone.
I will ask once more for management to talk to this/ these drivers or call the police and they will make a personal visit to Cunninghams place of business.

Since writing this review, I am very pleased to point out Cunningham has taken care of the speeding Bus Driver in our community and many of us Seniors and Children are feeling safer walking our dogs and walking to the ETS bus stops early in the morning in the dark on the icy road.
Thank You Cunningham Transport for taking action regarding our concerns.

Terrible service. The bus is constantly late and majority of the time the GPS is not turned or showing the incorrect route. The staff that answers their customer service line are often rude, defensive and never listens to the actually concern/issue. School buses aren't a new thing, fix your business model!

Buses were tidy, and arrived on time. Drivers were professional, accommodating, and confident drivers.

Recently, our junior high students were on an outdoor field trip and Ramona shared her mittens and offered her coat to a couple students. Thank you for sharing your kind heart with us!
