Amazing services medically i like my family dr Horton. Now for other programs they have for low income ppl not to sure about i have been tryjng to get information regarding their rent programs and i get no response but i do want to note most be good service as they have been helping my ex who works at AHS (that makes over 3000 a month take home) They pay 800 of the rent and he only pay 450 through their subsidized program and he on purpose falls into arrears not paying rent to have them step up and paying his complete arrears which have been over 3000 at times his work TY is amazing helping him like this.but i whom is struggling to paying rent and im on medical leave from work with very low income cant even get someone from their housing program to contact me back its been 2wks since i sent an email maybe when I am evicted amd homeless again they will call or respond email as I have asked in my 2 emails.

I love this place because they help with my everyday needs weather it be the womens clinic, the family Development center, getting my taxes done or helping with replacing my identification. The staff here are caring and it's a wonderful place to feel welcomed as a new person in this city

I had issues with cups years ago just like other comments on here they haven't been helpful. I went to cups to seek mental help after losing my job right before Covid. I had a Drs appointment today. I tried to call cups to see if they are even open. It took me to a credit card payment automated voice machine. Didn't direct me to cups. I'm not spending money to go all the way down there risking myself to exposure to Covid just to find out they are closed. And i'm definitely not getting charged for an appointment they are unreliable to get a hold of to confirm or cancel. This place like most organizations boast more then actually help people. I do not recommend cups to anyone!
