Cuore Di Mamma - Pasta Store & Deli

This past weekend my husband and I popped into Cuore Di Mamma. We had seen posts that they had reopened following renovation and wanted to check it out! It seems they expanded the back room and made the space feel a bit bigger which is great. We decided to order sandwiches for a quick lunch. I ordered the “Porchetta” sandwich and my husband ordered the “Tasty” sandwich. My sandwich was absolutely amazing! Warm toasted and salty focaccia bread with pork, roasted peppers, cheese, lettuce and mayo and it was delightful. My husband’s sandwich was good as well! Lived up to the name of “Tasty. ” We will definitely be returning, and want to keep Cuore Di Mamma in our minds whenever we want a quick bite or some delectable treats:)

Great little Italian gem in Cochrane! You feel like being in Italy seeing all those lovely Italian products. Big section of homemade frozen food you can buy which is great! Lots of deli, freshly prepared sandwiches or platters and homemade bread! You should come and see yourself ;)

This is the most fabulous, authentic Italian deli & grocery. I have ordered charcuterie, lasagna & their fabulous sandwiches countless times, for both personal & work occasions & also pick up my favorite Italian ingredients here. The food is AMAZING & Rossella is an absolute gem! Cuore Di Mamma takes me back to Italy & I would highly recommend it.

Got a couple sandwiches and they were undeniably the best sandwiches I’ve ever had.

A small bit of Italy in Cochrane. So wonderful to have found this little gem. Cozy, and as soon as you walk in, your senses return to wonderful memories of the Italian Center in Edmonton. We had their pistachio croissant, and it was scrumptious. Wonderful customer service, and we will be returning.

We order the charcuterie for my birthday ($60, their selection choices), and had it with their fresh foccacia, so good!

I cannot love this place more. I make focaccia and mine is 2/10 compared to mama’s. The quality of their meats has taken my charcuterie board to the next level. Her passatas are impeccable. Her homemade baby mozzarella is to die for. Get in there and check it out! Just WOW and such nice people.

I was in love with her ready to eat meatball in red sauce. Didn't get to try too many things. Will do next time I am visiting.

Outstanding food and service. Picked up charcuterie meats and cheeses, olives, mushroom salad and house baked bread for a family breakfast for about 30 people. Price was reasonable and order was exactly as expected. Enjoyed their meat ball sandwich two days in a row. Thank you Tony!

Fabulous store with fabulous products and fabulous service. Cochrane is so lucky to have this gem. Also has wine making supplies.

Had another one of Cuore Di Mamma pre made lasagana and it was delicious as was the last one. A little Italy in Cochrane. Great shop, great friendly service.

Our family ordered the Vegetarian Lasagna for our New Years' Eve meal - was a great treat! Huge size and amazing texture and flavour - well done!

We bought two of their homemade fresh lasagna’s, and they were incredible! It’s the best lasagna we’ve ever had!

Found this gem on a walk.had passed a few times on previous walks and it caught my attention since I'm a huge fan of Italian food and a good espresso!
parking lot was clean and access to the store uncluttered. I was greeted promptly with a smile and a hello. Great selection of sandwiches but have yet to indulge! The coffee was great I ordered a double espresso and it was delivered quickly and for a reasonable price. Will be back on a regular basis to taste the sandwiches on the menu and maybe taste a pastry or two.

I love this place! Such a nice authentic vibe and Tony behind the counter was very friendly!

The best place in cochrane for Italian! The sandwiches are amazing. Fresh pasta, pizza, lasagna, amazing meats and cheeses.drooling as I write this. Stop in for sure and support local. You will not be disappointed!

Great pasta -freshly made before your eyes. Awesome tiramisu. So special to have it in our community.
