Hands down my favorite place to get my morning caffeine! Great drinks, friendly staff, yummy snacks. Stamp cards and discounts if you bring your own mug. They go above and beyond to make your day a great one! Might I recommend their matcha Frappuccino with a shot of vanilla! Tastes like a green tea marshmallow! Yum!

I just LOVE Cuppers Coffee and I can confidently say it's an absolute gem in our local community. From the moment I stepped through the door, I am enveloped in the inviting aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans and a charming ambiance that made me feel right at home.

I was visiting from Vancouver and stopped in to pick up some Bronco Brew. All the staff were so nice it made me consider moving to Lethbridge just so I could get my coffee there regularly!

I have had cuppers coffee in the past but i have never been to the store! I decided to pop in on my day off and it did not disappoint! Everyone was so welcoming and were quick to answer any questions i had! I was greeted with a sample of the ‘bad blonde’ roast and i want a life time supply of it! I do not know why i waited so long to come into the store! I will now be a regular! I tried out the nitro lemonade, and it blew me away & i now have a new obsession! Shoutout to the cuppers team!

My vanilla Latte was exactly what was needed to start my day right! I'm now stocked with great coffee to help me start every day thusly!

Come here for coffee and find some coffee accessories! They have a huge selection of mugs, tea, coffee beans, French presses, espresso machines, and gourmet sauces and candies. We had London fogs which were delicious! Service was so friendly. Great job with the social media. Your tik toks made me want to come in. My only complaint is that you don't have any seating for us to stay and enjoy our drinks.

This is an excellent place for coffee accessories at fair prices, with friendly staff. The coffee itself I am not terribly impressed with though the price per pound is good. Tighter control of roasting processes, in smaller batches, with more quality beans would help tremendously. I don't see myself getting beans here anymore in the near future.

My favorite go to coffee and gift store in Lethbridge. Love the unique products they have to offer and always a pleasant atmosphere when I visit.

Great selection of coffees ️ so far I've tried the medium roast mexico chiapas, medium house blend, and espresso zilla.

I love this place! The smell of freshly roasted coffee is divine! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable with all products and services available. The Christmas coffee blend is my absolute favourite coffee ️ and I’m so excited that it just became available?

Placed an order for our monthly staff coffees today and on her way out the staff member that was picking them up dropped 2 in her vehicle. Big mess, all over her vehicle. Went inside to buy 2 more and they made 2 more at no charge. That is outstanding customer service! We will be continuing to use them for our monthly coffee days as their products are also 110% every time!

I went in the store looking for some coffee and information and got both! The aroma when I walked in was lovely. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Can't wait to try out the new coffee!

Hands down the best drinks in Southern Alberta! The flavour is unbelievably rich and the staff literally treats you like family. After trying out their drinks, you’ll probably never go to another cafe again.

I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of their drinks and service, but what really sets Cupper’s apart is their contribution back to their community, and how supportive they’re to local businesses.

Every time we work with them, we got the warmest welcome; when we were in a halt because of the trouble with our truck, they were also the first one to step in and help.

We are extremely lucky to have Cupper’s in Lethbridge, they’re friends and family with the bonus of also offering the best drinks!

Our whole class came in for last day of classes treat. There was like 15 of us. They were excited to have us there and we really felt that. They were patient with our orders and everything came out accurate and tasty. Most notable is the friendly baristas! Thank you to all of you!

The Cupper’s team was very kind to help me get my order shipped out to British Columbia, and was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had thanks to their attention to detail through our communications by email and phone. Cuppers had the only Canadian stock of a product I was looking for. They went the extra mile and mailed the product out to Calgary for me! I spoke with Nancy who me arranged the entire thing for me and it extremely painless. Can't wait to stop by next time I'm in Lethbridge.

I recently went to Cupper’s for the first time. I purchased several pounds of whole coffee beans as a birthday gift for my friends. As I am not a coffee drinker, I didn’t really know where to start. Luckily for me, the staff there was excellent. They were friendly and helped me pick a good coffee. I ended up buying a few gourmet hot sauces that they sell there. I am looking forward to trying those soon.

It doesn't get better than this! Amazing staff, coffee, and experience. Whenever I go into Cupper's I always feel welcome. There is always something going on in the store, whether it's a giveaway or just free coffee samples. I love visiting the store, and find some of the best gifts for people here too!

Today was my first time being in Cupper's. My first impression was fantastic, just the smell when I walked in sent me to a whole new world! I was greeted by very friendly and energetic staff that were helpful and knowledgeable about all of their beans. By telling them how I brew and what flavors I liked they were able to guide me towards the perfect beans for me. They also ground them to the best consistency for my machine so I dont have to worry about inconsistent grind at home. I cannot wait to get home and try it, the smell in my car is driving me crazy!

We use Cupper's all the time, and they have never let us down! Even through Covid, Cupper's always found a way to make us beautiful gift baskets and get them delivered to our clients, safely and professionally. But the best part of all is that no matter whom I talk to there, they are friendly, smiling and totally helpful, 100% of the time. We LOVE Cupper's!

Great coffee shop! The staff are super professional and so helpful. I wandered in like a drunk sailor craving a caffeine fix and the baristas were able to direct me to both a drink that was appropriate for the weather and my caffeine needs. The nitro cold brew they sell is honestly some of the best canned coffee on the market. Support these local beauts

More than meets the eye.

I walked in expecting just a coffee spot, but they have all kinds of things, everything you could ever need to enhance your coffee experience. And for tea of course. I ordered a flat white and it was amazing!

Our Son, who lives in Lethbridge, introduced us to Cuppers. We love the Indian MySore. I made an order on Monday, the parcel arrived to my doorstep, in Cochrane, on Wednesday. There was lovely hand-drawn art on the outside of the box. Thank you! I truly appreciate the personal note, and also the great coffee, of course.

I'm a first time customer and order a couple of different ground coffees for delivery to my home address for Christmas. The coffee is amazing! Among the best coffee I've tasted since moving here from Europe. The package included a hand written card for the holidays and a chocolate bar. The personal touch is a very nice and I'll definitely be ordering my coffee from here in the future.
